Rob enlisted in the Army at 18 in 2002 after feeling inspired to serve after the events of 9/11. For almost ten years, he was a 19D Cavalry Scout before choosing to leave the service to return home to Georgia with his family.

Rob joined forces with his childhood friend Zach to work in plumbing and heating and air. Zach entered the plumbing and HVAC industry at 19, and Rob rapidly picked up skills from him.

Rob's experience as a non-commissioned officer in the Army equipped him with valuable managerial skills, he took on a managerial role at the company where he and Zach worked.

In February 2015, they took the leap to start their own business after leaving their previous employer. Rob and Zach shared a dream of establishing a company rooted in the values and integrity that a former non-commissioned officer like Rob represents, and the dedication to superior craftsmanship that a State licensed professional like Zach provides.
