Only use this company if you personally hire them. They did foundation work on a home that we purchased but unfortunately for us they cut corners for the previous owner in order to make the sale happen. We have only been in our home for 11 months and we have had four quotes (one which is from Allied) telling us that we need at least another $10K in foundation repair work done on our house. We have chose to void our lifetime warranty with them and go with a different company all together since the work that they did needs to be adjusted on top of actually properly fixing the foundation.

This company is a joke. I had an inspection done by Clay who came with the elevation tool and measured the inside. He told me all the elevations read properly and the house was level. No work was needed. That was good news because I have already had 15 piers fixed two years ago!

Fast-forward six weeks. My buyers asked for Allied to come verify the foundation was good. Nelson showed up with a simple hand level. He tells me the inside is completely level. He then goes outside. He comes back in to tell me there is cracking in one of my adjustment joints and that requires 13 piers to be fixed!!! Seriously??? So I go out and look at the adjustment joint. The CAULKING is cracked BECAUSE IT'S 10 YEAR OLD CAULK!!!! The adjustment joint measures perfectly from top to bottom. So you're telling me that I should have 13 piers fixed because the caulking is cracked? Gimme a break!!!

When I called to try to get an explanation, the manager Max tells me Nelson has SOOO much experience. Screw that! In six weeks, my foundation did not crumble.

Customer service is terrible. I called on a Saturday and was connected with an answering service who seemed nice enough but simply was not concerned with my request. As expected, there was no response form the company so I called again on Monday. At this time, I spoke with a gentlemen who was simply rude and clearly did not care about my business. Fortunately there are many other providers in the area.

Stay away from them. They worked on my neighbor's foundation and sewer line replacement. They pushed under my fence to drain water onto my property. They did not clean up the mud that spilled out in front of my house. Trying to talk to them on the phone is worthless. I could not even get them to respond to an e-mail or to a letter to get the mud picked up. Finally, cleaned it up myself. I would never consider using them--bad, bad service!

They finally fixed the broken panel that occurred during repairs. Shouldn't have had to call them 3 times a week and put up with bad attitudes in order to get it done. Just not the way to do business. One more thing I found out... Be careful who writes your estimate and make sure they actually measure the floor. I see now that they did not do that either..they leveled my house by sight I guess.

I have a house that is part slab and part pier and beam. The pier and beam portion became increasingly unlevel so I contacted several foundation companies to come do quotes. Allied had someone out there within a week to give me an estimate. Another company made me schedule 2 months out for a quote and when they came, they took one look at my house, said, "We don't do pier and beam" and left. Another company kept saying they were extremely busy and would have to call me back to schedule a time and never would. It took so long dealing with the other companies, that I had to go back with Allied to get an updated quote. Even so, the price was extremely reasonable and I was able to get the repair scheduled within a week.

Then disaster struck. They arrived and started working on my house only to discover that that area had not been vented at all by the previous owners and all the beams and floor joists had rotted out and the subfloor was going. What had started off as an affordable project that would take 1-2 days turned into a nightmare I couldn't afford that would take 3-4. Fortunately, we were able to work with Mr. Martinez at the office, who contacted the owner directly and was able to work out a cost that was workable for both of us. Rene and his crew got to work immediately and finished the major work within 3 days, using the 4th day as cleanup and to double check the work to make sure everything was level.

I cannot compliment these guys highly enough for their professionalism and hard work. Every issue was handled immediately and the house and grounds look beautiful. Even though this ended up being a 4 day project, you could tell a major difference after just the first day. Allied saved me from potential disaster! I'm so glad I looked into them on a friend's recommendation.

We hired Allied Foundation after they had done two other houses on our street. The quote was more tham we expected. They put piers every 6 feet around our house. When they left it started to rain and four of the concrete patches sank in. Two in the back sank in 3 feet. The crew came back the next week and filled in three of the holes. My husband showed the foreman the kitchen wasn't level. They filled the hole with dirt and said they would put in a work order. After that we never heard from Allied again. My husband said he would call someone else to try and get it fixed.

Allied Foundation was referred to us by a long time friend. She said great things about them and we found them all to be true. Our bid was well in line with what we thought it should be and the work was done in a surprisingly quick and efficient manner.
When we walked outside and saw all of the shrubs back pretty much 'on the spot' with where they previously were, we appreciated the little things they do.

Had them come out to perform some foundation work on our house. The price was *very* competitive compared to the other foundation companies in Houston. DuWest wanted over $8000 while Allied came in under half of that. I went with Allied also because my parents and my wife's parents utilized them independantly and were both extremely satisfied.

Allied honored the estimated price and repaired a broken water line at no cost (it wasn't their fault as it wasn't marked by 811)

I was expecting some internal damage as our house has tile on the first floor. When they completed their work the only change was existing cracks actually shrunk. Allied was extremely accurate in their adjustments.

I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for foundation work in the Houston area.
