Sean and Alfredo showed up on time and were ready to go to work. They quickly and swiftly fixed our drain problems and surprisingly it didn't cost an arm and leg. Just to let you know, I filled out a request for service from another company who's site indicated they would get back quickly. It has now been a week and I still haven't heard from them. Technicians were friendly and did good quick job. However job was quoted as might need to fix this or that so had very high estimate. Actual repair was simple and easy but they were unwilling to lower the cost to match the actual work they did. Cost ended up being almost double what others would charge.

Scotty Setliff came to my house today, 08/31/2023 to repair a leaking pipe outside my house front yard. He was on time and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Alliance Plumbing just left my house after installing a new Rheem water heater. It's a 40 gallon heater has better insulation it's wider it's taller and it's has a 10 year warranty on it. The two plumbers that were here did a great job very clean well organized and did the job quicker than I thought they would have to take. I did a lot of research on water heaters prior to having alliance give a estimation to me and Rheem water heaters kept coming up as a top quality American made water heater. So I was more than happy to have them install a Rheem heater. I bought this house in January 2011 and alliance is the only plumbing company I've used since then. Great service outstanding value, very friendly and knowledgeable plumbers. I will never use any other company for my plumbing needs as long as I own this house. And if I move into a new house, I'll continue to use alliance and I highly recommend these guys. You will not be disappointed.

I work for C. Johnnie on the Spot. Our water line busted over the weekend so when we came in on Monday morning there was water everywhere. I reached out to both Alliance Plumbing and Islandman Plumbing because the plumber we usually use was unavailable. (we are required to get 2 quotes when using a new company)

I spoke with Jody over the phone and she was great. She was very friendly and assured me that someone would be able to make it out that same afternoon. You could actually hear the smile through her voice, just very pleasant to speak with over all.

Nick Hartnett was the plumber they sent out to our business. He was also very friendly and helpful. Not to mention he saved us thousands of dollars. We had gotten a quote from the other company earlier that morning and they quoted us $3000 more than what we actually ended paying with Alliance plumbing (they didn't properly access the busted water line and was trying to charge for repairs that we didn't need.) Nick actually brought out a shovel and dug up the water line to find the route of the problem (the other company did not). He gave us and accurate and reasonable quote for the repairs, which to us, showed the company's integrity. Nick made us feel like a valued customer and not just like a commercial business that they could make more money off of. He came back the next morning to make the repairs and had us up and running by lunch time.

I highly recommend using Alliance Plumbing as a whole. If you get to speak with Jody, you too will see what great customer service skills she has.

You can also request Nick Hartnett as your plumber. He will make sure you are up and running in no time. He will also make sure that you are charged fairly. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They will now be my go to plumbing company for both my house and our business. Thank you Alliance Plumbing for doing such a great job!

Johnny was the technician who came out to our location to repair leaking toilet.

He was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained several options & prices to me.

Johnny explained what we could find and how the estimate could change. I felt confident in his expertise.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumbing services without knowing what you need.

Turns out we had a broken flange and a really bad wet seal. He replaced both, told me what to expect & how we should wait at least 24 hours before using the toilet again.

Another plumbing service was simply going to caulk around the toilet for $125 but that wouldn't have solve my unseen issues.
