I highly recommend Aloha Plumbing. We've recently moved into a home and needed a new faucet and some pressuring washing done. Aloha Plumbing worked us into their schedule quickly. The technician, Jesse was professional and very helpful. He installed a new kitchen faucet, pressure washed our patio furniture, and even helped my husband troubleshoot a different issue. I hope I don't need plumbing help in the future, but I will definitely use Aloha if I do.

I called Aloha plumbing a couple months ago based off previous great reviews. They answered quick, set an appointment and came over to check a leaky kitchen faucet.
The technician replaced the faucet but it still leaked at the base of the sink after he left and he had to come back a few days later to fix that properly and the garbage disposal sounds louder ever since. The caulking that he placed around the new faucet and sink area stayed discolored and started peeling about a month after. See attached photos.
Appearently the technician misunderstood that I was planning to remodel the kitchen in 5 years and admitted he would have put a different faucet instead.

Eric is a Badass... plumber. Aloha plumbing cares about me as a customer. I won't go to anyone else ever again.... I tried Pride Plumbing I felt like I was being raided for all I could possibly pay or not pay.

Our garbage disposal clogged up & back up the kitchen sinks. We called before hours & left a message & a technician called us back quickly & was at our home by 8:45 AM. He was polite & professional & did a great job clearing the problem. I would definitely recommend Aloha Plumbing!

The M.O. of Mr. Duke C., owner of Aloha Plumbing, seems to be to do a good job for you the first time, just to gain your trust, and then overcharge and lie to you the next time you need help. On that second occasion that I called, I needed the water line to my fridge replaced. The old line had developed a leak causing water damage to the kitchen ceiling. The water source was opposite the fridge and so the tubing ran up into the attic and down again. The wet ceiling had been removed and the attic was exposed. The old water line was made of a plastic-like flexible tubing that I suspected a rodent had chewed into. So I told Mr. C. I wanted it replaced with copper.
Duke C. inspected the situation and gave me a verbal price quote. I was not given anything in writing, no contract specifying exactly what he would do and what materials he would use, nor did he inform me verbally. I was not very concerned at first, because, as mentioned above, he had previously gained my trust.
Mr. C. came back a few days later with his son to do the job. As I watched, I saw that he was going to connect two pieces of copper tubing, whereby the connector would be directly over the ceiling, exactly where the leak was in the first place. You don't need to be a plumber to know that wherever there is a plumbing connection, there is the potential for a leak. I protested the use of two separate pieces of tubing and told Mr. C. that I was expecting him to install one continuous length of copper tubing. He said to me: ""They don't make it in that length,"" meaning 50ft. He proceeded to connect the two pieces over the ceiling. Mr. C. also had to make cuts in the drywall, one of them at the bottom of the wall where the tubing came through. He wanted to charge me extra, beyond what he had quoted me, to install an ""ice maker box"" in the cut he made where the tubing came out of the wall. So I wound up with a big gaping hole at the bottom of my wall.
Feeling greatly dissatisfied with Mr. C.'s ""work,"" I did some investigating and found out that Duke C. had in fact blatantly lied to my face. The copper tubing he used does indeed come in lengths of 50ft, 100ft and longer.
I proceeded to obtain estimates for getting the job re-done, using one continuous length of copper tubing and which also included the ""ice maker box."" Each quote was cheaper than, and one was actually less than half what Duke C. charged me, even though now the ceiling is no longer exposed as it was for Mr. C., which had made the job a whole lot easier for him. So not only had I been lied to, I had also been price gouged. And by the way, I am a senior citizen.
The Contractors State Licensing Board only reprimanded Mr. C. for not giving me a written contract in advance of doing the job. And because Mr. C. did not put anything in writing (a violation), the Board did not have ""proof"" that he had lied about the available materials. So Duke C.'s violation protected him against the charge that he had lied. The Board suggested to him to make some kind of refund offer, a fraction of what I paid and with strings attached, which I declined. Be advised, the Contractors Licensing Board protects the contractor, not the consumer.
So a word to the wise: if you need a plumber, call someone else, anyone else, not Aloha Plumbing. You'll save yourself a lot of money and a lot of worry.

Excellent service. Highly recommend to anyone! They were fast and efficient, Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff.

We wish that we could leave a positive review for Aloha plumbing. We really really do but we can't. Yes the owner of Aloha plumbing is very nice. So nice in fact that when one of us was in the hospital they even dropped by flowers. For this reason alone we held off on the negative review for months hoping we could resolve our issues but we haven't been able to so here we are. We paid over $3000 to have sprinklers installed in our front yard and a portion of our backyard. At this point we wish we could go back in time and have never had it done for it has been such a bad experience. This project started in November and has yet to be resolved. We have had constant and ongoing issues with the sprinklers in both yards. To begin with the trenches were never dug deep enough and therefore the sprinkler pipes were not put down far enough into the ground. We complained about this several times and they finally sent a guy over to fix the problem. However, all they did was dig some of the ""more noticeable"" areas with a shovel and try to cover those pipes with dirt. To this day there are still places in our yard where you can literally see the white pipes as you walk around the yard because they're not even covered by dirt. The sprinklers themselves are pointing out incorrectly in several areas (a landscaper pointed this out) basically watering the wall not grass and there are large portions of the yard that get NO COVERAGE at all. The sprinkler heads are so high that they break constantly. You can't even mow without hitting one. We can't even have our grass installed because we've had several landscaping companies come out and comment on how horrible the sprinklers are, how they should be deeper in the ground, how they don't cover all of the yard, how they face the wrong direction and so on and so on. Aloha plumbing also told us they would bring a fake rock to cover the equipment in the backyard which we never received (we did receive one for the front yard but not the backyard and we have mentioned this to them multiple times) . Honestly we could go on and on. We have contacted Aloha plumbing on multiple occasions and it's taken negative review threats to get them to even come back out. Currently, there are areas where the pipes are leaking so badly underground that water just bubbles up from underground. We can't even use the sprinklers. We have video of this. Because they claimed to have contacted us with no response by phone and because we now want everything written down we started contacting them through email . Our last email was sent on May 13th and we've gotten no reply. Since it has been over a month with no response we decided it was time to finally give our review. It would be nice if they responded to that email that was sent on May 13 so we can get this issue resolved once and for all. Honestly we would be more than happy to have them come out and pull out all of their pipes and take all of their equipment with them and give me a complete refund at this point and just go with a different company. Sprinklers should last for years not one use and then leaking and spraying wrong etc. We have to use manual sprinklers on a hose to water anything.

Excellent quick service for a clogged kitchen sink. Reasonably priced. Jesse couldn't have been nicer. Plus he answered all my questions. Thank you Jesse for your great service!!

My house was backed up, so I called Aloha Plumbing at 1pm on a Saturday and she said they could be there between 2-3pm. Well I got a text saying he was on his way and he was here before 1:30pm which was Awesome. It's hard to find someone on the weekend who can show up as fast as Aloha Plumbing did. They will definitely be getting my future business.

Beware! Ask for estimate first. I supplied all the parts for the install two common toilet lines. One toilet did not get its inlet line done since I had the wrong size and the plumber did not have this common size on his truck. In the end I was presented with a $225.00 bill. I don't believe he was here quite a full hour. Fee was excessive.
