Fast service. I don't think they're the cheapest but they were worth it to me. Very nice service technicians or plumbers. I think I've used them twice now and would go back to them when needed.

We had a slow leak in a water pipe that must have been there for 9-12 months until it finally showed through on the ceiling drywall. We originally called another plumbing services who tinkered around and thought it was the tub spout, but the leak continued nevertheless. When we got a second opinion from Ally plumbing, they found the location of the leak and fixed it, all in the same day. Everything was bone dry by the next day. I should've went with Ally in the first place. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend it. After a $149 registration fee to join which was required or you could pay a $150 service call fee, I was given a quote of $850 for a simple drain clog that another company fixed in less than 20 minutes and for a total cost that was 75% less than the cost with Ally.

Ally's customer service was great. I was somewhat reluctant that they insisted upon coming out to discuss price, but they made it clear the quote was free. Their price was 50% and 75% of two other bids so we had them do the work immediately. The technician was personable, efficient, and did the job very well. No complaints!

We moved into a home in Puyallup and on the first night discovered a leak in the master bath shower that went through to the ceiling in the basement below. Ally was chosen by our insurance company to come and repair the leak. From the first visit to the last everyone who came to the house or spoke to us on the phone were courteous, helpful and understanding of our situation. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Shawn the plumber showed up on time. He was very well groomed, which gives a good first impression. He was so very nice and kind and took the time to explain to me what needed to be done. He was very helpful and the company they follow up their attention to detail and customer service appears, as though it is important to them that you the customer are treated the best !

I plan on having them returned to do some work in my bathroom, because I am so pleased with their team effort !

Isaiah swiftly analyzed a plumbing fail three other companies diagnosed incorrectly, and returned with Paul to fix a major problem within just a few hours. After three months of no water in a downstairs bathroom the restoration was much appreciated. Company communication, from time the technicians would arrive to the initial estimate and final bill, was excellent. I've used a number of plumbing outfits--this is the best experience I've ever had.

I had a leak that appeared on the drywall on the garage ceiling back in Nov/Dec 2022 when we had snowfall. It started out as a small spot that got larger and eventually grew mold.
I called their restoration team to come out and assess the issue and see where the water was coming from.
The statement of work included finding the issue, repairing and drying out any of the wood affected. The estimated costs ran just under $1700.
So far, so good. They came in and removed the part of the ceiling in the affected area and noticed it was coming from the roof. They advised that I call a roofer to assess and fix the issue. Afterwards, their team would come back to assess and make any necessary or additional fixes (i.e., drying out the wood, if needed).
The roofer came in the fixed the issue. Afterwards, the restoration team came back and after assessment said no further drying or fixes are required.
When I got the bill, they wanted me to pay around $1000 for essentially removing part of the ceiling drywall. In addition to that, they were charging me 4hrs of labor which didnt take place. Luckily, I had a Ring cam that documented their arrival and departure. The total time they were on-site? 1hr 27mins!
I sent the videos over to Ally plumbing/restoration (I was in contact with Jane Judd, who I later found out is the VP for Ally plumbing/restoration and no apologies of any kind) and over the course of few days, they sent several invoices each time dropping the price. I had to fight for every single dollar and the final amount came out to $587, nearly half of what they were trying to charge me! Had I not had my Ring cam set up, I would be paying over $1000 for work that did not take place.

So they are essentially charging me $587 for the removal of part of the drywall (4x4ft)

Honesty and customer-focus isnt what Ally plumbing/restoration represent.

My take away/lesson learned: dont always assume the vendor will do you right. Always have some kind of backup/evidence when your house is being worked on.

Ally Plumbing & Restoration has been amazing! My husband and I just purchased a home that needed a bit of work.

Our issue was plumbing in our crawl space, which was not properly insulated & plumbing lines were strewn about.

Kordel, was very friendly and prompt. I had a billion questions and concerns but he was very confident & knowledgeable. He was in and out in no time and gave the best customer service, after just crawling under our house.

We highly recommend Ally Plumbing & Restoration as well as working with Kordel. He made a lifelong customer out of us.
