Worst service and staff ! When I had a service call to my home they mixed up the address. I call them yesterday and left a message, no return phone call. So I called today and it was horrible!! The rudest customer service in town!! They then, tried to tell me to hold on while they finish talking. Because I told them directly I am the customer you need to listen so I can tell you where to go, I got put on hold for 30 min then when I tried calling back they would put the phone directly on hold. I will definitely will let the owner know to not use this service again. I wish I read the reviews before hand, they all say the same thing!!! Horrible place.

Do not accept services from this company. They were assigned by our Warranty policy- Old Republic Warranty (ORW). Our water heater went out and we had the gas company come out first thing the next day to make sure all was well on that side as that was our only gas appliance and the pilot refused to start. The gas company came out and documented that the probable diagnosis was a malfunctioning thermocouple as this was the most common issue for this water heater- which was the most commonly sold unit for its year. The water heater was still under warranty for GE so we took the liberty of ordering this part to have as an extra in case it happened again. We contacted ORW who contracted us out to Allright Mechanical. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude from the start- and after we explained what the gas company said the probable issue was she stated she had no idea what that was or know anything about parts. We were told the technician would contact us promptly, and four hours later we had to call them back to ask to get an appointment made. We asked her to pass on the message about the Thermocouple and she didn't, she didn't even want to schedule a technician but grudgingly did. The technicians arrived promptly for appointment, walked into the garage and stated they agreed that the Thermocouple was the problem, but that he doesn't carry parts with him so he would have to come back several days later with the part despite how common the issue. We let him know we had ordered an extra from the warranty and could provide it sooner than he could order one, and it would be appropriate for use. One technician told my mother to her face, with me behind the door, that as soon as the part came in he would rush over and hook it up as it would probably only take about 15 minutes- while the other one started taking pictures of our garage and water heater. Neither technician physically touched the water heater past attempting to light the pilot- something we had already tried and were there for less than 10 minutes. We just purchased the house last year from the previous owner and have not made any modifications as it was approved by the contracted inspector from ORW and have never used our policy. The technicians demanded a $60 service fee and left. At 6PM the same night we received a call from ORW stating that the work order submitted called for an excess of $575 past the $200 covered by the policy. The Thermocouple is a $12 item, at most, $20. When we inquired the costs the company noted this was for multiple ""code issues"" (Verbatim), and couldn't tell us any more. We let them know we were providing the part and ORW stated they would speak with AllRight Mechanical about unnecessary charges. Next AM ORW called back and stated they had determined our out of pocket cost would be $160 for ""code issues"", we were at 5 days without hot water and were agreeable to this amount and instructed us to call AllRight Mechanical and authorize charges. The thermocouple had arrived during this exchange and we contacted AllRight Mechanical who reaffirmed we needed to authorize ""All these extra charges"" through ORW (with no mention of an amount) or they would not book the appointment. We contacted ORW, once again, and were told the charges would now be $180 instead of $160, and told they were not sure where the extra $20 had come from. We were once again agreeable to this as it was 5 days without hot water. Feeling like we had no choice, we authorized the $180 and almost immediately received a call back from AllRight Mechanical stating that the warranty company was wrong and the charges were $575 in excess of the $200 covered amount, and that they would be charging us an extra $100 for a ""Repair/installation"" permit as the previous owner had not filed one- something that is not our fault or within our responsibilities as purchasers. With research I found that the permit for NEW and REPLACEMENT installations was $75, not $100, and they were not required for a simple repair such as this. It was then the company finally told us the plans to add multiple expansion tanks and pressure valves to an ""older"" (2011) water heater model that did not require this addition unless it was being replaced or having issues. Since the issue was a common sensor, the additions were unnecessary and we declined them. AllRight Mechanical accused my mother of ""misunderstanding"" and ""not capable of comprehending technician's complicated analysis"", unaware that I was standing behind the door listening to him tell her there were no problems and he would be out as soon as the part was delivered. AllRight Mechanical refused to return to finish the work until a permit was purchased (customer agreed), and proceeded to argue over the phone that we should be happy and not hostile about ""getting a new tank"" which we were not- it was a sensor. Company refused for weeks to refund $60 (now paid) and ORW refuses to acknowledge Allright Mechanical scams their customers.

Allright Mechanical has a D- with the BBB for a reason. Worst customer service ever! You can't leave voicemails and, if you do get through to them on the phone, they leave you on hold forever. They finally scheduled an appointed with me and then never showed up. When I called them to find out what happened, they told me they had no record of my appointment. Do not use them!!!

