Unfortunately, I've had Allred Brothers out three times in the last few months. The first time, one of the toilets was stopped up - no charge!

Then I needed a new water heater - very reasonable price and fast service.

The other day, the shower AND toilet were stopped up. Just charged for a service call.

I can't say enough about Allred Brothers Plumbing. A family-owned business, every member that I've met has been knowledgeable, professional and committed to great customer service. These guys salvaged an underground repair that another company mishandled. They fixed all of my concerns and went on to find the leak that was actually causing the major problem. I've talked about Allred Brothers so much that a couple friends of mine used them too and were very happy with their work. Highly recommended!

BEWARE OF THIS PLUMBING COMPANY! Still in shock how they got 5 stars from people. Maybe I called the wrong Allred Brothers in McKinney. Had them out to re-set 2 toilets and install 2 new vanities while having flooring installed throughout my home. They did a pathetic job at best - one of the toilets leaked from the bowl onto the new flooring.
One of the vanities poured water into the new vanity and out onto the floor. They NEVER checked one thing before they left my home. (all this water onto my newly installed wood flooring.) I preceded in a panic to reach them - there hours said they close at 5. I called repeatedly from 4:10 p.m. on and left several messages. They have no emergency contact number. They had left early for the day. When Mark Allred finally showed up again - he tried saying the toilet appeared to "maybe" have overflowed. No one had even been in the bathroom. The water was clearly coming from under the toilet bowl where it was not set correctly. No explanation as to why he did such a horrible job on the vanity - Charged me $1300.00 for the crappy job and actually took the money. Then wanted to charge another $200.00 to come back and reset a vanity. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! Giving them 1 star is stretching it. I would have given less if I could have.

After calling other plumbers out who either wouldn't show, or didn't know how to fix my problem, I discovered Allred Brother's Plumbing via a referral.

Allred Brother's saved me $1,000.00! Two other plumbers said they couldn't replace the parts on three shower/tub faucets and told me to go purchase new fixtures. Then I couldn't get those same plumbers to show back up because they are so busy.

I called Allred's out to do the replacements. John came out, took the time to pull apart the faucets and found out what the problems actually were and advised me I could return the purchased shower and tub faucets because I needed new parts only. Then John with Allred Brother's called his supplier and ordered the parts for my showers, and called Delta with me and made sure the correct parts were ordered for my Roman bath faucet, which were sent for free under the delta lifetime warranty.

The cartridges came in and he replaced those, Yay! And he asked me to call as soon as the diverter came in from Delta and he will run by and repair that as well without an additional trip charge.

Great customer service! Great experience! And he was happy he could save me money! Thank you John and Allred Brother's Plumbing. We are your customers for life.

Best plumbing company we've ever had! We've moved around a lot in the last 25 years because of the military and had many encounters with plumbers in various states. We would rank them #1 by far. They are honest, reliable, and their prices are fair. This is a local family owned business; Mark and his three sons do excellent quality work. We've been with them for the past few years and they've pretty much done it all for us: toilet replacement, leak under the sink, water filter, sewer main blockage, shower hot/cold cartridge replacement, kitchen sink faucet replacement, etc. We won't call anyone else! Thank you Mark and sons!

Had them out again for a whole different problem. Again they were 70% cheaper than another company in Frisco. Did an unbelievable job and in and out in a matter of minutes. Was able to call and schedule next day service. Love this company. Cannot say enough great things about them.
