All WRONG Mechanical

I was referred to this place through my home warranty company (American Home Shield) because they accepted an expedite order to fix my A/C. That is when my troubles began. These people are rude, horrible and incompetent and don't seem to care if anyone thinks so. Between them and AHS they took two weeks to come out to my house. When their technician finally came he claimed that my A/C was in perfect working condition (nevermind that I had a portable Home Depot a/c unit hooked up in front of him!!). My husband asked him if he had checked the various things including the capacitor. He said yes to everything (in his non-customer- friendly manner). He then informed us that if we didn't agree with him he would keep the ticket open and we could find an independent person to do a diagnostic. That is exactly what we did and found out that the dual capacitor was not working! When we called Allright the were rude and told us they couldn't do anything and then hung up on my husband. wow. We were inclined to report them to the better business bureau and were shocked that they are not even accredited and have all these terrible reviews on Yelp. How are they surviving???? Save yourself heartache and headache. They are rude on the phone and rude in person and have shown that they don't even have the technical basics to fix issues.
I am with the guy who asked Yelp to have negative stars!!

0 STARS! Worst ""repair"" company by far. I've had 3 separate appointments for them to fix my a/c. 2 out of those 3 days they were in my house for 10-12 hours at a time not knowing what they were doing. In fact, I think they are the ones that broke it even more, at the 3rd appointment they finally say my furnace needs to be replaced.... well it does now because you broke it! 5 weeks now going on no a/c and it is now the 1st week of June which means we are approaching dangerously hot weather. I can deal, my dog on the other hand can not and if anything happens to him because of this companies lack of knowledge and ""repair"" there will be a lawsuit.

Don't waste you money, never returns call, left message numerous time, it's been a week and still no response. I am stuck, because my home insurance referred this company. I need to call my insurance company back, but has to wait till Monday, because they are closed, O yeah the heat is almost triple digit. Thank you All Right Mechanical this is the worst business practice I have ever experienced.

Total scam. They were designated as our contractor by American Home Shield to replace an HVAC system. Allright quoted us $700 for a $100 permit among other outrageous costs. Several hundred dollars for a CO2/smoke detector that can be purchased from HD for $50. When confronted with questions, they completely ignored us. Would not give us a written estimate of charges, told us our claim was closed for ""non- contact"" when we called them within one day. They do not answer their phone. Complaint filed with the CA Dept of Insurance and the Contractor's State Licensing Board.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. My warranty company American Home Shield sent them out. My AC went out on the 27th of August and still no air. The first tech stated we needed a new can\ compressor.
2nd tech came to put part in and said he couldn't get it to work.
3rd tech came out and said part was fayulty.4th tech coming out and we have had 4 techs so far theybneed to hire new technicians

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT USE!!! My home warranty company used them. The day my appointment was scheduled I could tell it was going to be a bad experience. The girl answering phones had to be the rudest person ever!!! I don't know why they would have her answering phones. It was hard to understand her with a baby crying in the background. I had to call and ask my home warranty company to send out another company because if she was going to be that rude on the initial scheduling I could only imagine how horrible it would be throughout the time it would take for the unit to be fixed.

**ZERO STARS** Before you use this company, please read all of the reviews. I believe the 5 star reviews are their employees or family. This company was sent out by American Home Shield to look at my heater. I wasn't home that day and the 2 men that came and talked with my mother (and then myself on the phone) showed her a picture of a hair (yellow dog hair ) filled clogged intake. He also said he was sending these pictures to the home warranty company and if the unit went out it wouldn't be covered by them, that I took as a threat. He also said that until it was repaired I couldn't run the heater because it could catch fire. Even put his hand on the unit explaining how hot it was getting to my mom. In fear of a fire, I gave them my credit card number to order parts and was told they would keep it on file. They sent one employee that had to wait for a 2nd to get there. The parts that needed the deposit (they never ran my card for parts) - an old paint brush. When they pulled out the part that was full of the supposed yellow dog hair (that was shown in the picture during the first visit) my mom watched and it had a little dust (normal wear and tear) no yellow dog hair at all. By the way I don't have a yellow haired dog and have lived in my place for over 20 years. The total time from start to finish for this job was 20 minutes. He took that part out, brushed off the dust with that paint brush, used my hose and rinsed it (still no dog hair), put the part back in and left. No invoice or itemized statement until my card was charged $490.00 two days later. Several phone calls and emails demanding an itemized bill was sent almost a week after the repair date. The picture he showed on the first visit couldn't possibly have been taken that day because the part isn't visible until the unit it out of the way. Also, check the Contractors Licensing prior to deciding to hire them. This isn't the first time they have done this and I will be adding to that list as soon as the paperwork is processed.

Worst company ever and -0 on customer service. From the first time I talk to them I knew I did not want them in my house. But I allowed them to came anyway. The Mechanic was early and very professional, although he did not resolve the problem. He explained and I accepted the explanation, but when I talk to the girl office she was very, very rude and argumentative. No customer service skills. Needless to say I have been waiting to get heat in my home for 2 weeks in the middle of winter. Still waiting... Run from this company. Can I give them a zero!

I would never ever use this company. They are rude, they are liars, and they are unreliable. I could go ahead and write a big post, but all that really needs to be said is I would not recommend this place to anyone.

So.... the repairman showed up in good time 2 days within first home warranty call. He came however didn't even have a ladder!
So he used mine, when he was finished diagnosis I asked him if he could put the ladder back in the back yard because my husband wasn't home to do it for him (entry to attic in my young daughters room), mind you it's his job to have his own ladder, I thought.
Anyway he said ""Oh no don't worry I'll be back to finish the job leave it there"". I was happy he was coming back and HE assured me he would!!
He lied,, and told the warranty company he couldn't even get access to the attic!!?
Wow, and mind you, he was up there for about 45 mins. The warranty company Fidelity Home Warranty assured me they'd get someone else outta me again ASAP, and they did.... AllRite Mechanical is VERY unprofessional, and the repairmans name is Mohammed and spoke decent English and what I definitely understood was that he was coming back!!
