This review is long overdue, several months ago my rental property in the Seattle area was having heating issues to the point the city was involved. I live in SW washington (3 hour drive to seattle). To make a long story short, I had another HVAC company come out and they had to come out 3 times (I had to miss 3 days of work) for parts, issues etc..i ended up spending almost $1500 and still wasn't fixed (at that point i should have just bought another furnace, they also said i need another part but wouldn't guarantee it would work). My lawyer suggested i try another company. I called Ally, took another day off work James met me at my house. I felt comfortable enough with him to leave and grab a coffee for the both of us. I came back within 15 mins and as i walk into the house, the house is toasty and warm! he said one of the original parts the other company installed, had the wires hooked up incorrectly....who knows if it was on purpose or simply an accident but I salute Ally and James for the standup work! I even got a call a week later asking if it's working properly! I highly recommend Ally to anyone having any heating issues! I'm planning on getting some plumbing done to my property in the next couple of months and will be calling Ally to do the job!

I had an awesome experience with James. My home furnace had stopped working and I was able to schedule an appointment right away despite the busy season. James came on time and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He then went above and beyond to test the furnace for other issues and pointed out that we had the fan running on continuously which would increase the bill and adjusted it to run only when the furnace was on. He was also kind enough to take a look at the fireplace (as we were having some trouble starting it) and got it working. Thank you so much! Highly recommended

Although we had to wait 4 days to get service, they came on time as they promised and the repair person, Nick, was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He fixed the problem is good time.

James was very patient and explained what he needed to do in a way that this 70-year old, non-mechanically adept lady understood. He and his apprentice David were respectful, did a brilliant job, and left the place immaculate. Ally was the third central a/c specialist to come out. The first said the a/c could not be fixed. Period. The second came in with a bid FOUR TIMES higher than Ally's and involved a crane and permits that would have taken months. James explained why that wasn't necessary and proceeded to exceed all our expectations. James really, really knows this business!

Thanks to Ally - James and David - for a great customer experience. The company communicated about arrival and confirmed our appointment in advance. James and David arrived, assessed our gas rerouting needs, and got to work. I appreciated that they explained what they were doing and why. I purchased a gas heater that I needed installed, so I called Ally Heating and Air Conditioning. I am able to do many house projects myself, but I don't mess with gas. Also, I value having an expert in each area whom I can call when I need someone to help with a project that I'm not comfortable doing myself. James from Ally is definitely an expert. Ally called me the day prior to re-confirm the appointment time, and James showed up right on time the next day. I really appreciate this because I'm busy, too.
When people work on my house, I often watch and learn. James had the same attention to detail on my house that I have. He made sure everything was exactly right and the heater worked perfectly before he left. He cleaned up after himself and made sure the area was spotless. I will definitely be calling Ally when I need more HVAC work done. As a homeowner, it's a relief to know someone who is a pro in this area.

To no surprises the team was very quick to get out to provide a free no obligation quote. Staff was beyond helpful and kind. Communication was wonderful and included a confirmation call the day before scheduled service and 30 mins before arrival. The total cost was a little more expensive then another quote I received but I'm always willing to pay a little move for great service and work. I am happy with the job that was complete.
