Kenny has been a God-send as we were so strapped with timing of a difficult plumbing job at a house we just acquired. Tenants moved-in and the bathroom was still not functional due to a poor plumbing job and leaking of pipes behind the walls. I called other plumbers who were not able to get there for another 1-2 weeks. Kenny responded by the following day and it was less than the other quote we had. They are timely, good with their work, and honest!

I am so happy I contacted Allison Plumbing. Of course it happened at the worst time -- the weekend! We tried the home fix it method, which didn't work -- I was surprised when Rebecca responded to my e-mail inquiry Sunday evening. Great customer communication! The technicians were at my house very early Monday morning. So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great company! I would definitely recommend them and will rely on them for all our plumbing needs. Allison Plumbing was highly recommended by a friend. I called them regarding a fire sprinkler pipe issue but they said the work must be done by someone with a special license that they did not have. I got a few quotes from other plumbers and they were all slightly more expensive, but what made me decide to work with Ken was that he seemed very honest with me about what to expect and wasn't trying to fear me into adding other services.

When I hired him to do my water heater and plumbing for a utility sink in my garage, the work was exceptional and as described. When Ken wasn't doing the work, his two workers did just as good of a job. I would highly recommend him.