I wish that I can give them no stars as this is the worst company by far that I have ever had to contact. My air conditioner is out now going on two weeks. With over 100 degree temps, I waited a week just to get a scheduled appointment and they assured me that I would get a call before they come, because I work. Finally I get a call on the day of the scheduled appointment and the person was already at my house and when I said that I work close by the gentleman said he couldn't wait and I had to reschedule. I have been hung up on I've been told to call back. They don't have a voicemail because it is always full and I'm just the renter. The contractor is hired through the homeowner. They have answered the phone with an attitude from the first day that I've called and try to rush you off the phone. How are they still in business? When I purchase my home I definitely know what contracting agencies to research before I buy their warranty. Appalling service by far.

I am not sure who thinks they can run business and not answer a phone. I have been trying to call them for over a week with no luck. Oh and I can't leave a message because their mailbox is full. Just don't even bother.

What is WRONG with these people? 3 calls to say they'll call back to schedule me after they give the scheduler my name & phone number?

""Um... you were given that informayion 2 days ago and you called me, so you HAVE that information, but you're not the scheduler?""

""No""

"" OK. Will you please transfer me to the scheduler?""

""No, she doesn't take inbound calls, she calls you""

"" OK... you called me, but she can't?""

""Oh she will, when she gets your contact information""

""Again, YOU'RE calling me AND you've HAD that information for 2 DAYS!""

C'mon! Schedule me!! Wow!! If they ever do call to schedule me, will their technician show up, say ""Hi"" then drive right home after showing up the 1st time and say ""oh the 1st visit is just our free introduction, our scheduler will have to call you back to schedule any diagnostic or repair services "" then the 2nd visit to say they need a part, the 3rd to say they ordered it, a 4th to say it arrived, a 5th to say they can install it, a 6th to install it, a 7th to test it? C'mon people!!! What's wrong with you people?

Wish Yelp had a Zero Star system... My AC broke and got assigned to AllRight Mechanical through American Home shield. It was the week of heat wave. For 3 straight days, they did not communicate about the service. ZERO call/message/email. When i try to reach them directly, they put me on hold for 30-40mins and cut the call. So when you call back, you are back in queue. Btw the only way to reach them on phone is to call them multiple times continuously before they pick up the call and put you on hold. I have tried to reach them for 3 days straight and still no response from them. No wonder i see 1 star rating all over this place.
Pathetic customer service, Highly unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money on them. They should be called All-WRONG Mechanical as far as i am concerned.

Shady all around! Stay far far away!

Unprofessional, unethical, poor customer service, no accountability.

Low budget beat up work trucks with no branding. These guys are used by First American Home Warranty. If your tells you these guys are coming out I recommend you protest loudly.

They will not be transparent about what they are charging for and will not provide any documentation on how they are coming up with repair estimates. Over a dozen phone calls (most of which went unreturned) and a month and a half of my life had been lost to this awful company and it's unethical business practices. First tech diagnosed the problem as compressor line leak and recommended replacement. The office apparently knows better and comes back with a repair recommendation to my home warranty. Hmmmmm.....The first guy refused to check the attic. 2nd guy did the repair on the compressor line and it was not holding a charge so he checked the attic. Now he recommends that coil needs to be replaced. In fairness the second tech seemed to know his stuff and at least looked over the entire system. He promised to come back and do the repair - at this point he is the only logical voice in that company. I bought him cookies today because his office told me that he was scheduled to come out.

Nope! Two randoms showed up in beat-up vehicles and no uniforms wanting us to pay upfront to the full set of charges that were supposed to depend on what they actually did. $1200 worth of ""code fixes"" the office promised would not be charged unless it was done. The representative today wanted to charge the full amount and was unwilling to provide any itemized record of how those charges were calculated. Now he says it was First Americans job to do that. One guy left to go eat the other guy left to ""talk to his boss"".

We're calling a professional company to get a straight answer and a detailed estimate.

Allright Mechanical's website promises are a laughable after our experience.

This is a cheap unprofessional company that American Home Shield and possibly other fraudulent home warranty companies use to just avoid paying for repairs. Very unprofessional, Cristian of Allright came to diagnose my HVAC unit and recommended a leak check, and he also noted a small dent on a pipe. His boss or employer then diagnosed the problem that a leak was present coming from that small dent. Extremely ignorant and unprofessional as they diagnosed a problem by looking at a picture. There were no punctures nor were there any stains on the pipe, as such, there was no way for them to make such a claim unless they are pressured by the home warranty. Do not go with this company especially if you plan to pay out of pocket, however, if you do hire them, then be prepared to spend a lot soon because they have no clue. As a professional, I'd definitely recommend Jaguar!
