Alligator Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing company since 2021. I first used them when we converted our half-bathroom into a full bathroom and then again when we remodeled our 2nd bathroom. Jason and his team are so great! They're responsive, personable, honest and really respectful of people's property. Jason continuously kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and explained his reasoning for doing things. When I needed help picking out good quality, but reasonably priced, hardware, he took his time to look at my choices and gave me his honest opinion. When installing my handheld showerhead, he said he scratched it (it was a very small scratch that I could barely see) and immediately bought a brand new one. I told him it wasn't a big deal, but he takes pride in his work and wanted to make sure everything was perfect.

Although I don't have any ongoing projects, I still reach out to them when I have plumbing needs. Even if I just have a question, Jason will take his time to help me. I highly recommend these guys and will not go with anyone else!

I want to preface this that I did not hire Alligator BUT Jason did teach me how to find the plumber that I did eventually hire for all the work I needed done. Jason spent a good 30min on the phone with me and explained to me a guy who's worked in tech for 25ys on how to use Yelp to find a good reliable plumber in my area. Anyone who's willing to spend time like that is worth their weight in gold. If you're in the San Leandro area and need a good honest plumber I highly recommend Alligator Plumbing.

Alligator Plumbing is a great local business. They're a little overwhelmed since they're down a man but when they show up they deliver. We have a tricky pedestal sink that they were able to get in behind it and snake it without removing it so that was a relief. All in all good company with super nice employees. Good plumbers are not cheap but once again like Mom says you get what you pay for. Top-notch service.

This review is LONG overdue. We have worked with Alligator plumbing on 4 different projects and all have been a 5-star experience. Jason, the owner is fantastic and a really good person. We have worked with him and his team on upgrading our laundry plumbing, renovating a bathroom, trouble shooting a leaking bathtub (into the garage below) and then our leaking/flooding toilet (our poor garage). In times of crisis, Jason has been super responsive despite being in high demand. For our more ""leisurely"" laundry project and bathroom reno, the team worked diligently and set expectations, ultimately exceeding them. That isn't guaranteed every time as you can only do so much with old plumbing, but I truly feel grateful and appreciative to have their expertise. They are my go-to plumbing company. I trust the team and I love knowing that they are a local small business owner.
