After having a bad experience with a local Friendswood plumbing company, I was worried about getting someone else out here to fix the problem. I called Alliance & they were able to send someone out the same day. Carl & Robert called before arriving so I knew when to expect them. They explained to me exactly what they were going to do & how much it would cost before they got started. I liked that they were able to pull up the quote for the service on a tablet where I could see what I was actually paying for before the work was done. I agreed to the work & they got started right away fixing a bad clog affecting the washer, shower, & toilet on one side of the house. They completed the work quickly & efficiently. They were even able to troubleshoot a small problem I was having under my kitchen sink & gave me advice to keep my dishwasher problem-free. Alliance has earned a loyal customer & I would trust them with any future plumbing needs.

He explained everything, informed me in advance of the cost and the possibility of other necessary procedures, and then fixed everything quickly. These vampires charged my 84 year old mother $388 for 10 minutes of non-emergency work replacing one sink faucet washer. They did not give her an estimate beforehand.

I had a galvanized tee in my attic that was leaking; The water was dripping on to my upper bathroom ceiling. The response time was great because it needed to get done. The work they did looked good but only time will tell. They replaced the tee and added some piping. My major complaint is that the cost was nearly $900!!! It took them about 2.5 hours.

I did not have them do any work. While I cannot comment on the quality of their work, their prices are quite high. They would not give an estimate over the phone. This should have been a flag. So, I paid $99.00 to get an estimate that was way more than I would have accepted. The technician was prompt and polite. So, if you don't care what you have to pay, these guys are probably alright. But if you want a lower cost option, I wouldn't call these guys.
