We had a water line break in the storage room of our basement. After reading many Yelp reviews, I decided to call Alliance Plumbing early the next morning. Dmitriy (Owner) quickly returned my call and asked me to sent photos. He knew exactly what the problem was and had a team arrive before noon. Nick & Nick did an outstanding job. They explained everything in detail, showed pictures of the damage and the steps needed to complete the job. The repair was completed at a fair price in just a few hours and very detailed in cleaning up the area....A true professional job from start to finish. We will keep Alliance Plumbing on our Contact list for any future repairs or projects.

I swear Dmitriy called me before I hit SEND on my Yelp message! He offered to FaceTime me to see existing water heater instead of waiting to do a site visit, which saved at least a day, if not more. He talked a good game on the Navien water heater he sold me and my wife said his installers were professional. The exact opposite experience from the prior handful of plumbers who seemingly didn't want the job. ‍

This has been one of the best plumbing experience I ever had. I was experiencing a leak in my home and I called Alliance. They were able to get someone to my home within the hour and it took them 30mins to resolve the issue. My plumber David was neat and cleaned up after hisself. I've used Alliance twice this year and was satisfied both times. First I had a leak in a water line outside. I got a quote from a company but the person wasn't as knowledgeable about the issue as I'd liked, so I called Alliance to get another quote. Dmitriy was a breath of fresh air. He sent David out asap to diagnose the problem. He sent pictures and explained exactly what was wrong and his recommendations. He was very honest and not trying to drive up the cost like the other company. He also made other repairs that needed to be done. A few months later I had a corroded fitting on my main water line! I called Dmitriy and he had someone there the same day to fix it. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and takes pride in his work and using the correct parts for a lasting repair. I really trust this plumbing company which is really saying something. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service!

Knowledgeable, Expert Plumbers! I saw d great Reviews about ALLIANCE Plumbing & thought about giving a call for my plumbing problem that other plumbingServices cannot. Every time we use, especially at night, the Washing machine, Shower & main Faucets in Bathrooms--they all produce this vibrating , regurgitating plumbing noise that, even my neighbors could hear. I consulted w/ d Plumbing Company we usually go to, but they were not able to solve d problem, until, I called ALLIANCE. Indeed they did! I am not telling how they solved it, because I don't want other plumbing Companies to imitate them. I feel so relieved Now, I'm switching to ALLIANCE for my plumbing needs!

Note that I am in Lawrenceville and NOT Buckhead. I've no idea why my profile says that and I can't find a place to change it. I got a quote from Dmitriy a Alliance and one from my HVAC company for a tankless water heater installation. The quotes were basically identical but I elected to go with the Navien sold by Alliance. The guys who came out were very professional and did a great job. I had a friend here working on some other home improvement projects for and he's been in construction for decades and was impressed with the quality of their work an their professionalism. The tankless water heater is working perfectly. I highly recommend Alliance and would not hesitate to use them again for any plumbing work.

Owner contacted me same day and helped me get a new kitchen garbage disposal appointment setup. Price arranged up front so no surprises. The person they sent out was super nice, respectful, cleaned up after himself, and did the job quickly while explaining everything he did once he was done. Exceptional customer service and plumbing work! So appreciative of Dmitriy and his team, Alex and Daniel, who worked hard all day at my house to replace our water heater, pressure valve, and multiple faucets that were old. They were so respectful and gave great and honest advice!! I found out that it's a family business and now the second generation is doing work too. Love to support that and so grateful we found them!! Highly recommend their work and we will use them again for any plumbing needs!
