I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Alliance Plumbing and Drain. I called them at 9:00pm at night on a Wednesday (I was a brand new customer..this was the first time I had ever contacted this place), explaining to them that my 12 year old water heater was leaking water all over my house, and it needed to be replaced ASAP (as I had been told by other companies). Well, I was thinking that this couldn't be done until Friday, especially since I live in Cumming and this place is located in Suwanee. But to my surprise, Alliance Plumbing came all the way to my house immediately. I am beyond impressed that they drove to my house at 10pm at night to install a new water heater for me. Who does that??!! I can't thank Vitaliy and Dmitriy from Alliance Plumbing enough for their hard work and excellent customer service. These two guys got the job done within 2 hours that same night. Now this is what true customer service is all about! I will never go anywhere else!

These guys are great! I highly recommend them! I had a shower spring a leak yesterday morning and it was leaking hot water and steaming up the first floor of my house. I called the number on yelp and one of the owners, Dimitry answered the phone and was very helpful. I called at about 2:30pm and was very concerned I would get a plumber out that day but Dimitry assured me he would come out yet that day. He stayed in touch with me the rest of that afternoon and came at about 8:00pm and fixed the shower. If you have any plumbing needs big or small these are your guys! I won't use anyone else!

The reason I went with Alliance was their amazing 5 star review rating !! I wanted someone whom was honest and that I felt like I could trust..... They blew me out of the water !! OK, now the story... I live in a condo and I could hear water dripping from my upstairs neighbors bathroom onto my ceiling when they took a shower. Dmitriy, David and Mikey came out and looked at the area in my condo and then went up to my neighbors bathroom. They were very pleasant, professional and easy to deal with while helping us. While Dmitry and David were in the upstairs condo, Mikey came down to mine to listen for a drip. Five minutes later they all came but down and told me I did not have a leak, the upstairs condo had a crack in their tub......... (honesty, I love it). No sheetrock had to be torn out or anything.... OK so here is the part that blew me away !!!! When I asked them how much I owed them they said nothing !!!! Glad we could help and it only took us 5 minutes. WOW there is not companies like this one out there anymore !!!

Simply put - these guys are awesome! Dmitriy facilitated and estimate remotely with us providing him some snaps of our plumbing system with the less than adequate pressure relief components that kept failing from the original build of our home. Vitaliy and Michael came out and sorted all the issues within a little over and hour and at very reasonable price with what appears to be very quality workmanship! Additionally, the guys are extremely friendly and took lots of time explaining what was going on and what needed to be done to resolve the issue! Great work guys - you guys are my go-to plumbers now!!

When I had a water leak outside I had trouble getting anyone to call me back. Dmitriy called me back and although they were busy they got to me. They were professional and efficient. They cleaned up and were considerate when they had to come in my home. The best was that I was terrified of the bill, but it was completely reasonable and I didn't feel like my money was going down the drain with all of that excess water! I will definitely use them if I ever have a problem again!!!

My water heater blew out this morning so the first thing I did was check Yelp... Alliance was the first plumber at the top - with five stars, so I called them. Dimitri answered right away and we set up a time for him to be at my house. He and David showed up on time, looked at my water heater, gave me a quote, including an explanation of what had to be upgraded for new codes, etc (since my old water heater was installed in the mid-90's), and an explanation (per my questions) of tank vs tankless water heaters, then got right to work. They were both very pleasant to talk to, very understanding of all the toilet paper floating about (we got pranked last night by some high schoolers for junior-senior prank week), and changed the heaters out without a problem. They even helped me track down another plumbing problem we had in the house without any extra charge. I actually work for a commercial contractor and checked with my estimator about the quote that Dimitri gave me and he said he usually sees higher prices for the amount of work they did. All that said, I would DEFINITELY recommend Alliance to anyone needing residential plumbing help. They are professional all the way.

Vitality and David showed up and corrected a main sewer line blockage on a Sunday evening. This was after being shutdown by our home owner warranty provider and several other local plumbers. They were fast and straight to the point. They found the issue and fixed it quickly. Awesome guys, awesome deal. Give them a call and you'll see why they should get 10 stars.
