Recently, I had a water leak from the main line going into my house. The yard was filling up with water and I needed it repaired ASAP to prevent a super high water bill. Lucky for me I was able to find Kelly with Alliance. I called them at 8 am and they were at my house a little after 9 am. I showed him the problem and he assessed what it might cost to fix. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and I agreed to it.

The work was done very professionally. By no means was Alliance "cheap" but often times you get what you pay for. They are experienced, insured, and bonded. With plumbing, I'd rather just get it fixed ONCE!

He listened carefully, assessed the situation, made a plan based on my circumstances, and executed it perfectly..I have never been so pleased with a plumbing service or plumber before. Joseph went above and beyond to do the job correctly. He answered all my questions, wore shoe coverings without being asked, and cleaned up afterward. He was patient, kind, thorough, smart, understanding, confident and gave me something money can't buy..peace of mind. What a happy ending to a bad situation. After having a bad experience with a local Friendswood plumbing company, I was worried about getting someone else out here to fix the problem. I called Alliance & they were able to send someone out the same day. Carl & Robert called before arriving so I knew when to expect them. They explained to me exactly what they were going to do & how much it would cost before they got started. I liked that they were able to pull up the quote for the service on a tablet where I could see what I was actually paying for before the work was done. I agreed to the work & they got started right away fixing a bad clog affecting the washer, shower, & toilet on one side of the house. They completed the work quickly & efficiently. They were even able to troubleshoot a small problem I was having under my kitchen sink & gave me advice to keep my dishwasher problem-free. Alliance has earned a loyal customer & I would trust them with any future plumbing needs.

He explained everything, informed me in advance of the cost and the possibility of other necessary procedures, and then fixed everything quickly.
