I had to work and I left my 18-year-old son home to answer the door. He couldn't hear the doorbell and his phone had locked up or stopped working for some unknown reason. Long story short Repair tech had to wait a long time while I was trying to call my son call his girlfriend and force his phone to ring. I thought that technician was being very patient and I was so impressed with this company.Apparently when he finally got into the house to repair the unit he must've been very mad. I called my son so I could speak to the technician and he was on the roof. I asked my son to have him call me as soon as he was down. I didn't hear anything back until my son told me that he had left. He refused to call me and when he found that the breaker on the main panel had been flipped off he said that was a problem. My son told him we had already reset it the night before and it was still shutting off. He said that was the problem it's fixed and he left. My son had to leave for work so when I got home at five 6 o'clock the air was broken again. I called the company and they couldn't send anybody out that night and they said they would call me the next day if they could send someone else. As far as I'm concerned it's not an answer I need my air conditioner fixed I had to call another company. I told them the technician refused to call me and we were already aware the breaker was being flipped off. They wouldn't give me any more answers or help. The next morning on Saturday they called and said that they were coming out and such and such time but I had already scheduled somebody else out because they couldn't tell me the night before if I was going to get help on Saturday. Couple days later I get an invoice and I'm kind of shocked. I called the company to find out why they're billing me and they passed me over to the owner who gets on the phone and yells at me. She said they billed me because he waited, wouldn't listen to anything I had to say and then slammed the phone down. Absolutely shocked at her unprofessional demeanor on the phone. Wish they had NEVER WAITED.

We have always used a local retired plumber who helps the seniors here in the mobile home parks in town, but he got too old to crawl under them anymore...On the business owners response below, that is not the man we are speaking of: That was a neighbor that just tried to help...So when we discovered a leak under our mobile home, we contacted the Yucaipa Chamber of Commerce and they recommended Aloha...We already had the skirt off and had identified the small feeder pipe that was the cause of the leak, so we did not need to pay 'extra' for diagnosis and removing the skirt...The tech 'Duke', who now claims he is the co-owner, arrived quickly and gave us a estimate of $225 with the 'senior' discount...after working about 45 minutes (Not counting going back to the shop to get 'better' pipe wrenches), he said he could not get the fittings off to replace the small feeder pipe, so now he would need $520 to fix the issue, because he has to now cut the pipes and install new fittings...So he comes back the next day, works about 45 minutes again, and says all is fixed...But, right away we were suspicious: He gave us no receipt! So three days later, the same location starts leaking again...I call several times, no answer...So finally, I drive over to the location in Calimesa...A very rude girl refuses to help, and is basically going crazy in front of me, and says the phone system is out...I leave my business card on the owners desk...I finally got a voicemail, but called back and still no answer for two days...So I have to drive over to the location again...This time, 'Duke' happens to be there in person, and he finally comes over-of coarse-claiming immediately, 'The leak is probably from a new location'...But of course, it was not...It turn out that he had not properly torqued or tightened the fittings he installed at the junction...He tightened them up properly now and stopped the leak...But: I told him that now, my credit card company was telling me that I was overcharged, now it's suddenly $620 instead of $520...And for the second time, I again tell him I got no receipt...He insists that I am lying, that the repair he quoted was $620, not $520...$620 for two hours of work? So now Duke claims he will meet with the co-owner, and get back to me...But with a receipt, don't you think any argument over the price would be a mute point anyway? So of course, they never get back to us...So we are going to have to dispute the charge with our credit card company, and file a complaint with the state contractors license board...And we are fixed income, disabled seniors...I see so many Trades ripping people off: But can't they at least be honest and upfront with disabled seniors? And give a receipt for the work performed? Then, two weeks later, another leak develops along the same line! This time, we hired another plumber, who fixed everything correctly...
I owned my own business for four years, I had all five star reviews on Yelp...You can see by the owners response below that he does not know how to handle complaints from customers, the response from the business is very unprofessional...And yes customers often do get 'aggressive' when they have been ripped off by a trade company, don't return phone calls, have to drive over to the business in person twice, and don't provide the customer with a written or electronic receipt, as required by law...Warning: When a business refuses to leave a receipt for the customer, and refers to his 'private notes', you know the scam is on...

