No Stars. We contacted this company because some one in our neighborhood had used them. We had a plumbing / sewer pipe drainage issue that was discovered as we had a final inspection for closing. Our sewer pipe was scoped and it showed it was not draining properly and could be either leaking or holding until it was full enough to get over the hump. Contacted Allgood they came out, scoped and said yes it needed to be replaced and it would be $4k to fix it. We agreed and they then told us we had to pay up front, we said WTF, who pays for a job before its completed. Needing to close our deal we paid and it then they raked us over, came out late, did not fix the landscaping and said it was not included. We argued and argued with them and finally at the last minute got them to come out and do it and then they messed it up when refilling the dirt and had to come out again Then we had to fight and fight to get warranty letter. I do not recommend this company and I see why there are some many negative comments.

Zero stars if I could. Scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Window of 1-4 pm. Called at 3 to say techs had been on job until 8:30 am and weren't able to come to my job. Pretty sure there was plenty of time to notify me before an hour before end of appt window. So unprofessional they did offer $25 off- so, yeah. Go with someone else (not Shumate). Rice Plumbing was super responsible.

I should give no stars. I called them today at 3:04 pm, the call was sent to an office in Texas and we are actually in Norcross GA. I talked to a gentleman named Malcom and 3 other people I dont remember their names, I gave then my information and told them what my problem was with the water heater . I was told I was going to get a tech between 4 and 6 pm, and it's now 9:14 pm. Out of the 4 phone calls I kept asking is anybody showing up and does anybody has my info, all 4 times they took my information and they said they have sent it to the GA office and that the GA office will call me back and they will let me know when the tech was going to be here. As of right now I have receive 1 call back and that was 4 hours ago and that was from Malcom. As a company goes this is unacceptable and completely unprofessional, I will never use your services or accept you in my property. After reading some of the other reviews I think the BBB needs to step in.

We had a tune up by them on 4/11/ 2020. The technician came out and listed all the things wrong with our units. Although we've had heat all winter and no problems with the air last summer. So, after guy left, we set up some appoints for the next Monday for a few companies to come out to get prices on new units. But Allgood was able to come out the same day! Then the guy played the game , if you do it tomorrow we'll let you have the system for 2-3 k less than the original amount they quoted us. So when it got down a few grand we agreed. They came out the next day to installunits. The installers were great but had no final paperwork showing we paid, no manuals for Nest or new unit. My biggest complaint is that we have called them 3 times to get our paperwork and manuals and here it is 4/23 and guess what? Still nothing. They are fast enough to get here to do the work they get paid for, but not to take care of customers after the fact. Very bad business!

Came out for 2nd maintenance of year for AC. They asked who to call when they are on way and I gave them my wife's number since I would be at work. They immediately called her 3 times to confirm appointment right after they got off phone with me. Then on the day they called me 3 times and also emailed instead of calling my wife. Then he shows up and says I need my filter changed but 4 months ago he said it would last at least a year. By the way this filter costs almost $200. When we told him what he said last time he said well the ducts are extremely dirty and can be cleaned for $500 and that's why filter needs to be changed. My wife asks why we weren't told that last time and he avoided question. Then while there my wife got a call from a lady twice saying he is on way and so my wife said he's been here for 30 minutes and she acted like she was lying and that there isn't a tech at our house. Then she called a third time and asked if we were sure that they are there. I mean really?!?! The tech seems like a nice guy but is probably worn down by the company he works for. I honestly think he is told to just say anything to get more money. Won't be doing this again.

If I could give NO STARS I would! Basically our air went out at our house last week. My roommate reached out to Allgood & we were sent a technician on 07.04.19 which was a holiday & I'm sure they charged us additional. What was told to us, was that the tech replaced our filter and provided service to the outside A/C unit. Well guess what, the air still didn't work & it seems like it's gotten hotter in here! My roommate reached back out & they originally told him we'd get a tech on yesterday (Sunday) but no one ever reached out to us, so we had to reach out to them. So when my roommate reached out, we were told that they were backed up, after we had waited ALL day at the house for them. We were then told that someone would come out today, yet it's almost 3 & still no one yet! This is ridiculous & we basically wasted money bc they didn't do a thing & put us even in more of a predicament of waiting & more days of being in a house as hot as hell! I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone!

This company's HVAC techs are actually just sales reps. Allgood came out to inspect my heating in the winter of 2016-17. The """"tech"""" spent less than a few minutes listening to my furnace and wrote it off as a total replacement, not worth any money to repair. He spoke to me in a patronizing manner the entire time about how he """"liked me for some reason"""" so much that he wouldn't be turning the gas off because 'normally' this would have been a hazardous situation and it would be his 'responsibility' in the state of Georgia to keep me safe. He then took his 100$ and left and sent a """"comfort advisor"""" (their titles, not mine) to come by and give me a quote for a full replacement (about $7,000). I ignored their quote and continued to use the heating because it was still limping along. The next winter I was having the same issues again and this time called a different HVAC company, whose technician spent more than 2 hours in the crawl space inspecting the furnace to see what was going on. He fixed the issue, and charged about 350$. The same furnace has been running like new since, no issues at all for a couple years now. If I had listened to Allgood I would have wasted thousands. AND to top it all off, they will continue to spam call you forever regardless of how many times you ask them to take you off the call list, up to today, which is what prompted me to finally write them the review they deserved. My suggestion would be to not even call this company in the first place.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I worked with an Allgood Sales Rep to negotiate a 20% discount on an AC and Water Heater combo for my Condo Community. After recommending their service to the community at the price Allgood quoted me, this company charged my neighbors a much higher price. The Sales Rep did a complete """"bait and switch"""" scam. Then upon installation one of Allgood's technicians left a hot blow torch near the fire sprinkler system causing major flood damage to multiple units. While Allgood has taken full responsibility and is paying for the damage, to date no Manager has called me to follow-up as I requested multiple times through the Sales Rep. In the end, this Sales Rep got 5 or 6 new installations from my recommendation to the community. I think his lack of integrity was terrible and I will never recommend this company again.

I have a bad experience with AllGood installing NEMA 14-50 outlet for my Tesla model 3. AllGood incorrectly oriented the ground pin on the bottom (there is also good safety reason why it is recommended that ground pin should position on top, see homedepot/lowes/google for how NEMA 14-50 outlet should normally be oriented), which make the model 3 plug be in an awkward position when plug in and potentially harm the plug. When I inform AllGood of the problem, they did not stand behind their work and make it right, but charge me for coming out to turn the outlet 180 degrees. I trusted AllGood to know how most EV plug should be oriented or inform me of the common problem so I can contact the manufacture for info if needed. I am disappointed and will not be using their services anymore.
