If I could give one star I would. Simply the worst: they forgot about my appointment the first day and the didn't show up for the second. I don't think they're either serious or professional. Would never go to them again.

We have used Allison plumbing over the years and they do an AWESOME job and charge very reasonable rates. Recently had a problem with getting hot water down to the far end of our house. It use to take forever but Kenny was able to fix it so now it comes out within a minute at the most!! Yay!! Check them out - they're the best!!

Our kitchen sink backed up the night before we were to celebrate an engagement party for our daughter at our home. We worked for a couple of hours on it ourselves and cleaned out the trap, etc, but no luck. We called Allison Plumbing early the next morning, and they were able to work us in right away. We had a blockage WAY back 80 feet in our sewer! Ken and his assistant had it cleared up in a short time! It was less than $100 - money well spent! We will definitely use Allison Plumbing again!

We used Allison Plumbing when we had a clogged sewer drain. They answered the call right away and were very helpful in responding to our initial questions. They came as promised, on time, and unclogged the drain all on schedule. They were very professional, addressed all our concerns, and got the job done!! Great service as promised. We needed a copper re-pipe before we moved into our new house and as promised Kenny was able to get the job done in 2 days, and cleaned up everything leaving it looking spotless!

He was even able to help us install the dreaded Ikea vanity, which apparently doesn't have standard parts.

Here's a list of things that he was able to accomplish for our home.
1. Re-piped house complete with Type-L copper

2. New shut-off valves and braided supply lines installed at all fixtures

3. Installed new laundry sink and pipes

4. Repaired tub drain leaking under house

5. Repaired sub-floor around toilet area

6. Repaired drywall; made paint ready

7. Installed new tile and baseboard in bathroom

It's hard to come by a honest plummer these days! But when your toddler drops micro machines into the toilet, it's disastrous! Allison Plumbing is affordable, convenient and always honest!

Great customer service from the start; from phone call to repair of the water heater. The technician David was professional, and friendly. Explained in detail the problem of the water heater. Gave few cost effective options for the repair. Once he got the part, he did a great expedient repair and got it working just under an hour. Will use them again for sure. Thank you.

Got the job done quickly and professionally. Only complaint was it was a little pricey. $150 for 20 minutes of work. They were able to get here same day though, which was more than any of the other 10 places I called.
