This family owned business was recommended to me by my close friend. Mike and his son were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We had issues with both our showers not maintaining hot water consistently and they were able to address the issue quickly. We won't hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing problems.

Called several times and finally they sent out Mike, who was rude and didn't even send a quote after he was finished inspecting the job. There no detailed explanation of the work that was going to be done, just that he would send us a quote. He knows I have kids so he always makes us a priority which I appreciate so much. Not only does show up promptly and do great work all of his employees and him are very kind. Water Softener and RO water filter installed recently. Mike and his crew showed up on time and got the job done quickly, on time, and at the quoted price. As a bonus, they found a small leak I wasn't aware of and repaired it. Everyone on the crew was friendly and they seemed to have a lot of fun doing the job. Highly recommended.

Our kitchen sink became clogged with water and would not drain. Later it got so clogged that water started coming out our washer drain all over the floor. Thanks to Mike and Almaden Valley Plumbing, Brendan came and had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes. Our kitchen now drains water and does not back up anymore. You have problems, call Mike and he will get you going again fast.

They do great work. I've used them many times over the years. This time I had a part go bad just a month past the warranty time. We had a recirculating pump put on the garage water heater and under the far sink. It's wonderful; instant hot water in the farthest bathroom without wasting water down the drain. But the circulating pump went bad and was now out of warranty. The owner, Mike, worked with us until we were happy with the work and the cost.

Yes.....You passed off the issue of the Pilot light to the manufactor very well.....However, you failed to mention the recirc pump that was put on in reverse. And I went out and bought a ANOTHER $250.00 pump to find out the pump was put back on the WRONG direction.
You should tell the whole story. YOU had to fix it! Remember?

We've used Almaden Valley Plumbing twice now and highly recommend them! The first time they cleared a shower drain and spent extra time to make sure it was fully cleared out (last person just did a quick job and we were back to a stopped up shower within a month or two). Most recently Mike was ready to be done for the day and head home but knew they were booked for a week. We had a toilet issue so he came on over even though he was heading home. Excellent customer service and they do good work!
