I had an inspection done by the owner's son, Jason. He was punctual and efficient in his visit. He had an honest demeanor and was very friendly and patient with my questions. His crew arrived the next day, after I had called Jason to set up the work. The crew was large and the guys were friendly. The supervisor, Rene, was patient explaining any questions I had. Rene was respectful of his crew and they were all focused well on each of their tasks. They removed some of my landscaping and replanted what was salvageable and I appreciated that they were knowledgeable about what was truly salvageable because I'm an experienced gardener by hobby. The crew cleaned up the work site well and covered up the holes with mostly undetectable evidence-at least in the flower beds. There was not mud or chunks of earth left untidy. They rinsed off my driveway well where some dirt and jack hammering left debris and they patched my driveway hole immediately. Jason even agreed to have them use the leftover mortar/mud to cover up some existing cracks in my brick mortar that had nothing to do with the foundation repair for no charge. It's the little things that counted and made the big things that much more appreciated. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I will definitely refer anyone and everyone to Allied Foundation without reservation.

Allied was recommend by a friend after he had work done by them. I called for an estimate and Jason showed up on time the next day. He explained in details what needed to be done to level and stabilize my garage. The quote was very reasonable compared to the competition. They did not try to sell me more than I needed and gave me a lifetime warranty at no extra cost. The work was done the next day, on time and as described. They cleaned up nicely after their work.

My only concern is that they do not use an electronic level for the longer spans. They only had a regular bubble level. Maybe that"s why the "other guys" charge more.

The bottom line is that I got what I was expecting, at a reasonable price. Excellent value!

These guys are solid. They are in and out in one day and do good work. They also leave the place looking way less like a warzone than most. I have used them on several flips and unlike the "full page phonebook ad" guys. They actually leave some juice in the deal for the investor.

Only use this company if you personally hire them. They did foundation work on a home that we purchased but unfortunately for us they cut corners for the previous owner in order to make the sale happen. We have only been in our home for 11 months and we have had four quotes (one which is from Allied) telling us that we need at least another $10K in foundation repair work done on our house. We have chose to void our lifetime warranty with them and go with a different company all together since the work that they did needs to be adjusted on top of actually properly fixing the foundation.

This company is a joke. I had an inspection done by Clay who came with the elevation tool and measured the inside. He told me all the elevations read properly and the house was level. No work was needed. That was good news because I have already had 15 piers fixed two years ago!

Fast-forward six weeks. My buyers asked for Allied to come verify the foundation was good. Nelson showed up with a simple hand level. He tells me the inside is completely level. He then goes outside. He comes back in to tell me there is cracking in one of my adjustment joints and that requires 13 piers to be fixed!!! Seriously??? So I go out and look at the adjustment joint. The CAULKING is cracked BECAUSE IT'S 10 YEAR OLD CAULK!!!! The adjustment joint measures perfectly from top to bottom. So you're telling me that I should have 13 piers fixed because the caulking is cracked? Gimme a break!!!

When I called to try to get an explanation, the manager Max tells me Nelson has SOOO much experience. Screw that! In six weeks, my foundation did not crumble.
