Worst company ever and -0 on customer service. From the first time I talk to them I knew I did not want them in my house. But I allowed them to came anyway. The Mechanic was early and very professional, although he did not resolve the problem. He explained and I accepted the explanation, but when I talk to the girl office she was very, very rude and argumentative. No customer service skills. Needless to say I have been waiting to get heat in my home for 2 weeks in the middle of winter. Still waiting... Run from this company. Can I give them a zero!

I would never ever use this company. They are rude, they are liars, and they are unreliable. I could go ahead and write a big post, but all that really needs to be said is I would not recommend this place to anyone.

So.... the repairman showed up in good time 2 days within first home warranty call. He came however didn't even have a ladder!
So he used mine, when he was finished diagnosis I asked him if he could put the ladder back in the back yard because my husband wasn't home to do it for him (entry to attic in my young daughters room), mind you it's his job to have his own ladder, I thought.
Anyway he said ""Oh no don't worry I'll be back to finish the job leave it there"". I was happy he was coming back and HE assured me he would!!
He lied,, and told the warranty company he couldn't even get access to the attic!!?
Wow, and mind you, he was up there for about 45 mins. The warranty company Fidelity Home Warranty assured me they'd get someone else outta me again ASAP, and they did.... AllRite Mechanical is VERY unprofessional, and the repairmans name is Mohammed and spoke decent English and what I definitely understood was that he was coming back!!

Terrible company, incompetent techs. They were sent to us by home warranty company & have been ""fixing"" the A/C on a rental unit for over a month now with no discernible results. Finally had to call another company that quickly diagnosed & repaired their missteps this morning. Turns out, the Allright tech had not only installed a cheap after market motor that did not work, he had installed the fan BACKWARDS to it was rotating the wrong way. No wonder we could hear the fan running, but no air! &%$#! Save yourself the misery & do NOT hire these jokers.

This company is WORST! Every bad review on this site is 100% justified. All right mechanical install an HVAC system in my house before I bought it. They lied to the previous owners and never got it permitted with the city. Communicating with them has been an absolute nightmare. It seems like if someone doesn't know the answer to one of my questions and you just hang up. That's if I get to talk to somebody after being on hold for 30 minutes. I've dealt with this company four different times now on the phone and I have yet to find somebody who actually cares about you helping me with my problem or even providing the basic decency of customer service. I would never choose to use this company.

After many calls where we left voice mail requesting our service be completed and having to reach out to our home warranty to finally get the ball rolling, the second technician came this morning from Allright Mechanical and I was excited because I thought my system was going to be finally fixed. What I received in stead was the same diagnosis I have already received. When I requested to speak to a supervisor all I received was a card for a phone number that just went to voice mail. When the technician was on the phone with his supervisor explaining why I will not sign for the same diagnosis I have already been given he asked her if she wanted to speak to me and she refused. This service is unacceptable.

The office people are always rude. Three weeks dealing with them and NOTHING for done. The prices are way above everyone else. A BIG waste of time. And don't go to their office because it looks and smells like homeless people squat there.

