They were very quick to provide an estimate, quick to schedule the repair and quick to complete the job. They were very responsive and always answered the phone or called us back when they said they would. The workers cleaned up after the job very well. I am not happy with a crack that formed on our ceiling after the repair, but I understand that's a common issue with foundation repair.
Update: Allied Foundation is helping to paint the ceiling to repair the crack! Great customer service!Highly recommend this company!

As part of the selling process, extensive foundation repairs were needed. Our buyer contacted another local foundation company that was very expensive. Our real estate agent told us that he used Allied in the past with great luck. We contacted them and Ali came out the same day to do the measurements. He was honest in his opinion and told us exactly what we already knew. Two business days later the crew lead by Jose was right on time. The crew worked a full two days to complete the leveling project. The next day, the clean up crew came in and did an excellent job erasing almost every trace of their mess. A few good rains is all it will take to wash the remaining dirt back into the ground. I read the other Yelp reviews after we has already contracted with them which made me a little nervous. I am glad to report that we had a very positive experience.

I was involved with a couple projects done by these guys. Always fair, on point and jobs well done. Usually the cost was half of other major well established foundation repair companies in the Houston area.
As a Texas inspector and real estate agent, I keep Allied top of mind.

Love this company....They came to level my house 2 different times in different spots. The workers had to take up my deck and flower beds. When they left, you couldn't even tell they had pulled everything up! Also, the first job they did 3 years ago has help up. They checked on it and refilled for free during their second visit! 5+ stars!!!

This company is a joke .I had them to come out and do some work and they really messed up my home.These guys are not really good at what they do. They told me I need 15 piers inside and 21 out side when they finish my home was distraught . They left large whole inside my home and the yard was also a mess.I had to get that fix and now the floors are uneven .They said they drop there camera down my sewer, but got it out . That was a lie. Has to call out a plummer cause my pipe was stop up and guess what it was the camera and that cost me another $1209. What a fucking joke .These guy are not someone to deal with.Stay away from this company

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! At first, the lady who gave us our estimate was really nice and friendly until we gave them our business. Then if I would call her with a question or a concern, she would transfer me to someone else instead of try and help me. Well it just so happened that we had to reschedule our repair 2 or 3 times due to rain. When the day before came, I was called at around 5pm and told the guys would be here between 12 & 1pm on Wed. 1:30 comes around and no one yet, so I call and am told "oh, we have you down for 3pm today". I then ask them multiple times if they will be able to finish today (same day as start) and am told multiple times yes. FFwd to 6pm and the foreman tells me they will beed to be back the following day to finish. I had other things scheduled to happen at our home and told him that would not be possible. The foreman did tell his guys to stay and they finished everything by 7pm. As I stated earlier, this happened on a Wed. I was contacted about payment the following day, Thursday and informed them I was paying with check (I had informed them of this prior to work being done also). The woman I spoke to on the phone, told me she would see if one of their guys could stop by and pick up the check and she would call back. After an hour, I called them back since i hadn't heard anything, and was told she was waiting for him to call her back and she would yet again call me back. Needless to say I waited all day Thursday for a call or someone to come pick up the check and nothing. Friday comes and I thought since they are a buisness, they would have business ethics and surely I would hear from them then. Waited all day again and nothing. FFWD again to Monday at 3:20pm as I am walking out my door and a guy shows up wanting payment and to finish pprwrk. I told him I was unable to do it today and he would have to come back tmrw. I called and spoke with Zack the Office Manager and he was so incredibly unbusiness like, a total jerk and as I was telling him that they needed to send someone else tmrw as I was never communicated with about this being right now. But instead of him recognizing that ALLIED messed up with being so unorganized, and apologizing, he tells me hes calling their lawyer to put a lien on our house!!!! Like are you friggen kidding me. I didnt withhold payment nor anything of that nature and waited for 2 days for them to come pick it up and now when its convenient for your company I am supposed to drop everything to "finish pprwrk". Uummm no! I have every single phone call recorded too as a "just in case".

Went to them for a hectic job that i had been putting off for years now, surveyor came out told me how many holes the price and the estimated time. Had them out here in less than a week and had my home finished and fixed up within a week and a half. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Comcast does better appointment and customers service than these guys. They simply try everything they can to provide bare minimum service and courtesy at best when it comes to doing their job and lifetime warranty.
They have broken my sprinkler system in the yard and I only found out months after they came for a warranty repair.
They have come for a warranty inspection, simply did not inspect the front half of the property at all nor the middle of it. There are spots in my house that I walk on and feels like I am suddenly walking over an empty 2nd floor ceiling.
I call for another inspection, they give me a week of wait time, then say they will arrive between 10-11 and give advance call. I call at 10:05 and they say well it's 10:05 just hang tight and they call you. Well, shit happens and I gotta use the bathroom, they call me 4 times in less than 2 mins, and move on to next appointment just like that and I was their first appointment. It was meant to be a 15 min advance call. It was 21 min into the appointment window and the dude was coming from Richmond, TX to dang near I-10 and Beltway 8. 15 min my ass, they would have made me wait longer than their appointment window anyway. When I call back, they just get defensive.
I WAS THE GUYS FIRST APPOINTMENT AND HE COULD NOT BE SHARP ON TIME, LAZY LOUSY f***S. You try to do any business and give people an hour long window of arrival. If I do that at my business, I will have no business left. On time and people's time value means nothing to these guys.

I hired Allied to put piers under my house and level it in 2011 and we had an adjustment done in 2013. We were recently under contract to sell our house and the buyer wanted to meet with Allied at our house to discuss leveling the house because the inspector said it was in need of adjustment again. Instead of simply doing the measurements and explaining how the leveling process works, the person from Allied decided to spend the time walking the buyer around the house and telling her about other things that could be wrong with a 40 year old home and also told her she should have the pipes tested as well. I do not feel this would have happened if my husband and I had been allowed to be at the house during this meeting. I am not sure why the representative from Allied thought it was his place to discuss this with our potential buyer, especially because he was not hired to perform an inspection on the house. The buyer subsequently terminated the contract and we now have to wait until the end of August to have our house leveled because we were told that is the earliest that warranty work can be done. I tried to call Allied to discuss my concerns with their representative's conduct, but I was not allowed to speak to the owner or a manager. I was passed along on the phone and the last person I spoke with decided to take another call on his cell phone while he was on the phone with me. It is very clear to me that I do not matter in the least now to Allied because they are not making any money off of performing warranty work. I just honestly can't believe I am being treated so poorly and I do not want other home owners to have similar experiences.
