So happy to have found our go to plumbers! We had a few things going on and Alliance came out and diagnosed it quickly, and explained it all. So we had two showers that were """"screaming"""" a high pitched noise, one tub that would leak at times, and water pressure that was higher than normal at first but then trickled lower. They checked all the issues, and the overall water pressure and checked the hot water heater. These guys are good! They knew what the issue was and two were related to a ruptured expansion tank bladder, the other issue was separate. Our hot water tank was original to the house and had given a long life; we were concerned about it last year actually. They talked me through everything, but recommended a new hot water tank and expansion tank at a fair price. I told them I wanted to call my husband, and they had no problem with that. They politely said, """"we'll step out and let you do that."""" They went out to the truck and checked in with the main office. We decided to change it all out before it caused more issues. They guys got to work and had it done very quickly and neatly! The install looks so much more clean and neat compared to the original one, it's funny! It's a more efficient unit and even has its own diagnostics with a clear panel to read what's happening, which he talked me through easily. What an upgrade! He thought this would take care of the random leaks from one tub and the water pressure. The other issue he explained how we could do it, or we could call them back and they would do it after we picked the piece we needed. These guys are great; knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, neat, very easy to work with. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Shower drain was clogged and I called toschedule an appointment. Was not expecting them to come out the same day but they did!! Amazing professional service! Will definitely be using Alliance Plumbing again!

I would not recommend this place only because that are pricey for an hour of work using only camera and snake to clear the line outside the house. I noticed they did not fully closed the drain line cap after the job was done. Paying over 500$ for two men work in an hour and not charing by hourly is not gonna cut it for me.

Dimitri and Nick(x2) came out and checked the leak in my kitchen. They were very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue to be my old dishwasher. They also checked the water pressure of the house. I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

These folks have my business for life! What a fantastic experience! Our hot water heater went out late evening. I sent a message to Alliance and had a return message from them offering to come by early the following morning within 5 minutes!! The team came by as promised (with a courtesy call when they were on the way). They quickly diagnosed the problem and laid out all of my options. They took extra effort to ensure I understood the pros/cons of each option and never pressured me. I elected to replace my unit and was ecstatic when they had it fully replaced, fixed some other issues from prior plumber, and all cleaned up within less than 2 hours. Amazing people, phenomenal service, I can't recommend them more highly. Just a phenomenal service provider - and genuinely great people!

Dimitriy & team wow what can I say!! These guys did a wonderful job on installing my new water heater! Dmitry quoted me a price over the phone yesterday & were out to my condo today to install it. The entire crew was very professional & got the job done in under 2 hrs. After installation Dmitry took the time to explain to me how to work the temp gauge & light the pilot light if it ever goes out. They even installed new hoses for my washing machine at no additional charge! I have officially found a new plumber & will call them again for all my future plumbing needs!

These guys were very friendly and equally professional-- a duo of traits you don't see too often. Even though I called on a Sunday, they answered my call and booked me for the next morning. That Monday morning also happen to be Columbus Day, so I appreciated them coming out even more so. The guys that came out introduced themselves, gave me their cards, and took their shoes off before entering the house without me asking.
