ALLBAD plumbing, simple clogged drain, Ivan from allgood shows up flushes the toilet a few times claims drain cleared itself, 2 mins after he leaves the water is backing up. ALLBAD sends him back out the next day then he claims drain leader to street need to be cleared, $415 later he says line is broken ( which I had replaced 9 months prior) so no sweat that replacement is covered. I called prior company they came out found no broken pipe cleared the blockage for $300, thanks ALLBAD plumbing never again, STAY AWAY EVERYONE

Five star service from phone reps to plumbers. I received a call about 30 mins ahead of time, as promised, to give me a heads up that the technician was on his way. Jim arrived and without me asking him, put on some booties to avoid damaging my floor. He provided me the quote and said he was ready to start on the job if I wanted to move forward. He installed a gas valve, tested it, and even provided a quote for another job I was inquiring on. Overall he was very attentive, friendly, and efficient. Will definitely call upon him in the future! If you need a plumber, ask for Jim!

I first had AllGood come out for a repair my septic pump motor. The technician was friendly and professional. He informed me about the AllGood Service Plan for $34.00 per month to cover two services of my 3 air conditioning units, two services of my three furnaces, and an annual electrical and plumbing inspection. If you've paid for an inspection of an AC unit, it usually ranges from $65-$95 per unit so this made sense financially. The first AC inspection went well until the next day when I noticed that one of the units wasn't working. It was discovered that they had installed the fuse in backwards after cleaning the unit out. After the second inspection, I had to call them back after two days because one of the units was freezing up. This was caused by low freon and they charged me $400 to service the freon. A couple days later, another units started freezing up so I called my home warranty and they sent out a contractor who reported that this unit was low on freon. I called AllGood and after talking with the service manager, they discounted half the freon service charge. When I called to have the second unit refilled, they told me that they aren't responsible for leaks that develop in older units. I informed hi that the units passed their Pressure-Temp readings and all was well with the units until they disconnected their gauges. The technicians failed to test the service fittings to ensure that a leak had not started. If the unit was running properly and was fully serviced when they tested it and then low on freon after there service check, how was it my responsibility to pay for the cost of the freon? I have since cancelled the plan. It seems that they are more interested in getting follow-on work than customer service.

2 vans show up at the wrong address, when i went over to get the he stayed 3 minutes and quoted me 60 feet of waterline without measuring and asked me to sign something to show that he was there, what i signed was accepting the work for 0$. Sounds very shady.

Once again I was in need of service, owning a condo can get expensive. My lights would not come on in the bathroom so I called Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating and Cooling. I had such good experiences with the company that I decided to use them for electrical services. I'm so glad I did. Robert Smith's service was outstanding. He arrived on time, he quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything to me in detail. I think the prices were fair. Great experience again!

Came out on a Saturday and replaced a leaking water heater. Brent was friendly and a very good technician / plumber. He has finished by 12:30 PM. I was very happy with the fact that when I called @8:30 PM on Friday night I was able to get a priority appointment for early on Saturday morning. Now I have a new Water Heater and plenty of hot water!

This was a time i needed good service the most and it was supplied. As we were on vacation our kitchen and washer clogged up and over flowed James came out and took care of all our needs Their team understood we were out of town and went beyond the call of duty to schedule this with our house sitter and it was great Have been using them for four years and will continue to do so

My technician (Ivan) was prompt and courteous. He told me that the problem with my kitchen faucet was the cartridge, and he said the cartridge is under warranty with the manufacturer. I got a replacement cartridge from the manufacturer for free (under warranty), and I replaced it in the faucet following the technician's instruction. However, this did not fix the problem. I paid $39 for the trip charge for the initial diagnosis, and the technician was not able to fix the problem because he did not have a replacement cartridge. After calling Allgood to come back and re-diagnose the problem, I was told that I would have to pay the $39 service charge again! On top of that, I was told that I should have been charged $129 the first time for """"professional advice from a licensed plumber"""" but instead was ONLY charged $39. Are you kidding me??? If I am going to pay another trip charge, then I am taking my business elsewhere - and making sure that all my contacts know not to call Allgood.

Crazy expensive electrical service. Just got a quote for a $600 ceiling fan installation. We have already put the new fan together and taken the old one down. No thanks.

Allgood experience was Allbad. We had a leak under the faucet coming from the disposal. He didn't even assess it and saw a drop come down. Just said we needed to replace it and it would be $450. Luckily my wife remembered it might be covered under the Home Warranty and it was. Had to pay $75 on that for another plumbing company to come out and tell us it was fine just needed a screw tightened. Also, said $450 for a new disposal was nuts. Called Allgood about refunding the $39 and got the cliche will have to get with my manager. Haven't heard back. (See what I did in that first sentence?)
