Had an older gentleman come over for a backed up sink and got a quote that was ridiculously high (close to $1,000). The guy said he had to do some demolition and all this extra work. Charged me $90 for the 25-30 mins that he was here and I was still left with the backed up sink. Turns out my issue could have been fixed with 2 $3 plungers and a little bit of elbow grease. Won't be giving this company another penny.

John came and survey my double sink Problem. He had to work to clear the drain. He had to pull out everything that was under the sink and when he finished everything was back exactly how I had it.
He also left the sinks shiny clean. Well done!

Allison plumbers are good at trouble shooting and finding baffling plumbing problems.

One star for showing up but late.
Then whining about the install until they gave up and didn't want to continue after strewing up the installation of the Roman tub.
The scope was only an install with the fixtures already purchased.
Then they with took one of the install parts from the kit so I have to reorder that.
N return phone call to discuss what their installer did.
Shame he was so negative.
I can't recommend a company that just don't give a shit.

Kenny and his team are the wonderful! We needed an old heater and gas line removed, and a new line put in for a gas range. They were in and out in a couple of hours. Plus (note to wives), the first thing they brought into the house was a vacuum cleaner! They had to cut into walls to do their job, but they left the site just as clean as they found it! Kudos to the Allison Plumbing team!

They perform work without discussing the price and i got a quote on the phone for one thing, they came over without the part and wanted to charge me the same amount as the quote i got over the phone but just for labor no part

I am very impressed with the work Doug did on our gas line into our fireplace. We purchased a new gas fireplace insert and our gas line was in the way of the insert being centered within the fireplace box. Doug modified the line by shortening the line.
I'd like to add, prior to having Doug with Allison Plumbing do this job, I received a quote from another very popular local plumber. This quote was $400-$700 depending on work involved. When I received the quote from Doug, his quote was $225. After getting into the job and realizing there was more to it than simply cutting the pipe, *I* asked him if the estimate should be modified, he said it should be changed to $350. I agreed and was more than happy to pay this amount. Doug worked hard to make it just right. I'm a VERY happy customer!

The guys at Allison Plumbing are the best and the only ones I trust to do the job right. We needed a dishwasher and a water softener installed. After coming out for a quote, we were told that the old galvanized pipe for the water intake would wreck havoc on the new water softener and recommended we replace that too. A quick internet search confirmed galvanized pipe + water & time = lots of rust. Our TDS results were pretty high as well.

Once we were ready to pull the trigger (waited 3+ months for the dishwasher to arrive), things moved quickly. Installation took 3 days and was very professional. We also appreciated that they were never pushy and offered a few different solutions. Highly recommend.

(Rather Late Review) Doug was tremendous in fixing my Wide Set sink having a minor leak. Apparently had a unique cartridge as he went the extra mile and attempted to source one through his local connections, sadly to no avail. Once I located the sink manufacturer and received the parts, they were quick to get back to do the installation. Doug was knowledgeable in his explanations of both what he was doing and what he would need as well as patient. Really exceptional work especially during these times. As a recent homeowner, I felt comfortable and fairly charged. Would highly recommend.
