Highly recommend this company! I had an appt for next week to get my hot water heater replaced. They had a cancelation and called me this morning to come out. Justin was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions about water heaters, and then some. Marla is great too. This is the 2nd time I've used them for various plumbing work and Allred will be my go-to for any plumbing work in the future.

We have had a persistent sewer odor in our powder room. We have a Home Warranty company, who sent their plumbing "expert" out to diagnose the problem. The "expert" said it was from the shower stall drain, or there was a crack in the drain pipe. The "expert" proposed some type of smoke test to confirm the diagnosis. A cracked drain pipe is a multiple thousands of dollars fix, and even the Warranty balked at that prospect. The smell went away for awhile so we let it slide, then when we came back from a trip, the odor was back with a vengeance.
My Son referred me to John Allred, whose son played on my grandson's football team. I called Allred Brothers and the dispatcher lined us up with John for an appointment in two days. John came with another gentleman, and said it was most probably the wax ring which seals the toilet to the drain. I requested they replace the wax ring, and also the toilet supply gate valve with a quarter turn supply valve. Having a good handle on the problem source, I had a separate toilet whose floor bolts had corroded away, and was rocking. So I requested, that toilet be pulled and repaired as well.
Well the guys got to work. they put a large garbage bag on the floor, and carefully and quickly disassembled the water connections, replaced the wax rings and put in the new supply valves, and service lines. it was like clockwork. Since one of the service valves would not shut off, they had to shut the water off outside, and made my request for a quarter turn valve look prescient.
They were done and spotlessly cleaned up in less than an hour. Allred Brothers did really superb work. They were on the same page as I was for what I wanted, and made it look quick and easy. I'm canceling the home warranty.

Seriously, stay clear! If I could give them a zero I would. They were hired to reseat a toilet and reconnect the plumbing under my kitchen sink... since former co tractors had to disconnect to do their job. The house was open as a previous contractor was doing their work. Without authorization, they cut all the pvc and valves under the kitchen sink and installed their own new garbage disposal. There was nothing wrong with the plumbing under the sink.... All unnecessary! He wasn't happy that he had to ininstall the new garbage disposal and install the one that was sitting there ready to be put in..... it all was downhill from there... I had purchased all supplies to reseat the toilet... he tells me there is a leak and now has to install a kit that was approximately $10 at Home Depot for an additional $150.00...He then had me sign an invoice for a shocking $741. After he left I turned on the water with garbage disposal under the kitchen sink for it to leak all over. I called them immediately.... No response nor a return visit. I finally stopped payment and awaited their call but since they didn't call back for nearly 2weeks I had to get someone else to do the work he didn't do very well! They called back in a rage and in a very unprofessional manner! I Tried to tell them my motive was to get them to return and pay them appropriately. It was not to hold their payment in full. They were so enraged they would not listen to reason.... What kind of a professional does a job and does not respond immediately with a call or return visit! They even had the audacity to file a lien on my property to prevent me from selling it....they have been paid every single penny they billed me for. CAUTION in doing any business with this company!

I love Allred! Marla always a pleasure. Washer hoses sprung a leak and flooded. They came out same day and educated as well as took care of issue for a price I can handle. They have fixed multiple things in my house. Love john and marla!

Where do we start with this review? Robert was available, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. What a blessing to have this guy come and prepare a shower space for my dad returning home from the hospital. Incredible family-owned business and we will never go anywhere else!
