My husband and I recently purchased a home that needed a full house re-pipe starting from the water meter. We were referred to Allison Plumbing by our good friends. After receiving a fair quote which includes drywall repair/patching and a water heater relocation, we committed to Allison Plumbing and we are so happy that we did. Kenny and his team were professional, punctual, and hard workers! They were meticulous when it came to details of the job and always provided updates at the end of the day. Kenny and his team extended their workdays into the evening, as needed, to be on track with the projected completion date. We especially appreciated how clean they were while working throughout the house - laying tarps, sweeping, and enclosing the workspace to prevent dust in other areas of the house. Seeing their work ethic and quality, we expanded the job for Kenny and his team. We had them tie-in and install a new whole house water filter system (sediment and activated carbon media) and salt-free water conditioner system in the garage. In addition, we had them relocate a clean-out in the front yard. Allison Plumbing optimized their workday and finished the work on the projected completion date. We are more than happy to refer this business to others.

Had a small drip under bathroom sink, and decided to replace valve shut-offs since they were very old. Doug came - very nice guy, knew what he was doing. Worked about an hour as predicted and replaced the two valves and hoses. The only concern I have is the price - total parts from Home Depot were about $30, plus an hours work. The cost: $350. My contractor friend called that the: ""you don't know how to do it yourself"" tax. Seemed pretty high to me....but not in position to get quotes, and wanting to support neighborhood business...anyway, work was fine and Doug was cool.

We called Allison plumbing because our previous experience with Allison had exceeded our expectations in expertise and professionalism from the woman who handled the call to the plumbers. Doug, who has helped us previously, is extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem as a mainline clog and expertly fixed the problem. Although it's been over a month since we had our house repiped, we wanted to live with everything in order to give a full review. That being said, we are completely happy with our choice to work with Allison Plumbing. When you are looking to invest in such a big project you want a person/company you can trust and has a proven track record. After getting several bids, we had Allison come on over - Ken was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and told us what to expect with such an undertaking. His visit, online reviews and a bid that was reasonable made the decision easy.
The workers couldn't have been nicer or more professional! Ken was on site for the few days the project called for, which is not always the case for some company owners. Work was done precisely and with as minimal a mess as I have ever seen considering the amount of drywall that needed to be cut. Testing was done and details checked before the drywall was patched (Allison has the most amazing drywall guy - texturizing is truly a serious skill that Francisco has mastered). We are thrilled to have our new pipes - no rust, no temperature problems when a faucet or toilet are utilized in another part of the house. Yay!
While fingers are crossed that we won't need plumbing services for who knows what in the near future, it's nice to know that we have a plumber to call...

I had a good experience, although I had to wait a few days to get on the schedule. Doug showed up on time and fixed 2 of my issues quickly (toilet and drain stopper). The third problem took a little time (faucet), but he was able to fix that. There was leak in one of the areas he was working on after he left. He came back the next day and fixed it. He showed me that it was not the from the repair he made and apologized for not catching it the first time. Everything is working fine.

I called Allison Plumbing to replace some valves under the kitchen sink and to fix a leaky shower. They were able to give me an estimate and made an appointment for the following day. Doug showed up on time and fixed both issues despite running into some obstacles such as stubborn, corroded screws. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he had fixed and he double and triple checked his work before wrapping up. I was very pleased with the work and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues.

We found water seeping from the base of our kitchen island last night, and had to close the water shut off valve to prevent further flooding. Not having any water, we couldn't use the bathroom, kitchen or washing machine, making us realize how we are water dependant all day long! We called Allison Plumbing this morning, and fortunately, Rebecca was able to dispatch Ken and Devin by this afternoon. Ken diagnosed the problem and gave us a very reasonable estimate without having seen the leak since it was underneath the bottom panel. Once part of the panel was sawed off for access, his diagnosis proved accurate. After carefully removing drain pipes and electrical wiring, Devin actually folded his slim body under the sink into a tight space not much more than 7-8 cubic feet and spent a good couple of hours sawing off, sanding, sweating & soldering copper tubing that had developed a couple of pinholes over the years. I think the actual job turned out to be quite a bit harder than anticipated. However, Ken, the owner, honored the initial estimate price. While we had them, we also asked them to do a few extra plumbing chores that Ken and Devin accommodated us with gladly at a very reasonable charge. Thank you for rescuing us today! We feel fortunate to know that you have our backs!

Doug arrived on time and quickly figured out the problem. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and fixed the issue quickly. And he is a heck of a nice guy!!

Where do I start? It's all good stuff I swear.

So here's the deal, I do room rentals in a five-bedroom house. That means A LOT of people turnover and bathroom use. I am a single, female who knows little about the ins and outs of plumbing products and services. I also HATE to be taken advantage of. I reached out to Allison Plumbing because I see them all over my neighborhood and have never stopped working with them since. My go-to guy Doug feels like I'm calling a favorite uncle over to help me with a plumbing emergency. He's SO friendly and somehow dispels my anxiety with his experienced assessment and quick work. Between how fast the home office and their service guys respond and repair, I can't imagine why I would go anywhere else. Honest work for honest price. Thanks so much folks!
