The technician Jeremiah explained everything that was going to be going on. At one point, we realized there was no clear path to a sewer line so he came up with a plan to tap into a nearby toilet sewer line which saved otherwise digging underground to locate the clean out line. Although this changed my pricing it was much cheaper than the other alternative. Jeremiah came back the next day to complete the job with a better way for the drain line to access the sewer line. Great service and I'm very happy.

Allen's Plumbing is usually my go to since I've had great experiences. I realize with all the craziness going in things may get disrupted, but they fell very short on communication on my latest project. I called to request a quote which I was told I would get an email. While on the phone I asked to go ahead anyway to schedule me on my next day off. I was told they will get me the quote first and then schedule. Fine. I waited for two days and called back to check. I was told the quote wasn't done but he could tell it was being worked in and I should get it by the next day. Next day comes and no quote. I call again. They see again that it is being worked on and was assured he would but a note to rush it and to expect a quote the next day. Next day come with no quote. I call back AGAIN and told them look, I just need you guys to come out in my next day off. I get a call back from the scheduler who says they can come out on the day AFTER my day off since they are at that point fully booked. So clearly I didn't need to wait to get a quote before I got scheduled, and when they decided to schedule me, it not for the day that I requested a whole week before. I ended up calling All Aloha Plumbing who got me scheduled two days after I requested service, and even though they couldn't make it as scheduled, they called me and asked if I could reschedule for the following morning. They just completed the job and I have to say they did an amazing job.

I've used Allen's for a few issues for our residence as well as rental units. They are the best!!! Joshua and Isaiah are friendly, professional and efficient!! Love them!!

Still have a leak 3 weeks and 580 dollars later. My wood floors are now noticeably ruined. Going again to the HOA to ask again what pipes could be causing the problem cause clearly no one knows.

We had issues again with our kitchen drain clogging and this time, decided to call Allen's Plumbing. I love that they work on Sunday's too!! They are who will will use from now on!! Great customer service from the start! From calling in the trouble, to receiving a call back with an ETA, and then calling the day of service to remind us. Wonderful!! Awesome service, pricing, and super personable technician named Brandon!! He's the best!!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and did some troubleshooting. Brandon got the job done (fixed the clog) in a timely and efficient manner! Mahalo Brandon!! And Mahalo to you too Allen's Plumbing!!!

We had some issues with our garbage disposal draining into our bathroom sink. They share a wall between the kitchen and bathroom. Well, we had renters checking in in a few hours so we were quite panicked. I called Allen's Plumbing and they sent someone out quickly. Jun, the plumber, went above and beyond to fix the problem. He did a great job keeping me informed about what he was doing. What he did fixed the issue so we could welcome our renters on time!!!

I have been using this service for many years using the same plumber. With the change in staff, the company has gone downhill. It is difficult to have same day service. Not sure if they short staffed. Please, treat customers with respect.

Hired Allens to get water lines put in for a dishwasher and water dispenser/icemaker on fridge and to install new sink and garbage disposal. I had called around for some quote comparisons and ended up going with Allens due to their experience, reasonable price and timeline. Their quote was detailed and emailed over right away so we could see all the itemized costs. We had a slim window of time between having cabinets installed to counters and appliances coming in and Allen was able to accommodate us without breaking the bank. The technician that came in was on time, friendly, professional and did clean work. It was an all day job, but we were happy with the results.

In the company's defense we did not hire Allen's plumbing so we can't say exactly what happened. However, we bought a property that Allen's had worked on by evidence of the promo cap with the phone number and name. Now the toilet takes 3 flushes for an average ""evacuation"" and the sound of the flush is like fingernails on a chalkboard. Will probably replace the entire toliet. I get water conseevation but it doesn't save anything if every flush requires three rounds.
