I contracted AllTech about a year ago to do some repairs in our guest bathroom as well as install a utility sink in the laundry room (that was not piped for it). All the work was top-notch, and done pretty quickly. They even went above and beyond and installed shut off valves for the utility sink. Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was their price. They were a bit more expensive than other places, but you definitely do get what you pay for.

I am very pleased about the whole process of installation new Trane heat pump system. the whole team worked was very professional. My technician Raymond is very honest, knowledgable and professional. Requested that they come out to perform an estimate to install a new gas line and replace an existing water heater. The window for the estimate was 9 to 11:00 am. Well it got to be 10:30 and no technician. So I called their office. The technician was delayed and would be late.
If I hadn't called them I would just be kept waiting with no call. Estimate cancelled and will not use Alltech for anything. It's funny that the night before they called me to make sure I had not forgotten the appointment. I guess they think their time is valuable but mine isn't. First and last time I'll call them for anything.

I honestly pretty much only take the time to write Yelp reviews when I recieve bad service or something is so aweful that I have to warn the world. But I just had to write a review for Alltech. I'm completly useless and whenever anything breaks around my condo I pretty much assume the postion and prepare myself to be pushed to the edge of bancruptcy by some lowlife scamster. Thank god I found Alltech. This company is amazing. From the folks who answer the phones to the technicians (here's to you Alex and Joe) who come to do the service everything about my now multiple experiances has left me very very happy. I get that plumbing and AC work often can be expensive, but Alltech's prices were fair and reasonable. Both times they have been out I recieved multiple quotes from multiple companies and Alltech always came in the best, once significantl. Alex was also able to fix my AC unit by replacing one part as oppose to the major list of things that some crook tried to tell me I needed. But really to me, the most important part of both of my experiances, is that the technicians were people that I felt comfortable having in my home. They were friendly and actually seemed to enjoy thier job. Plus they were on time, communicated with me before arrival just to let me know they were on thier way, and followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was good. I don't have to get multiple quotes, spend all that time calling different places, and then worry I am being screwed anymore. From now on if its smoething Alltech does I am just calling them. Alltech is the next best thing to having a plumber in the family. Thank guys, your team made two stressful situations just a littlebetter, and I really appreciate that.

Who knew that this kind of service still exits. Our water heater died last night. I don't know any plumbers so started looking at reviews. Called AllTech around 10:00 and spoke to Kayla who was very pleasant. She told me to take pictures of the heater and she would give me an estimate. The heater was well over ten years old and in need of replacing. Sent the pics and within a half hour was contacted by a staff member who quoted me a price. A solid quote. Mike and Mike were to the house by 1:30 and had the old heater removed and the new one placed by 3:30!!! They were polite and courteous. We had just installed new carpet and I was concerned they would make a mess. Nope!! Put down drop cloths and wore booties over shoes. Clean and no mess. In less than six hours the entire project was completed and we can avoid cold showers! Thanks to everyone who helped us get hot water. OUTSTANDING!!!

Came home last Sunday and the house was a toasty 88 degrees, A/C was dead. Did some research on Yelp of course and called a few places, once I talked to Ed from All Tech I was pretty convinced this was the company/guy. Ed was professional, he was upfront about the weekend rates and seemed to be on the ball. He arrived a little early and quickly identified the problem --pretty small problem actually--and within 20 minutes we were back to cooling. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for...I'll gladly pay for their services again, if needed. Thank you Ed.

I had a scheduled appointment with these guys today between 1 - 3pm.

At 2:45pm I called to ask what was going on. They said that the tech was ""nearby"".

At 3:20 they sent me a text message that he was ""on the way"".

At 3:45pm I called and they said his car was parked a mile away.

When the guy showed up at my door at 3:55pm I told him not to bother. I would rather go with another company that respects my time.

Forget about the rest, go with the best. These guys are the real deal and I can see why they are so well reviewed here. Very easy to work with, professional and reliable service and advice to match. Called to have them come out and provide an estimate on having a few toilets installed and they were the only ones able to give me a simple estimate for this job, with fair pricing over the phone. We booked the appointment and the job was completed fast. Joe came out and was professional and very thorough in his workmanship and advice. Everything looked and worked great when the job was finished. A+ service, will be a returning customer.
