We are a locally-owned business committed to delivering exceptional service to homes and businesses across Georgia for all your electrical needs. We offer round-the-clock service with a technician on call to help you with your HVAC emergencies.

Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating and Cooling is an award-winning company with over a decade of experience. Our technicians are highly skilled and receive ongoing education to stay current with industry standards and technical skills. The company is operated by a family and led by Melvin and Melissa Music, both veterans, with technicians who undergo annual background checks, and we maintain a Certified Drug-Free workplace. We provide upfront pricing in writing, along with options and warranties for our valued customers. We are dedicated to outstanding customer service and strive for your total satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, please inform us, and we will make it right!

After serving as a US Marine, Melvin pursued technical training in plumbing and HVAC in Arizona. After finishing school, Melvin gained experience at a leading plumbing company in Phoenix. Upon moving to Georgia and working for various plumbing firms, he discovered that none matched the operational excellence of the Arizona company.

In 2003, Melvin and his wife Melissa, also a veteran, established Allgood Plumbing, guided by the principle of treating others as they wish to be treated, a philosophy that remains at the core of Allgood today.

In 2013, Allgood Plumbing expanded to include electrical services and technicians, rebranding as Allgood Plumbing and Electric. In January 2016, we expanded our offerings to include HVAC services, driven by the needs of our loyal clientele.

Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Cooling now boasts a team of over 50 licensed and experienced professionals who embody our company values.

As a veteran I went with this company because they advertised as being owned by a vet. I doubt it! They misdiagnosed our plumbing issue over and over again. Good luck trying to talk to a manager or the owner. Refused to call back and discuss. turns out we had a septic issue. This was a new home we just bought we didn't even know we had a septic tank- guess what neither did Allgood. My house flooded AFTER they said they had fixed the problem. When they came back out they said that plumber was no longer with them and he had an issue identifying problems. They then said it was tree roots-when they started digging they found the septic tank-how do plumber not know when there is a septic tank. No roots just needed a pumping. Mean time we are out thousands of dollars for fixing a problem that didn't exist. We're still considering our next options with Allgood! The Smiths

So, I had an issue with my sump pump in my basement ... being a sales guy and not a plumber, I really did not want to mess with it. So I called this company. Said their guy would be there the next morning between 8 am and noon ... would receive a call one hour before he arrived. Call received at 8:20 ... he shows at 10:20! Strike one. He comes in and I start telling him about what happened ... I said I """"think"""" it might be the sump pump ... he stands there and says """"Yep, $1185"""". WHAT? You're not even going to to see if that's the problem ... when I said I thought that was too much ... he said ... """"Then how do you want to pay the $39, check or credit card.?"""" I wrote the check and sent him out the door! I took off the cover, plundered through the water, found the float and switch on the ejection pump, pushed it ... it engaged. Problem fixed. Works like a new one. Thanks YouTube.com. Your videos are much more helpful and much more ethical than companies who want to screw you out of their hard earned money! Stay away from this company. The only thing this guy was good for for 30 years is cramming donuts in his mouth!

Their customer service definitely isn't lacking. I was contacted when they said they would from Tiffany, and Elijah (The technician) was super professional. But, I would never do business with this company. In the estimate, I was double charged for each trade (Assemble & Install as one line item, and then Move/add wiring). Shouldn't install encompass the entire installation process? They wanted to charge $476 + $515 just to mount a TV on a wall and run two HDMI cables... THATS MORE THAN THE TV COSTS... Total invoice was $4065 (YIKES) for a job that ultimately costs less than $1000 to complete. The company I ended up going with, wasn't even the cheapest at the $1000 number. 5 stars for customer service, 0 for pricing.

