Back in May of 2021, my husband and I made a successful offer on a house with very low water pressure. Low, as in a trickle from every faucet. The seller's agent said they would take care of it. They never did. My agent was coordinating with the city and a plumber. City said it was the plumber's responsibility, but the plumber said it was the city's responsibility. Shortly before we were due to move in, the problem still existed.
So, I took it upon myself to do some research and found All-Out Plumbing. Ron, the owner, checked it out and said he found a broken valve under one of the bathroom sinks, so it would be a simple fix. However, when his employee, Thomas, came to do the work and checked it out, he discovered that the valve wasn't the problem. At first, Thomas didn't think the house had a pressure release valve. But after some literal digging, he found it. It had been buried, which I was told should never be done with a PRV. It turns out the house used to have bad polybutylene pipes which had been replaced, and the PRV was there to keep those pipes from bursting. So, Thomas removed the PRV and reconnected the pipes. Now the water is flowing at a strong, steady rate. The total cost was $377, which I think is quite reasonable.
The original plumber obviously never thought to check underground for the PRV. Major kudos to All-Out and especially Thomas for thinking outside the box!...(and under the ground.)

Ron, the owner of the company came and hooked my air conditioner up. He pricing was very reasonable and he was extremely knowledgeable. I will never use another company for any of my plumbing and heating issues. I cannot recommend All-Out enough.

Adan is a knowledgeable pro with a great attitude. He installed new clean out valves for our tankless water heater and thoroughly cleaned the unit. My wife and I cannot recommend them enough!

We had a backed up main sewer line at our house. Called All Out based on good reviews on Angie's List. They answered the phone promptly and set up a call for the following morning . Bo the technician called me and told me he was on his way to the house. Bo was able to clear the sewer line in a very professional manor in a short period of time. He explained the procedure to me and updated me through the process. I would highly recommend the company as well as Bo the technician. Thanks again.

NOT Proffesional at all! They don't return phone calls and don't want to honor their one month warranty. The plumber who came out whined about having to come back out to fix a problem that he didn't fix the first time. He had the NERVE to say to me""I'm not making any money coming back out here"" Now had he done the job right the first time he would not have had to come back out!!!! Don't use them................

Excellent service and informed me of things that did not need repair, just adjustment. It was very hot but Dean got everything done. I am hiring them again to re -connect plumbing in new kitchen sink.

David was really great, very generous with his experience and knowledge about the area. He helped us complete what we needed and in good time, too.

The owner came to my place to fix a gas leak to the fireplace. They said because the city inspector will need to sign off, they had to upgrade all kind of things for code compliance. Simmons plumbing charged a lot for the code compliance upgrades, but never followed through with the original fireplace request. I had to hire a different plumbing service to do that. Simmons plumbing saw $$ signs with the code compliant upgrades. Ever since they did their work on the gas water heater, I started having problems with the pilot light not staying lit. I called another plumber service, (Simmons wouldn't call me back after did the high dollar portion of the job). The new plumbing company said the work Simmons Plumbing did WAS NOT CODE COMPLIANT AT ALL. I wouldn't trust Simmons plumbing because their service is really bad, and the owner is not trust worthy. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with Simmons.

I'm sorry to give a poor review, but I won't try to use Simmons again. It is hit and miss with their service. I had them close down my swamp cooler and start up my furnace- okay job. Next, I had them replaced a garbage disposal, that evening while doing dishes my shoes were flooded with a river of water pouring out of the cabinet below the sink. He returned the next day and, apparently, hadn't screwed a part together. Whatever. Then my toilet wouldn't flush and they came out and replaced the inner workings. Okay, it worked. Then my husband, who is in failing health, physically disabled and when in the middle of an episode has poor thinking skills and he pushed our toilet about a foot. Needless to say it was broken. I called Simmons and they came came out within a reasonable time and I requested they buy a chair level toilet. Well, while the installer was finishing up and figuring the bill I noticed he had put my old toilet in my trash container and all the cardboard into my recycling container. I was shocked. I asked if the city would pick it up or would I be fined. He replied he didn't think I wanted it on the side of the house. I didn't know this was an option. At 66 years old I have had many toilets replaced and they always hauled it off. Later I called the city 311 line and inquired if I could be fined and the answer was yes because a toilet is too heavy for the truck to pickup plus damaging the container when it probably would have fallen through the bottom of the container. So I have a freakin toilet in my trash container which is too heavy for me to move, no place to put my trash and now trying to get rid of another mess. I will not give Simmons another chance. The only jewel with this company is the office manager, April, who works hard to schedule service quickly and efficiently.

I have used several plumbers over the past 30 years and Simmons is the best! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always give you options. They are honest and dependable. They have never let me down. And check this out-when other plumbers run into old houses and cannot handle the job-THEY call Simmons too.
