I can't recommend Jason and Alligator Plumbing enough. I had three plumbers come to my house to try and get rid of a clog. First and second plumber couldn't do it, third plumber didn't even try, he wanted to snake the shower from the roof. Finally found Jason through my neighbor and he was great, actually more than great. He was so informative over the phone and discussed the problem with me throughly. We scheduled an appointment and low and behold he snaked the pipe and we have a working shower! Jason and his team are great and I would definitely use them again for all my plumbing problems.

Alligator was recommended by several moms in the Castro Valley Mothers Club. I was very pleased with the customer service and the workmanship of Alligator Plumbing. Used them twice so far. Once to clear slow running drain and a leak, which were caused by poorly designed and installed drain pipes. Matt rebuilt two drains and cleared clogs and reset our bowl sink. Gave good advice on replacing a bathroom sink faucet. We purchased the replacement faucet and Jafar came out to install it. Both times, my husband and I felt we received great service at a fair price. The estimate for repairs was exactly what they charged. Will gladly use them again!

Hands down these guys are in my phone FOREVER. They are busy so be patient as they are worth the wait. I tried to be a plumber via youtube videos (not a good idea FYI) to fix a leak. It's just not worth the time, the effort, the frustration and the cost - and honestly I made it so much worse bc I am a clumsy buffoon. JUST CALL ALLIGATOR. Jason was super cool and gave me free advice and Mike (who ended up coming to my house) was a ROCKSTAR. No more leak!!! He put on those shoe covers and was super professional all the way. The money I spent on him was less than my time, the cost of useless tools I bought to fix the leak and the arguments I had with the hubby hahahah saying that I could fix it. THANK YOU MIKE AND JASON, you are saved in my contacts forever!!!

My wife and I needed a number of items addressed on the house we just purchased and Erik was very thorough when doing the initial walkthrough with us. He went through each recommendation in great detail and when our existing plumbing setup provided a tricky situation for the biggest ticket item (new water heater), Erik took detailed notes so he could sync with Jason on possible solutions. Jason then came by personally to evaluate our setup, allowing for a more accurate quote, and walked us through the options that would best meet the needs of our family while also keeping our budget reasonable. When the time came for the tankless water heater to be installed, Erik and Mike were posed with a big challenge--they needed to work in a crawl space filled with water after it rained non-stop in Castro Valley over multiple weeks. They weren't fazed by it at all and were always careful to prevent any mud from getting tracked into the house; they even hosed down the garage floor before wrapping up just to be 100% sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. I wasn't able to be home for the county inspection but Jason went above and beyond, making sure he was here to meet the inspector so everything would go smoothly.

I can't thank everyone at Alligator Plumbing enough and we'll definitely be using them again when the time comes to repipe our house!

Many thanks to Jason for great communication and help, and to Eric for a very professional installation when we changed our old bathtub 3 valve plumbing to a very nice looking and modern Moen single valve set in Castro Valley. Alligator really tried hard and spent hours trying to find a replacement for our old valve set, but alas it was not meant to be. They were very upfront with all options and costs, and in my opinion very reasonable for all the work they did for us. Eric even replaced an old worn out hose valve array that had been leaking for a long time in the front when I asked him, even though he had finished the bathtub job. I can't say enough about this company, and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. I will definitely give them a call when I have future plumbing problems.

Jason and the crew at Alligator Plumbing are top notch.

Super responsive, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly for me trustworthy. They let you know the price for the job/project before they begin so you're never left sticker shocked.

We've used them for everything from fixing our running toilets to replacing our water main. Most recently they cleared a sewer line at my folks place that was blocked with tree roots.

He has consulted us on a handful of things that have been happening throughout our home remodel and has been knowledgeable, timely with on site appointments as well as responding to emails right away!
