Rob enlisted in the Army at 18 in 2002 after feeling inspired to serve after the events of 9/11. He served as a 19D Cavalry Scout for nearly a decade before choosing to leave the service to return home to Georgia with his family.

After coming back, Rob teamed up with his childhood friend Zach in the plumbing and HVAC field. Zach started in plumbing and HVAC at 19, and Rob quickly learned the trade from him.

Thanks to the managerial skills he gained as a non-commissioned officer in the Army, he took on a managerial role at the company where he and Zach worked.

In February 2015, Rob and Zach decided to leave their previous employer to start their own business. Their vision was to create a company founded on the values and integrity that a former non-commissioned officer like Rob embodies, combined with the dedication to quality and craftsmanship that a State licensed professional like Zach offers.
