Having a plumbing issue can be so stressful, but they were so helpful. Their communication was top notch. The owner spoke to me on the phone to understand my issue, and then I sent photos so he could better diagnose the issue. He was very clear about pricing, which I appreciated. Other companies I called were going to send someone first and then give me a quote, they wouldn't even give a price range on the phone. The morning of the water heater replacement, I received updates about when they would arrive. The two gentleman that came were efficient, professional and respectful. I will definitely be recommending this company to others.

I had an exceptional experience with Alliance Plumbing and Drain. I called them out of the blue after my expansion tank ruptured and water started leaking. Dimitri was extremely professional over the phone, patiently walking me through all my concerns. He even asked me to send pictures of the issue, as well as the serial numbers of the water heater and expansion tank, to help expedite the process. I was quoted what I believe was a fair price for an emergency situation, which included replacing the water heater, expansion tank, and shut-off valve. Impressively, Dimitri managed to send three technicians--Vitaliy, Igor, and Dorel--to my house within 30 minutes, and they already had everything they needed in their van. When they arrived, the team quickly assessed the problem and immediately got to work. In just two hours, they had everything fixed! I am incredibly pleased with their efficiency and professionalism. Called during a remodel where we found a leak and the company doing the remodel wasn't able to solve. They came out that day and repaired the leak (plus helped with preventing additional issues). Then, during this the pilot light on the water heater went out, and the owner was able to help me relight it at 7:30 in the morning. We will only be using Alliance for any future plumbing based on their amazing customer service and response time!

2023-08-04 - This last Monday my wife and I determined that we had a leak in the main water supply line where it comes into the house. My wife suggested that we contact AP&D based on the very positive reviews people had posted about the company. AP&D lived up to the reviews. Dmitriy was great in terms of gathering all the facts and getting the service call scheduled. David arrived promptly at 8:30 on Wednesday morning, was quickly able to confirm that we did have a leak and provided a very reasonable estimate for getting it fixed. By 2PM that afternoon, we had running water again and no leak. David and the other 2 other guys with him were extremely polite, conscientious - they took their shoes off outside before coming in the house - and informative. They told us what to do to get reimbursed by the water company for the water loss attributable to the leak. We will definitely call AP&D again any time we have plumbing issues. Demitre and the plumbing team are the best. They are straight forward, honest, hard workers that's do excellent work and can evaluate a serious situation and work you in quickly. Also, revisited and squeezed in a quick visit even when the team is booked. They replaced and relocated a leaking hot water heater with a tankless heater in a couple days.