I contacted Aloha Plumbing on August 5, 2021 and was greeted with friendly courteous customer service. They were able to schedule my garbage disposal installation the same day!
The technician Russell Choy arrived on schedule. He was friendly and provided fast and efficient service! Aloha Plumbing offers reasonable prices, prompt customer service, and gets the done job. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I hate to leave a bad review for any business but contacting them and then having them try to make good on the work they claimed to do resulted in us having to hire someone else to actually fix the problem. Our downstairs flooded and it was an emergency, so I found someone who would come out on a weekend ASAP. Aloha came! The problem was fixed temporarily. We'd need to have our septic emptied and they came out to do that another time - or so they claimed. They accessed the septic from a very small opening, which we weren't sure about. The same issue came back again! We had flooding every time we used the washer. The water came up through our downstairs shower. We had them back out at least another time to try and fix it. Still had the same problem after.
Fast forward to us having a contractor out to do some work. Now, it's really had to get anyone to come up to do any work in Angelus Oaks, for whatever reason. The contractor said he'd handle it. He had a company he trusted. This company had to access the septic from another point, which we found using the blueprint from the house. It's the first time we'd had to access it after buying the house. They emptied the tank shortly after Aloha claimed to have done it. Now it's been months and no issues at all. No standing water in the downstairs. It all drains quite well now. We wasted a lot of time and money with Aloha. Our interactions were nice and they came out as promised, but I'm not sure if they emptied our septic or addressed the issue because it kept recurring. I've waited months to write a review because I wanted to see if we'd have any flooding again. Absolutely no flooding. Problem is resolved by accessing the actual septic.

In the world of plumbing and heating and air-conditioning, it is hard to find an ethical and reasonably priced business. Aloha plumbing heating and air-conditioning is both ethical and reasonably priced.
I was told by another heating and air-conditioning company that I needed to have thousands of dollars worth of work done on my central air conditioning unit. What I was told by Relaxed Heating and Air Conditioning was a complete lie. Aloha plumbing heating and air-conditioning came out and did the work for $550 (in a timely fashion).
Additionally I've had Aloha come out and do plumbing work in the past, and they did an outstanding job on that.
Duke, his Sons, Cheryl, Tom, and the entire team at Aloha are great! I highly recommend them and they will do well for you also.

So happy with my service from Aloha today. Eric was great! He was so helpful and informative. He even double checked to make sure I understood everything and really worked with me. I'm so appreciative of them being able to fit me in today. Thank you Aloha and thank you Eric for helping me out!!!

Called to make an appointment and Jesse was at my door in 15 min! Wonderful, knowledgeable, clean service. Very helpful. I will be calling them for all my plumbing problems from now on! Thank you so much! Michele G.

We needed our bathroom sink faucets replaced and called Aloha Plumbing based on the reviews. We had all the parts and just needed them to be installed. Duke came out and was very friendly. He installed both faucets quickly and left.
We noticed a drip underneath one of the sinks and notified them. Duke came back out the next day and fixed it. We then realized that the faucets themselves were missing the rubber mat or the barrier that is to protect them against the counter/maybe stop water from flowing into the wood underneath/stop it from shifting. We contacted Duke again and was told because the previous owner of the house didn't remodel the counters properly, there was extra height from an extra piece of wood so the screws that accompanied the faucet sets wouldn't have been long enough to add the mat - which is why only the handles have them but not the faucet itself.
Really wish that was explained to us while things were being installed so we could've asked for him to use a longer screw (if he had it), or we would've ran to the store real quick to purchase so it all would've been done correctly.
We're concerned about water seeping in from use/shifting so we will have to caulk it ourselves.

Have used them twice, and both times they did a solid job. Timely, efficient, polite and professional. Will use them again when needed.

Eric from Aloha Plumbing came installed the wrong water heater system to our house. Not only did he put a propane system water heater for a gas heater system AND FAILED TO MAKE THE PROPER CONVERSION. The gas company red tagged our water heater for improper ventilation as well. That's two red tags the first time. We noticed a problem right away when the pilot light would not stay lit right after install. I called Aloha plumbing someone came out and relit the pilot and said if it goes out again just relight the pilot never once noticing the error. When it still didn't work i called aloha plumbing again and that's when the owner began giving me attitude tried to make it seem like my problem. This morning the owner hung up on me. My family could have died from carbon monoxide build up from this situation or an explosion. The gas company red tagged the system four times. They do not know what they are doing. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
