Our 22-year-old furnace began to fail recently. We chose Williams because of the high ratings by customers. Williams lived up to its reputation in every way. The highly professional team that came out to estimate gave us all our options, explained the benefits and costs of each, and helped us choose a system. The installation occurred the following day. The installation technicians, Anthony and Alex, were friendly, competent and careful The removal of our old system and the installation of the new one was completed in a few hours. The improved ventilation from the variable speed furnace has greatly improved heating in our very old adobe, which has inadequate duct work. We couldn't be more pleased. We will use Williams again and will highly recommend their services to others.

I had 4 ductless split-unit HVAC systems installed in my business by Williams Mechanical and they did an excellent job. It was very easy to communicate my specific needs for the units. While the wait was a little long (understandably, because I'm sure there is a high demand for new AC installations in the summer), it was definitely worth it. Now, customers complain about the building being too cold in the building even though it's 100 degrees outside. These guys know what they're doing and I'm glad that chose to work with such a competent and professional company.

Mike M and Bret M of Williams Mechanical came out to install mini splits at my house. Once the installation was done, they decommissioned the old gas wall furnace and air conditioner, which was a huge help under the circumstances. You can imagine the mess, wall board fragments and soot might have gotten everywhere, but these two techs were meticulous. Thanks! (Installed in 2015).

Update 2018: the original mini split system turned out to not heat the house very well, though it cooled fine during the summer. Williams worked with me over the last couple of winters to get the heating system up to spec, under warranty. During very cold snaps they even provided supplementary heaters! Not to get into too many details, but the owners, Chris and Annette, did not give up or leave me in the cold. They continued to diagnose and adjust the system until it was working to spec in winter and summer. As I write this, I am happy, warm and comfortable and satisfied I chose Williams Mechanical for this big upgrade. They turned out to be honest in their dealings with me, and stood behind their warranty, above and beyond. I can't give them more than 5 stars, but if I could I'd give 15 stars. Highly recommend.

My family had an air conditioning emergency when our dog chewed the wires connecting our AC unit to our house. We called Williams Mechanical and they were able to come out the very same day. The technician that came was friendly and efficient and had our AC working again in no time! I would highly recommend them to my friends or family.

While they did a decent job the follow up was bad. The furnace fan was loud I was told that they could come back and lower the speed. It was installed in January and every couple of weeks I would call back so the speed could be lowered. Every time it was the same guy that would answer the phone and said he would let his boss know about it. It is now April and still nothing has been done about it. It frustrates me that they never got back to me.

We were in the process of selling our house when we found out our remodeled bathroom had grout stuck down in the drain completely blocking it off.
After they exhausted all attempts at a non invasive method to clear the drain, Jake Ortega and his team made a precision cut and removed the drain while only disturbing a small amount of the brand new tile that was laid in the shower!
They were very responsive, friendly, showed up on time, and did a fantastic job!
We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing and electrical needs!

It's really very refreshing to find a company that really cares about my home & treated it like it was their own. I found the owner & his staff to be very honest & up front with me regarding my heating/cooling system. They were prompt & at my home at the scheduled appointment time.

The owner, went up in the attic & looked over the vents & tubing. Took photos so he could show me what was causing my lack of heating & cooling to rooms. When he finished his inspection, we sat down to reviewed the photos he had taken & to discuss the issues. The home builders used flexible ventilation in my home & it was just left laying on the floor of the attic & some of the vent material was either kinked or a hole worn in it due to the improper installation by the builder.

Let me tell, I had other companies come out to inspect issue prior to finding Ortega Mechanical & the other companies were telling me, I needed to replace my whole system & have all new venting done. The quotes from the other companies were thousands of dollars.

I am so thankful I found Ortega Mechanical. The repairs have been completed on my home. The rooms plenty of air flow out of the vents now & I didn't need to have my whole furnace/HVAC replaced. Nor did it cost me thousands of dollars.

Do yourself a favor..if you have any heating or plumbing issues, give this company a call. I'm sure you'll be glad you did.
