Worst experience ever. All Right Mechanical was dispatched by my Home Warranty Company. They do NOT return phone calls and are very dishonest. The second time they showed up to make repairs, they thought it was a new service call- no parts. Then they show up with the wrong parts and tell the Home Warranty company that I refused the part. Multiple phone calls- no answer or returned call. Even the Home Warranty company representative said that ARM's representatives were rude to them.

Their scare tactics and dishonesty are anything BUT ""all right.""
My heater was having some intermittent issues. I called my home warranty people to setup an appointment and All Right Mechanical was scheduled to come out to look at it.
Two men came to the house, one a technician and the other an obvious salesman/carnival barker. The salesman, not the technician, attempted to diagnose the issue, trying to blame me for the problems by first saying it was my Nest thermostat, which I knew it wasn't, and then saying it was my air filter, which I explained I change every two months. He didn't even look at the filter before trying to say that was the problem.
The tech went on the roof and took a few pictures of my relatively clean AC/heater, showing some dust and dirt on the fins of the motor, but otherwise fine. The salesman then stated that must be the problem. That there must not be enough airflow which cause it to overheat and shut off. He then tried to sell me on a cleaning that I ""was in desperate need of."" The price? $480. For a cleaning. He said they would take the unit apart, disinfect it (who disinfects a motor?!), lube it and then put it back together. For almost $500. This all came from the salesman, and NOT a word from the man who was supposed to be the technician.
Now, I'm a newer homeowner. I've never dealt with this kind of stuff. So I booked an appointment for the next week. The price seemed very high to me, so afterwards I sought the advice of friends and family to see if that sounded right to them. Come to find that after talking to them, a few local companies and a colleague of a friend who has been a licensed HVAC tech for 25 years, that a cleaning should only cost about $75, and that it wouldn't even address the issue I was having with my heater!
This salesman tried to pull a fast one here, and I feel bad for any uninformed or naive homeowners, especially the elderly, that he may have taken advantage of or will continue to take advantage of. This was nothing but a shakedown in my own home. It was violating and disgusting to say the least.
I called my home warranty immediately and filed a grievance and asked for a different HVAC company. They told me that they would be filing the grievance with their vendor relations department.
I then called All Right to cancel my appointment. A woman answered the call and did not identify herself. I said I would like to cancel my appointment. She pressed to know why. I said I just wanted to cancel it. She pressed again. I repeated that I wanted to cancel the appointment, unless she wanted to explain to me why her people didn't even address the issue they initially came out to fix, tried to blame me for it and then had the gall to try and shame, intimidate and use scare tactics to try and charge me $480 for a maintenance cleaning (a service that would not have fixed my heater and that is conveniently not covered by the home warranty) that every other HVAC company charges $75-$100 for.
The unnamed woman on the phone became incredibly hostile and said, ""Well, that's everyone else,"" referring to the pricing. I asked why her company felt that what happened to me was acceptable to do to their customers, and she began to yell over me on the phone. I told her that her technicians were dishonest and disgusting for trying to rip people off so badly and wanted to know if she thought that was acceptable. She yelled over me again asking what I wanted to do with my appointment. I said I wanted to cancel it. She said, ""Fine,"" and then hung up on me.
In short, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I'd give minus stars if I could. Stay away from these guys. Very untrustworthy. Sent by my home warranty company for a damper getting stuck. The system I have was special in that the dampers were inside the plenum with basically no access. All Right Mechanical came out, went up into the attic for 30 min came out and said they'll write up their report and recommendations. 3 days later with no warning I get an email from my home warranty that another company is being dispatched instead. I called the home warranty and they said they don't know why all right mechanical did that but said perhaps they can't fix it.
So the next company comes out 2 weeks later and immediately reports to me that there are holes in my plenum and cold air is just blasting into my attic. See the picture I included.
I can't believe they'd do that without telling me and without even trying to patch it back up.
Luckily my home warranty paid for the new company to replace all my duct work due to the damaged plenum. But it's been a huge nightmare no thanks to All Right Mechanical, stay away from these guys! You've been warned!

The plumbers could not diagnose the problem. I wonder how they call themselves plumbers. The technicians left saying everything is ok. We had to get a 2nd opinion and solve the problem

Absolutely horrible service in every way. Allright Mechanical is THE WORST COMPANY we have ever dealt with. Our home warrenty assigned the service order to repair our air conditioner to Allright Mechanical, who stated it would be many days before they could send a technician. Having no choice, we waited. When the day finally arrived the Allright Mechanical technician took one quick look and said he could not fix it - no options, just said it could not be done. We went back to our home warrenty company who then assigned our request to a different company. The second company had a much faster response time and when their technician arrived he quickly identified and fixed the problem. Clearly, the Allright Mechanical employee lacked the basic knowledge and skills to address our very common problem. Turning insult into injury, Allright Mechanical had the gall to send us a bill for $65.00 for their employee coming out. They are refusing to back down and insist we pay. We will continue to fight this, but we want to make sure others don't make the mistake of hiring this company.

