These folks lied to me 7 times - never showed up when they said they were on the way, except on an unannounced Saturday morning visit with a tech that smelled of alcohol from 10 feet away and was unsure why he was even at my house, plus he had the wrong part. They did not honor their warranty. I contacted another company and now all is good. If you call Allgood Plumbing Electric Heating & Air Cooling in Tucker GA, in my view you will be sorry! Joe Vann

Incompetence or extortion? I requested an appt for a knowledgeable technician to come out to assess the cost of repairing a mini-split that cooled a 180 sq ft room. Had an appt 12-6 on Friday, Sept 3rd; Technician called running hours behind; made appt 8-12 on Sat, Sept 4th. Got to my home at approximately 2:30 (late). I requested a technician familiar with mini-split wall AC units. Told the 'Senior' technician there was a refrigerate leak that I believed it to be behind the wall the unit was mounted on. 'Senior' technician said he never heard of Daikin brand of mini-split. Told me the fan was frozen. Nothing he could do 'Senior' tech had a sales person come out to give me a quote to replace or add a zone from my main unit to cool the 180 sq ft room. Sales person gave me a quote of $9,000; yes, 9K. I said no way. He called his boss and the cost was reduced to $6,800 to cool a 180 sq ft room. In the midst of the sales pitch, I said I think there is a misunderstanding as to what I need. Sales person said no. (Indicating, me man all knowledgeable; you woman know nothing.) I paid $99 for a service call and wasted two days for either incompetence or in the legal realm might be known as extortion. I had a technician from another company come out today and guess what without me telling him anything, he found a leak behind the wall. No the fan, was not frozen. He fixed it, pressurized it all for a few hundred, not thousands. I believe Allgoods was trying to take advantage of what they thought was a stupid woman. I would like my $99 back. I got nothing but a waste of two days and misinformation.

They missed 3 scheduled maintenance calls and didn't bother to let me know. Being busy and can't make an appointment is one thing, but not communicating is just plain irresponsible. Done.

I wish it were possible to leave negative stars because these guys SUCK!!! I waited all day for them to come out and repair my leaking washing machine. Not only did they never show, I called at 3:00 to make sure they were still coming by 5. Was told they were and would call 45 min out. When I called at 4:45 I was told NO ONE IS COMING BECAUSE GHEY ALL CALLED OUT! How does all of your plumbers call out and you not even tell me? When I asked why I was not told no one was coming they said """"that's not my job"""" REALLY? FUCK YOU! Check out some of their other reviews they are even worse. Too big to care. Fuck All Bad.

I had the worst service call I ever had from Allgood. I scheduled an AC tune up. The tech Diego arrived. He sat in my driveway for about 15-20 minutes on his phone. I saw him on my camera and from the window. We went upstairs towards the attic and he asked to use my bathroom. My daughter said her toilet seat was up and there was spit in her sink. After looking and touching my thermostat he went to the downstairs thermostat. He was down there so long; I went down with my dog and he was still touching the thermostat. I was working, so he entered my bedroom as I put a caller on hold to advise he was done and he had bad news which was I needed to replace my units ASAP. I ended the call and he sat down on my bed. He talked so much I began to type to complete my notes from my call. He gave no other solution, nor an estimated time frame for the life of my units. He even offered to have them call me instead. About 30 minutes after he left, I left warm and checked the thermostat in my bedroom, and the temperature was 76, it was on auto, but the air did not kick on. I switched it to on and it still did not come on. I called and explained my issue. I was placed on hold for about 25 minutes and was told by Christina that she could not reach dispatch and that she would call me back. Again, I was working and could not make or take any calls while on hold. I was so upset. I did not feel well. I took my blood pressure, and it was abnormally high. Christina called back to say she could send out a tech between 7pm-11pm, when my bed time is 9:30pm, but either I would not be able to sleep or I would have to sleep down stair. I felt so scammed. As of 6/24/2021, A tech got it running last night, but my AC is not working like as it was before a visit from All Good. Again, it did not come on automatically.

Second year in a row that Allgood has made me wait at home all day for nothing. In 2020 they blamed it on the virus. This year they blamed it on the wrong date. They said they scheduled my tune up for July 15. It's May. Why would I want a tune up in July? I'm done with Allgood. They send out coupons then either can't or won't commit to arriving at your home when they say they will. Well, they've fooled me for the last time. And today's repeat no show by Allgood tells me one of two things. Either a) they are telling me I'm too stupid to know the difference between May 28 and July 15 when writing down my appointment date; or b) they just totally lied about my appointment date being on July 15 to explain why they didn't show up. I'm not stupid and I don't like liars.

Zero stars. Had a 6 pm appt. By 6:40, no one had shown up or called. Called them and was assured that the technician would call me back in a few minutes to let me know his ETA. No one ever called me back or showed up to do the work. I called back again at 7:45 to let them know and was given no explanation, no apology, no nothing. Informed me that I could reschedule if I wanted to... Lol, why would I??? Horrible way to run a business.

Allgood just wasted a total of 8 hours of our time! I received a flier in the mail for an A/C system tune up. I called for an appointment and was initially given a Friday (3/19/21) window from 2-6pm. At 6:05pm, I called to see if they were coming! I was told the tech was behind and wanted to come later. I asked to reschedule. The next date was the next day, Saturday, from 10-2pm. At noon, Allgood calls to say they were """"overbooked"""" and asked if I could reschedule. The next date was set for today, Tues (3/23) with a window of 10-2pm again. This date was supposed to have availability! Well, Allgood just called at 1203pm stating they were """"overbooked"""" and could I reschedule again! I declined. They already wasted 8 hours of my time over the course of three days! I won't attempt to use their services again.

I called Allgood for 2 leaks.. Kitchen & Bathroom sinks and was told that I needed to purchase whole new sinks which I did. I had an appt set up for install from 2p-6pm. Sat home all day and 10 til 6pm no show...no call. I called Allgood Plumbing to see what is up to be told. Plumber is on another job will call me Okay it is dark and almost 7pm. I call to cancel and appt for next day. Plumber has no clue and calls office with clueless dispatcher them tells me is going to take 4 hrs and $1600 to install my kitchen sink!!! Oh he says he has 2 other jobs and it is now 2pm and it will take all day to finish my kitchen sink...only...WHAT THE? HE said he could do BOTH my sink installations the NEXT DAY and he will be at my home promptly at 9am. Next morning is here. I woke early for another no show. I call Allgood Plumbing to tell them that I got someone else because of all of this run around & no show...no courtesy call. Dispatcher says plumber will give me a 'courtesy call.' 3 hours the clown sends me a text saying he is on his way. Good Luck cuz NEITHER I NOR MY DOGS ARE HOME. Did I not tell their dispatcher to cancel I got someone else due to their shitty no shows and service & ripoff ridiculously high quotes? ..

No Stars. We contacted this company because some one in our neighborhood had used them. We had a plumbing / sewer pipe drainage issue that was discovered as we had a final inspection for closing. Our sewer pipe was scoped and it showed it was not draining properly and could be either leaking or holding until it was full enough to get over the hump. Contacted Allgood they came out, scoped and said yes it needed to be replaced and it would be $4k to fix it. We agreed and they then told us we had to pay up front, we said WTF, who pays for a job before its completed. Needing to close our deal we paid and it then they raked us over, came out late, did not fix the landscaping and said it was not included. We argued and argued with them and finally at the last minute got them to come out and do it and then they messed it up when refilling the dirt and had to come out again Then we had to fight and fight to get warranty letter. I do not recommend this company and I see why there are some many negative comments.
