My bathroom sink was backing up sewage (yuck!) so I called Allens Plumbing and they were here within the hour! I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to arrive. Kaohu, the woman who answered the phone, listened intently to my issues and did a good thorough job at explaining what would happen. I appreciated the call they gave to let me know the plumber was on his way. Preston was friendly and effective, and was kind enough to not only use a towel to protect my floor from his equipment but also bleached my sink and other areas that were dirty from the sewage for me. I will definitely be calling Allens for any future plumbing issues.

Keoki was our service tech and he was awesome, he quickly assessed the issued, gave me a quote and finished the job. He was had a positive attitude and was a joy to work with. We had Giovanni DiCosta of Allen's Plumbing come out twice to look at leak issues--he had been highly recommended on Yelp. Both times he was both professional and congenial; in the first case he demonstrated there was no leak where we suspected there might be one. In the second he found the cause of the leak to be a kitchen faucet that had been installed per manufacturer's recommendation, but he replaced the manufacturer's washer with ""good old plumbing putty"". He then had me spray water on the base of the faucet to satisfy us both there was no leak. By the way, when we call Allen's Plumbing we get a human at the other end of the line, not an answering machine. Highly recommended.

Giovanni has been super helpful in diagnosing our plumbing problems. He is trustworthy, honest and highly skilled at fixing our plumbing . I always request Giovanni when I need plumbing repairs as he diagnoses and gets the job done. He has also been available when twice I had plumbing emergencies. Also, he has a very nice and gracious demeanor unlike any plumber I have ever worked with. He really is the friendly guy that gets the job done that you see in the commercials. The biggest thing I feel though is his honesty. I trust him completely to charge us the right amount and fix exactly what needs to be fixed. I went to many different plumbers here in maui before I found Giovanni at Allen's Plumbing and I always know he will get the job done.

I would definitely recommend Allen's plumbing. Called them after work on Tuesday & had 2 technicians come out the next day. They were there less than 30 MINUTES and fixed the problem with efficiency. Very professional, personable, and efficient.

Daniel was simply awesome! My service request was quite extensive. (5) faucets and (1) shower fixture including having to make certain modifications to ensure the proper fit would be made. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and double checked his work to make sure he didn't miss a step. Everything turned out perfect and I am looking forward to enjoying my new faucets and shower. As a real estate agent, I am very selective of who I call to service my own needs and after today's service by Daniel, I will definitely refer my clients to Allen's Plumbing.

Sadly this company is a complete scam. I just don't understand how they seem so big and professional while doing business like this. Last December I had them out because of a backup, the morning that we were heading out of town for three weeks. I let the plumber know that we had two clean outs for the line as well as a shower drain, but he said that the only option was to take off the toilet to snake the line. Removing the toilet costs literally hundreds of dollars and putting it back on costs literally hundreds more. Obviously I had him leave the toilet off for us to replace. While the diagnosis was correct, that we needed to replace our sewer line, the fact that he blatantly lied about the toilet is unacceptable, to say the least. We held off on this project until summer, despite being told that we couldn't, by Allens When the backup finally happened again ( 1 year latter) we knew it was time to do the work. Guess what? The other company snaked the line via the clean out! There was no need to take off the toilet, other than to bill as much as possible for doing unnecessary work. The new company even snaked through the shower drain for good measure. At no point was it necessary to remove the toilet. For the big job Giovani told me it would be over $45,000!!!! The new company did it for $17,000. Ultimately, this company cannot be trusted. I was looked straight in the face and told that snaking the toilet was the only option. That was either gross incompetence, or a lie. I'll let you decide which. As much as i hate to say names Giovani is the tech and is a major rip!!!! This guy would rob a old lady if he could!!!! Save you time and money for a professional company.

The Service provided by Allens Plumbing was incredible. My service technician was Kamaka. He was intelligent, professional, and very knowledgeable. A water pipe burst on my property and he evaluated what needed to be done and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and why. He also made suggestions and educated me on how to shut off the water to prevent damage. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge. I would definately use Allens Plumbing again.....Kamaka's attention to service was outstanding.
