I've been using Allstate Service Group for over year. I've had my new Water Heater, Main Water Shutoff Valve, Front Water Faucet Replaced, and most recently my pool area water faucet all repaired at a very reasonable cost. Of course their Plummer work is exceptional. They are my go to Plumbing Company!! Highly recommend Allstate Service Group for your plumbing work.

I posted a message (with video) on Yelp that I was in need of a plumber.
Allstate Service Group responded quickly with a more then fair quote. They were able to send someone out that very day, even though it would be after regular business hours.
It seemed I would be needing to have a bigger job done then initially thought, so we scheduled that the same evening for a day that worked for me. Again the quote was fair, and after getting the job done the problem I was having for months stopped. Yay!
I've had Allstate out for other plumbing jobs since then and I couldn't be happier with my service and my plumbers knowledge.
They are very responsive, clean, knowledgable and fair in pricing. Everything I need in a service oriented business. (Now if I could just find a handyman like this, Ha!)
If you need a plumber, call Allstate Service Group. You'll be glad you did!

Allstate Service Group? In my own words are a very professional service company, they were on time for the job went right to work and stuck with what he had to do until it was complete. I will surely call and have them do work again being a senior I was very nervous on this type of work and Alex told me not to worry that they had done this repair before. Our main water line was leaking. We received estimates from 2 highly recommended companies. The estimates were vague and the process was not explained well. Next we contacted Allstate Service through Yelp. They gave me an appointment; I told them ASAP we don't have water. Rafiq the technician showed up early and spent an hour to explain the process. We were promised if the job was not completed by Friday they would work through the weekend. Next day we received a written estimate in detail. We got on the phone with Alex the owner, went over the payment plan. The work was done quick, clean and water running in 1 day, Thank you Rafiq and Alaxy. Some of the estimated work was not necessary. We were on the phone again with Alex and the invoice was discounted.
In the event we have another problem in our home we will be contacting Allstate Service Group.

Do not do business with this company. I had them come out to my house for a repair on a leaking pipe. I used my Amazon home warranty. Which is a 75.00 service fee. They said they could not fix my pipe. But is now refusing to refund my 75.00. The so call manager hung up the phone in my face. All because I requested to speak to someone higher up.

Sent Alex a Yelp request a couple of weeks ago because my garbage disposal decided to go kaput on me just before the weekend started. Contacted him on Monday, he put my request in to Dispatch, who contacted me within ten minutes, and we set up a date and time for installing the new garbage disposal I purchased from Amazon for that Thursday. Krassimir was on time, as he always is, and got right to work installing my new garbage disposal. Krassimir is an excellent technician, professional, knowledgeable, and proficient in what he does. Didn't take him long to uninstall the old garbage disposal and install the new one. Allstate is my go-to business when I need professional and reliable service. Professional and top-notch services at a competitive prices! Alexander was so helpful and accommodating when he scheduled my toilet installation. Throughout the process I received texts letting me know the name of the professional who was going to do the installations, when was he going to arrive and when the job was completed. Technician Vlad is a pro and seasoned plumber. He was on time to both appointments and very cordial. He also explained the basic patiently.

The water softener was installed and configured. Plus, I've hired Allstate Service Group to provide maintenance on the a/c units.
