I have been using this service for many years using the same plumber. With the change in staff, the company has gone downhill. It is difficult to have same day service. Not sure if they short staffed. Please, treat customers with respect.

Hired Allens to get water lines put in for a dishwasher and water dispenser/icemaker on fridge and to install new sink and garbage disposal. I had called around for some quote comparisons and ended up going with Allens due to their experience, reasonable price and timeline. Their quote was detailed and emailed over right away so we could see all the itemized costs. We had a slim window of time between having cabinets installed to counters and appliances coming in and Allen was able to accommodate us without breaking the bank. The technician that came in was on time, friendly, professional and did clean work. It was an all day job, but we were happy with the results.

In the company's defense we did not hire Allen's plumbing so we can't say exactly what happened. However, we bought a property that Allen's had worked on by evidence of the promo cap with the phone number and name. Now the toilet takes 3 flushes for an average ""evacuation"" and the sound of the flush is like fingernails on a chalkboard. Will probably replace the entire toliet. I get water conseevation but it doesn't save anything if every flush requires three rounds.

Emergency service on our drainage system requested, and we were very grateful that our call was taken care of immediately. Since the Maui operator (friendly and cordial) informed us via her GPS monitor that tech's ETA was within an hour's time to our place, we left to a public restroom nearby since we had to refrain using our toilets. She should've been more diligent to alert me via my cell that he was actually within minutes away. We would have waited. The 5stars go out to our drain surgeon JP Y. who was very professional explaining the drainage problem that affected our piping, resulting in flooding. He patiently explained our options. Hands down we would call Allens Plumbing again!

I was completely impressed by JP's professionalism and expertise. He discussed all of my concerns for every part of my home. He gave great advise on how to avoid my kitchen sink backing up in the future. He was very thorough in his work and cleanup which is very important to me. I trust his knowledge and appreciated his integrity. If I ever have a plumbing issue again I would call Allens Plumbing.

Allen's did a great job repairing the drains in our condo Preston was the technician and he did a fantastic job he was on time neat and clean. Marrisa the service coordinator called to be sure everything went well the also coordinated the sheetrock repair after the plumbing was done. GREAT SERVICE!!

Daniel Kapoi and his assistant (sorry didn't get his card) were very polite and efficient when our heater broke. Luckily it didn't seem like anything was broken and they efficiently fixed it! Living without hot water for a week was very hard!

I recommend Allens Plumbing. I left a contact request online and they were very timely in returning the request. The technician kept in touch with me on the time of his arrival and was prompt. He was efficient, explained what he was going to do each step of the way, and gave me recommendations for possible future needs. I will definitely call them again.
