Instead of ""All right""...""Barely Managing"" would be more descriptive. This after failed slogs attempting to schedule the actual repair appointment. This 1-star outfit is what American Shield Home Insurance straps you with. No follow through or communication after the initial diagnostic appointment, and the 24-hour call-back window expired long ago while my calls still result in ""Leave a message"", and not returned. Sad..

We bought our and they came to our house inspected the air conditioner water heater everything very Thorell gave us great tips how to conserve and get the most if our appliances them 6 months later the air stop working he trouble shouted and looked at it it was a vent not closing and opening correctly and a simple battery was bad. Did not up-sell or over charge for a simple problem very honest I will use them every time I need to and would recommend to all my family and friends thank u Allright Mechanical great service

If it was possible to give zero stars, thats exactly what has been earned so far. My home warranty assigned my service to this company, I was sent a text saying to expect contact within 24 hours. That did not happen. I called and was told that a manager would return my call within fifteen minutes. That did not happen. I called later that afternoon and was told that I would definitely be contacted by the end of the day. That did not happen. I hope that I can get a different company to complete the work order because I can't even schedule an appointment.
I would never recommend this company to anybody. Ever. Unless of course you enjoy repeatedly calling somebody, and never actually accomplishing anything. Then, this company is for you.

Honestly 0 stars suits them. Sent two different people out two different times!!! Both had two different answers which then denied my claim with my warranty company. Tried to resolve it with them but instead the lady on the other line just wanted to give out lots of attitude!!! She was extremely rude, nasty and malicious. I requested both service reports from her since my warranty company only had one. Honestly, worst company I have dealt with though my warranty program. I DO NOT recommend them at all. They are just a scam to collect money. Now the 2 different service men that came out, they were great and friendly. Thank you to my warranty company for fixing the problem and sending me to a company that knows what they are doing!

I July 19th, 2018, I called this company to schedule an appointment for them to come in to check my ac that was not functioning. This company was assigned to me by American Home Shield after the first company failed to address the problem. So we had been without an ac for a month in 106 degree heat. The lady gave me an appointment for July 23rd between 8am and 2 pm. I had to have my brother come and stay at my house since I worked. My brother told me at around 10:30 am a technician by the name of Mohamad showed up. Mohamad spent 5 minutes, yes, FIVE minutes looking at the ac and said he could not fix it and had to get pre-authorization from AHS before he proceeded. He didn't even go to the attic to check out the problem - since the ac issue originated from there. My brother said he told Mohamad that I had a ten year old and had been without a AC for over a month now. Mohamad was unfazed. Mohamad left that day and we have not heard from him or his company to this day - August 2nd. I paid my handyman the other day and it took him 20 minutes to fix my ac - a cracked pipe in the attic.

My home warranty assigned my service request to All Right Mechanical on Saturday (7/28) and advised me they were open on the weekends and I could call to see if they had any appointments available. I called around 6pm on Saturday and left a voicemail. I didn't receive a response. All Right Mechanical called and left a voicemail on Tuesday (7/31) at 4pm stating they received a work order and to call them back. I called back around 10:30am the next day (8/01) and dealt with a VERY rude woman! I said I was wanting to check the status of a service request submitted by my home warranty and was placed on hold for five minutes while she ""got the work order"". The phone hung up so I had to call back. Again I said I was wanting to get the status, the woman said someone called on the 31st. She continued and said they could be to my house today (8/01) between 12-2pm. I said that wouldn't work because I'm at work, and was immediately placed on hold. She came back and said the next available is Tuesday. I said my air conditioner is leaking and I can't wait that long, so if that's the soonest, I'm going to need to call my home warranty and ask for another contractor. She became very defensive and said they were offering a same day appointment, which is more than others could do. I responded and said I understand that, but if I would have had more notice that time would work, but it's only 1.5 hours away and I'm not home. Her response was, ""we called yesterday."" I then said, you're right, you did, you called and left a voicemail at 4:01pm. However, I was at work and I'm calling back now. I'm sorry I was at work and not sitting at home waiting for a call. As I'm telling her this, she is literally yelling ""ok, ok"" as I'm talking. So I told her, you know what, f*** you and hung up. I'm now on the phone with my home warranty getting another contractor assigned to this work order.
If this is how All Right Mechanical handles their day to day business, I do not even want them coming to my house!

I called my home warranty company for AC repairs. They assigned Allright Mechanical to the job. They called as required and arrived as scheduled. The technician was great in diagnosing and fixing the issue. Unfortunately, the AC stopped working after 28 days, which was within their warranty period. I called Allright to let them know of the reoccurring issue. They said they couldn't get out for several days and therefore the warranty would have expired. REALLY? I called my home warranty company who verified that the warranty was still in effect and that Allright would call to schedule another repair call AT NO COST. They haven't called to schedule an appointment. I'll follow up after the repair has been completed.

Just like many of the other reviews, working with Allright has been a terrible customer service experience. I opened a service request on Friday (7/13) and followed that up with a call. I was told to wait for their scheduler to contact me, which happened on Monday (7/16) evening. The appointment was set for the following Thursday (7/19). Technician arrived on Thursday and got the system up. The system went back down an hour after the tech left. We called Allright back and was told that a new appointment was needed which was scheduled for Tuesday (7/24). We called on Monday to confirm the appointment and were told that the appointment had been cancelled for no apparent reason. We have been without air in 100 degree heat for nearly 2 weeks.

Wow, I have water leaking inside my home from my A/C unit. My home warranty assigned me to this company. I called numerous times. After 4 days and being told on the phone that #1 ""I need to wait my turn and they would not schedule an appointment with me"" and then #2 ""they see my claim but they don't have the paperwork so they can't schedule me""
Basically they refused to schedule the work!! I finally had to call my warranty company and demand to work with a reputable company!

T;dr: The worst company I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent.
I've been dealing with this company for a few weeks trying to get my AC fixed through my home warranty, American Home Shield. They came out to fix a simple leak from the air handler, which has leaked before and was easily fixed in one visit by a different company. Allright Mechanical first sent out AJ, who was quite nice and said my drain line was clogged; he cleared the drain and left. Unfortunately, the leaking started up again the next day.
I called Allright Mechanical, who told me I needed to call AHS. AHS opened a recall for me and said I could call Allright back for an appointment. It's 2:30pm on a Friday, but Allright doesn't answer their phone. I call 3 more times before 5pm that day--no answer. So I called Monday morning, and they said they would call me with an appointment by the end of the day. Guess what? No call.
Tuesday morning I call AHS and ask for a different company. The rep gets Allright on the phone, but they refused to schedule an appointment and tell her I need to call them directly! I finally get an appointment for Friday.
Today, Mohammed came to my house. He said since he couldn't see a leak (we had turned the AC off to prevent water damage and mold), that there's nothing he can do. We told him we thought the coils were leaking and he said he can't fix it and we would need the entire system replaced. He then had to leave because according to ""company policy"" they can only be at a customer's house for 30 minutes.
So to sum it up, it's in the middle of summer, I am recovering from surgery, and Allright just refuses to fix our AC. The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself and the employees he hires.