I submitted a service request to my home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS) on July 11, 2017 for an inoperable air conditioner. AHS sent my service request to AllRight Mechanical on July 12, 2017. I contacted AllRight Mechanical on July 13, 2017scheudle an appt. The first available was Saturday, July 15, 2017. Their technician came on Saturday and spent 10 mins to tell us that we are 4 lbs. low on refrigerant and need a leak test. He stated another appt would need to be scheduled after the home warranty company approves it. The next Sr Technician came out on Friday, July 21, 2017. He stated I did not need a leak test that our compressor was broke and needed to be replaced. He as well stated he would submit information to office tonight, so that they could contact AHS immediately and we should hear something Monday afternoon or latest Tuesday am. I contacted AllRight Mechanical on Monday and I was told that the Sr Technician stated that the homeowner told him things were fixed and that he did not need to do anything. Unfortunately for us, he did not leave a service order invoice; as I trusted he was writing it up and sending it in, it was late afternoon on Friday. I was admit that was not accurate, so AllRight sent out another technician, so he could tell us the same thing that the second guy told us, our compressor was inoperable. Now they needed to obtain approval from AHS and then order the part. I confirmed with AHS that the request was approved, but we would have an out of pocket of approx. $1100 for refrigerant, code updates etc.; we agreed to cost. On August 2, 2017, my son called AllRight Mechanical in my absence to confirm if part received and if so schedule appt to repair. He was told it had just come in and that they could come out on Friday, August 4, 2017. The technician showed up on Friday and spent a good part of the day there, not fully engaged in fixing the unit. He stated the new compressor was not working and they would send out another technician to look at it tomorrow. On Saturday, August 5, 2017, the 2nd technician who came out and flat out lied about his visit, was the technician to come out. He stated the new compressor was defective and they would need to obtain approval to replace and come out again to fix. I had many calls between AHS and Allright Mechanical up to this point. On Tuesday, August 15, 2017, we had enough and I contacted AHS to cancel the service request. I also contacted AllRight Mechanical to notify them that the service request had been cancelled and that do not want to be charged for any of the services I have not received and I wanted to receive a refund for the initial down payment. I informed the Office Manager, it has been almost 6 weeks now and I still have an inoperable AC and your technicians have not been factual throughout this process. I further explained I still had the old and new compressor at my home and was confused how they could be turning in the new compressor for replacement when it is still at my home. The Office Manager told me that is impossible, we have to have that to turn in to receive new one. I have pictures to prove I have both. She stated she would get back to me. She never did, so I called again and she stated they would be charging me for refrigerant, since they had provided that. In the meantime, I found a new company to fix my repairs outside of the home warranty and the owner let me know that the new compressor did not have any charge or refrigerant in it, along with very poor workmanship. I should not pay for something I did not receive and want to ensure that others do not have to go through what we did. We were without AC for 6 weeks in temperatures above 100 on most days, clearly unacceptable.

double zero stars for this company. my home warranty ahs sent this company out to fix my unit... i don't understand how allright mechanical is still in business.. they sent sayed out and he is rude & unprofessional he doesn't know anything about
a/c units.. i don't know where ahs find these handymen...allright mechanical sent sayed he came out and said oh its the fueses. bs!!! he wouldn't listen he did a horrible job. he only was at my home for no more than 10 minutes.. when i asked if the fuses were the reason my air conditioner stopped working all he kept saying is i changed the fueses.. an hour after he left my unit stopped working again!!!

i called all right mechanical an hour later after sayed left and said my a/c is not working and was told by the christine who answered the phone her manager said well they are not coming back unless i call ahs and put in another service request. (i guess they didn't make their quota)as far as they are concerned the unit worked for the 10 minutes sayed(unprofessional, angry,rude man ) was here so it's fixed.. sayed check the outside unit an said it's the fuses.. he didn't even attempted to see what the real issue is.. then ahs called them again and placed an expedited recall work order with them and all right said they can't come back until 2 weeks later.. are you serious!!!!

i was able to get my unit fixed with another company (hoyt mechanical)who knows how to fix air conditioners. oh by the way all right mechanical my motor went out on my a/c unit.. if sayed would have known anything about air conditioners he would have been able to fix my unit..

i will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau.. don't ever use all right mechanical!!! horrible company

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!
This company is THE WORST. They were assigned us by our Warranty company when our A/C started leaking. These two lazy workers came out didn't even go up into the attic where the unit was. They looked under our house, and told us they needed to send someone ""smaller"" out to fit under the house. Then they said they'd need authorization from the Warranty company to fix any problem.. BUT THEY NEVER FILED THE PAPERWORK!!! So then the Warranty had to put us back in the queue after a week, since these LAZY people still hadn't filed.
Turns out it was just a backed up condensation pipe, they would have seen that if they'd actually looked at the unit. We paid out of pocket and the problem was fixed in 20 minutes... Maybe they should shut this business down since they have zero idea how to run a successful business.
