Wow - I am so impressed with Alex (owner) and his team.

I'm staying with a friend for the week and after using the bathroom, the dreaded clogged toilet situation happened. You know, the one where you try to frantically unclog the toilet but it only gets worse and you hate to be ""that"" guest. Well, lucky these are good friends so...Anyway, in my case, the bathtub started filling up, too. *Ensue panic.*

After an hour of fruitless attempts with the plunger, hot water, etc. I reached out to several businesses via Yelp. Alex got to me first, offering a flat rate of $225 to unclog the toilet and tub. He said the price would only go up if there were extra issues, like roots choking the pipes.

They gave me a timeline of 3:30-6:30 pm but ended up offering to come earlier. They were at the front door at 2 pm. I reached out about 12:30 pm, for context.

By the time they arrived, my friends decided to try and solve the issue themselves first. I felt awful canceling when the technician was already there, but he was gracious enough to provide a free consultation and refused any payment.

Alex (the owner) was so nice about everything! And the culture of the boss definitely is with the employees too. Rafiq (the tech) and Leslie (Manager?) were all wonderful.

We ended up not needing their services but with how the consult went, I am happy to recommend them! If you're in the Vegas area and in need of plumbing services, I highly recommend Alex and his team.

The gentleman put our new water heater in. He took the old tank and dropped the rusty water in our garage and the driveway. He then dumped the rest of the rusty water in the street. In the morning someone from our HOA came and notified us that we had to remove the rusty water or get fined. I called your office the girl was not helpful. My daughter and I on our hand and knees to scrub the rust in 105 degree temperature. I'm so upset about this problem. We even had to clean the street. WHAT A MESS.

These guys will come out and jack the price up. They wanted to charge me more money to replace my faucet because I had an RO underneath my kitchen sink. I asked , ""how much more?"" And they could not tell me until they checked with their office. I didn't want to wait any longer so I called another plumbing company; they told me that having an RO underneath the sink is no problem at all - no need to remove it, they could just work around it. Allstate Plumbing just wasted my time, I will never have them back again.

I got a water heater replaced by Allstate Service Group, they reached out about ten minutes after I messaged them on Yelp and took care of it the next day. They did great work and made sure everything is up to code. I'd use them again for any services they offer.

Our disposal system needed replacing . I reached out one day , it could've been same day service but we were expecting to wait so we weren't home. They came next day at the estimated time we requested. The quoted price was $350 and the total after the service was $350. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have not used this company yet because I ended up finding out what my water issue was. But I plan on using them next time I have any plumbing issues. They are VERY responsive and gave me a reasonable price for coming out for an emergency fix. I didn't use them in the end because I solved my own issues. But they are amazing and I can't say enough how amazingly responsive and reasonable they are. Call or message them now!!!