""Allright"" Mechanical... More like ALL WRONG! I'm not sure but if I had to guess I'd say that all of this companies employees are complete imbeciles. We were put in contact with ""Allright"" mechanical by our home warranty company after our furnace went out.
We scheduled an appointment and that's when the fun started. They sent out what can only be described as a complete moron who could not find my furnace. My furnace is in the attic mind you and takes up approximately 70% of the use-able space up there. According to the technician, my furnace didn't exist. Now keep in mind that they were called out because the furnace HAD STOPPED WORKING!! So unless previous to setting up an appointment we were magically getting heat from mystical heat fairies in the attic there was definitely a furnace up there.
We called ""Allright"" mechanical and they graciously agreed to send out another technician. This time I stayed home to make sure they could find the magical disappearing furnace. They sent out two technicians this time, my guess was that this was in case one of them went blind temporarily. Lo and behold the magic furnace was there and they managed to diagnose the problem but not fix it. The furnace needed a new igniter which needed to be ordered so another week with no heat.
Finally, the day had come. Heat... glorious heat... The 2 technicians showed up again to install the igniter. Up they go, into the attic, and then... Heat! Pleasantries were exchanged, and off they went. About a week and a half goes by and then... No heat. Not again!! Another call to the home warranty company and they will send out another technician in about a week.
After about 3 days of freezing temperatures I decided to take matters into my own hands. I go up into the attic and figure out that the igniter hadn't been secured to the plate that it was supposed to be in contact with in order to ignite the furnace and instead was left simply hanging there by the wire that attached it to the furnace unit. I carefully place the igniter in contact with the plate and power the unit on... HEAT!! I decided that having it just hang there wasn't going to cut it, so I kept my appointment with ""Allright"" Mechanical.
This time they sent out the ""foreman"" and he was going to get to the bottom of this once and for all. He goes up to the furnace, takes a look, and decides the way that the igniter is secured was definitely not right. He also says that the igniter is the wrong one and that we should have the OEM igniter instead of the universal one his company has installed. He vows to get it right and order the OEM part, install it and secure it to the furnace. Sounds great. Finally. Someone with a brain. He promises to return in a week.
One week later here is the foreman at my door for the scheduled appointment. While attempting to install the OEM igniter this mental defective manages to end up breaking the universal igniter while removing it, and then is unable to install the OEM igniter so guess what... NO HEAT AGAIN!! At this point I had enough. Just to recap... The only person that was able to get my heater working with any sort of regularity was myself. Now mind you I am no home repair wizard, yet these ""professionals"" could not see to perform even the most basic repair. I ended up getting so upset that even though the home warranty company couldn't send a different company out to fix my furnace, ""Allright"" mechanical refused to come out to my home again (probably a good idea on their part) so they had no choice but to send out another company which fixed the problem the first time without any hassle.
In closing... I have never dealt with a more unorganized, idiotic, unprofessional, and overall brain dead group of barely human individuals as the personnel over at Allwrong mechanical. If you find yourself as an employee of this place and have an IQ of over say... 4 do yourself a favor and run... run far far away.

Instead of ""All right""...""Barely Managing"" would be more descriptive. This after failed slogs attempting to schedule the actual repair appointment. This 1-star outfit is what American Shield Home Insurance straps you with. No follow through or communication after the initial diagnostic appointment, and the 24-hour call-back window expired long ago while my calls still result in ""Leave a message"", and not returned. Sad..

We bought our and they came to our house inspected the air conditioner water heater everything very Thorell gave us great tips how to conserve and get the most if our appliances them 6 months later the air stop working he trouble shouted and looked at it it was a vent not closing and opening correctly and a simple battery was bad. Did not up-sell or over charge for a simple problem very honest I will use them every time I need to and would recommend to all my family and friends thank u Allright Mechanical great service

If it was possible to give zero stars, thats exactly what has been earned so far. My home warranty assigned my service to this company, I was sent a text saying to expect contact within 24 hours. That did not happen. I called and was told that a manager would return my call within fifteen minutes. That did not happen. I called later that afternoon and was told that I would definitely be contacted by the end of the day. That did not happen. I hope that I can get a different company to complete the work order because I can't even schedule an appointment.
I would never recommend this company to anybody. Ever. Unless of course you enjoy repeatedly calling somebody, and never actually accomplishing anything. Then, this company is for you.

Honestly 0 stars suits them. Sent two different people out two different times!!! Both had two different answers which then denied my claim with my warranty company. Tried to resolve it with them but instead the lady on the other line just wanted to give out lots of attitude!!! She was extremely rude, nasty and malicious. I requested both service reports from her since my warranty company only had one. Honestly, worst company I have dealt with though my warranty program. I DO NOT recommend them at all. They are just a scam to collect money. Now the 2 different service men that came out, they were great and friendly. Thank you to my warranty company for fixing the problem and sending me to a company that knows what they are doing!
