I wish I could give 4.5 starts.

We had a wonderful experience with Ally. Fair quote when compared to a few other companies. I appreciated the honest information to help us choose a unit and also choose to go with ally. Other companies where tossing in extra services that were not needed or didn't have a great value to begin with. Ally did some extra cross checking and got back to me almost immediately to answer my questions.

My only complaints:

1. When scheduling install we were not told that it was going to take two days. Or that they needed access to the craw space. Fortunately, I made note of a crawl space comment during a previous quote and cleaned out our storage area/crawl space the night before. We were able to work around the scheduling issues for day two. But I had to leave work quickly on the last day of school (teacher) to rush home and lock my dogs in and go back to work. Again, made it work. But it would have been nice to know that this was a two day job upfront.

2. We are still waiting on the blanket for the unit to reduce noise as it wasn't available on our install days.

Nick did a wonderful job. He helped me redo a thermostat wiring that was done completely wrong and he diagnosed it and laid it all out very smartly and decisively. I had every confidence that he knew what he was doing. Very professional and I would highly recommend.

I cant say enough positive words to describe my experience with these guys. Shawn is amazing and he deserves the highest praise. He goes above and beyond to make sure his job is done and done right.
Its always iffy when the home warranty company sets up service but these guys blame away.
Please give Shawn a promotion a raise or something employees like him are very rare!!

I always check Yelp reviews but rarely write one. I found Ally on Yelp bc of the great reviews. I called yesterday and had fantastic customer service scheduling a technician visit today from 12-4. Devin and Gino arrived at 1pm and were AMAZING! Very clear, informative and patient as I explained and had to call my husband for my details on cutting off and replacing a valve under our dishwasher and kitchen sink. They went above and beyond to ensure we could use our water until our new dishwasher is installed by adding a new angle stop to our water supply. Devin and Gino super efficient and explained everything. Thanks so much!

What a lucky day for me! Nick from Ally heating was amazing. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledge with the Nest and heating system. He not only fixed my furnace quickly and also took the time to show me the proper way of installing and cleaning filters. I highly recommend Nick and Ally heating company for your heating service.

This review is long overdue, several months ago my rental property in the Seattle area was having heating issues to the point the city was involved. I live in SW washington (3 hour drive to seattle). To make a long story short, I had another HVAC company come out and they had to come out 3 times (I had to miss 3 days of work) for parts, issues etc..i ended up spending almost $1500 and still wasn't fixed (at that point i should have just bought another furnace, they also said i need another part but wouldn't guarantee it would work). My lawyer suggested i try another company. I called Ally, took another day off work James met me at my house. I felt comfortable enough with him to leave and grab a coffee for the both of us. I came back within 15 mins and as i walk into the house, the house is toasty and warm! he said one of the original parts the other company installed, had the wires hooked up incorrectly....who knows if it was on purpose or simply an accident but I salute Ally and James for the standup work! I even got a call a week later asking if it's working properly! I highly recommend Ally to anyone having any heating issues! I'm planning on getting some plumbing done to my property in the next couple of months and will be calling Ally to do the job!

Impressions: fast, friendly, LEGIT work, very professional and reliable!

I had an awesome experience with James. My home furnace had stopped working and I was able to schedule an appointment right away despite the busy season. James came on time and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He then went above and beyond to test the furnace for other issues and pointed out that we had the fan running on continuously which would increase the bill and adjusted it to run only when the furnace was on. He was also kind enough to take a look at the fireplace (as we were having some trouble starting it) and got it working. Thank you so much! Highly recommended

Although we had to wait 4 days to get service, they came on time as they promised and the repair person, Nick, was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He fixed the problem is good time.

James was very patient and explained what he needed to do in a way that this 70-year old, non-mechanically adept lady understood. He and his apprentice David were respectful, did a brilliant job, and left the place immaculate. Ally was the third central a/c specialist to come out. The first said the a/c could not be fixed. Period. The second came in with a bid FOUR TIMES higher than Ally's and involved a crane and permits that would have taken months. James explained why that wasn't necessary and proceeded to exceed all our expectations. James really, really knows this business!
