The office people here are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with professionally. I went through my Home Warranty and this was the company they provided to me . I called them yesterday after I was given their contact information by my warranty company. Between yesterday and today they couldn't even give me a date of when they could make it here? The lady told me this morning by the way I have 48 hours so I don't have to get you a date until Friday, I said holy cow you are so rude. She said I'm gonna cancel your service. I said please don't cancel my service. She said it's canceled and hung up on me.


I called right back and asked her why she canceled it and she said it's canceled. Call your Home Warranty. My Home Warranty also filed a complaint.

I would avoid them like the plague if you can!!

My home warranty service dispatched Allright Mechanical to deal with a heatpump that was pumping out hot air. I had concerns after reading the Yelp reviews. My experience ended up being quite pleasant, thankfully.

Hands down the worst experience and wait times on the phone that I have ever had. At all costs don't use this company, no communication and showed pictures of a different unit to make ours look worse. Now I'm going to call and spend more money on a different company that will actually support us.

Yes, it's as bad as everyone says. It came out twice said that there's nothing wrong with my air conditioning charged the warranty company and never fixed the thing. The worst experience

Took over a week to get initial appointment set up through home warranty.

When the first incompetent tech came out he didn't diagnose the issue correctly. Meanwhile, had to wait over a week for a part that wasn't even needed. When the second tech went out to replace the part, he said ""ooops, the issue wasn't diagnosed properly the first time. Had to wait another week for the ""correct"" parts to come in. They finally came out, ""fixed"" the issue. The AC only worked for one day. Now, here we are again with no AC.

The worst vendor I ever worked with! Their technicians are incompetent and the woman that answers the phone is rude! It's almost like they purposefully delay getting your unit fixed during hot weather. Stay away from this vendor.

Edit: I will be filing a complaint with the state contractors board. Please message me if you would like to join in the complaint. Our voices need to be heard and this vendor needs to be held accountable.

I would give a negative rating if I can . Our warranty company assigned Allright Mechanical to fix our AC. I have never come across anyone more rude than the lady I talked to to setup an appointment, We had the case open since May 15, 2024 after 2 months and so many 100+ degree heat wave, We still have the AC not fixed. AJ the first tech who came in was professional and very thorough in diagnosing the issue , But every single person who came after to do the repair was unprofessional ,rude and didn't know what they were doing. One person (Raymond) left the job halfway and yelled at us , since he couldn't find the notes from previous technician. They also charged us for installing something that didn't even work. Can't believe a company with so many problems are still in business :( BEWARE if you get them assigned by warranty company , talk to them and get someone else ... NOT worth anyone time.

The home warranty company sent out Allright Mechanical to fix my AC unit.
The work lasted for more than 2 months. After 3 visits, by two different technicians and replacements of motor and control board, my AC is still not working. Finally, the home warranty company had to replace Alright Mechanical with another company.

This company is HORRIBLE!!! They ""diagnosed"" one problem needing a replacement part, put the part in over a week later only to have the AC not work when I got home. They told me it worked fine when they were there so it must be something else and maybe it's the thermostat because I said it was reading no power to rc wire. I spent 4 hours troubleshooting the thermostat and even buying a new one only to have the same problem. I reported this the next day and they came out and said there was also a loose fan with a stripped screw that they knew about but hoped wouldn't be a problem... but then it fell, he lost a screw, tried to tighten it and the air again failed later in the day after they claimed to have fixed it. When I called for help after this they ignored my calls until my friend called from another number. They then told me that they would just have the home warranty give me someone else when I called them out on withholding information and lying to me. I will NEVER use this company and NEVER refer anyone to them. DO NOT USE!

AHS assigned them as a contractor to us even though I had doubts because of their low ratings. I had to call them 2x and AHS had to call & email 2x to get a response. They came out, didn't ring the doorbell and left. Lied to our home warranty people and said they talked to the owner who wasn't home ( I was in my living room and cameras on doorbells don't lie) and left without seeing unit. The office staff was HORRENDOUS and refused to send anyone back. Home warranty companies should all drop them immediately unless they want customers to drop them.