In the last three days, I have contacted Allgood several times. Thus far, it has been impossible to speak with someone with authority. I had to call three different times to request that a manager call me back to discuss things before one did. Jack, the manager for the HVAC division called me and left me a voicemail with a number that I could call him back at. The number rings through to voicemail...his voicemail box is full-seriously? I called the main number for Allgood and inform them that Jack's mailbox is full and get the runaround about it and how I can actually speak with him and was told to keep calling him. I tried several more times and his mailbox was always full. Any competent employee, and most especially a manager who deals directly with customers, would make sure that their mailbox was not full...unless that person does not want people to leave them a message. The only people whom I was able to speak with about my concerns were Amanda, an accountant (who is not a manager and does not even work in customer service or with the technicians) and Tiffany, the customer service rep. Both Amanda and Tiffany said all the standard customer service things that are said to an unhappy customer. I asked both of them if they had read their company's Yelp reviews, both stated that they had not. I suggested they take the time to read them. When I mentioned several concerning incidents mentioned in other Yelp reviews to Amanda, she brushed each one off, saying that the employees were no longer with Allgood. She then stated that they do background checks and drug tests for new hires and that there was no more that they could do. From our conversation I was able to figure out that she speaks with plenty of unhappy customers. Amanda mentioned that they would not """"charge me an early termination fee"""", which shocked me. The contract for the Service Partner Plan that I signed and returned to them made no mention of an early termination fee, so how could they expect me to pay one? Amanda said that there was an asterisk on the form that gave them the ability to charge an early termination fee, even though one was not ever mentioned to me or given to me in writing. When I spoke with Tiffany, she asked if Amanda had offered me a free year of the Service Partner Plan ($18 per month for 12 months = $216). I would rather they have refunded the money I had paid already for their worthless plan that they use to trick customers into buying things that they don't need. I sent a letter by certified mail requesting my Service Partner Plan be cancelled. I'm still waiting for confirmation from Allgood that they received it. It seems like I am not the only customer who has complained to Allgood. Hopefully sharing my disappointing experiences with Allgood will save others the headache of working with them. I hope that the owner of Allgood, or at least one of the managers reads my review and takes action. This company seems to be about passing the buck and not actually doing what's right.

Super Unimpressed - we did a """"maintenance contract"""" with AllGood for HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical ... with the sold idea that faster/priority service would occur when a need arose. Not true. On 2, if not 3 occasions, we tried to call for a service appointment only to have service tech(s) sick, trucks broke down, and they were too busy and needed to reschedule. Then, when we wanted to cancel the contract because of poor service ... they expect us to pay $75 to cancel early. What a joke. How about all the hours I waited at home while NO ONE showed up with this """"priority"""" service. THINK TWICE before you consider an annual plan with this company.

I called upon Allgood after finding them here on Yelp. From the reviews I read they sounded like a pretty promising company. I'm in the process of buying a new home and would love to find a respectable plumber to grow an ongoing relationship with. Called them to schedule an appointment because we are on a tight schedule since we ate dealing with someone else's schedule. I had an initial time set. Didn't know pricing at the time, but figured they would be fair after reading the reviews. Received a call on the day of the appointment. Appointment time was not correct, they pushed it back. I immediately said that was not correct. They stated they made the adjustment. I asked about pricing. The pricing structure sounded off,but I needed the project completed. I said just be there during the time frame we have agreed upon. Time for appointment comes, no technician call, etc etc. I can them and they have pushed the appointment back 3 more hours. Enough is enough! I gave you an opportunity to earn a loyal customer and you can't even get your appointment times straight. I was willing to pay just to get it done on time! I will find a plumber who wants the business and is hungry. Apologize upfront for misspellings. Allgood had used up my extra time.

The weather delayed my yearly plumbing/HVAC inspection and they were very quick to reschedule at my convenience. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I bumped into this company due to a leak that needed to be addressed. Mark B was my assigned technician during the call. He was courteous and explained everything to me. Later in that same appointment I proceed to buy their annual service package so glad I did because a few months later my water heater busted in the basement when I called them early morning a technician FaceTimed me walking me through the steps making sure my main water line was cut off, a few hours later a technician arrived with a replacement water heater. I've been so happy that I keep getting the same technician Mark B. because he now knows my house very well including my family. Also when we request a service call and I'm not personally present for the visit he'll call me to explain the issue and my options. Great service, reliable technicians!

So I'll start by saying that the AC technician was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. They're not the cheapest in town when it comes to getting Air Conditioner repairs (ended up costing ~$200 to get a $15 capacitor replaced), BUT they seem to be good at what they do. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the technician that came over was VERY slow, not at diagnosing the problem but surprisingly at calculating repair estimates. He sat in his van for literally an hour each time he would go back to """"run the numbers"""" on how much it would cost to get the job done. The company gave him a fancy iPad that he clearly was having a hard time using and entering info in. I might be mistaken but I think he did his first analysis on paper and then transferred it all to the iPad while he sat in the van. Out of the ~4hours he was at my place, I can safely conclude that he spent 30-45mins running the diagnostics / doing the repairs and the remainder with the paperwork. Even the payment process was painful since the iPad kept freezing. I ended up writing down my credit card number so I could get back to work. Bottom line: They're definitely a little pricey but not the worst. Make sure to budget a few hours extra than what you would expect the job to take - they're very slow.
