Hair and waste wasted were left on child's bedroom floor. Kane (company service rep) mocked me an laughed when I asked to be partially refunded for the $104.00, 10 min drain clog job. Invoice O54474 Job date 9/2/21 He couldn't stop laughing 6 hrs later when I asked for $50 off since I had to hire a cleaner to come disinfect my tenants childs room floor. JP the actual plumber apologized for the potentially hazardous/and harmful waste left of the job site and through the house. But customer service called back 6 hours laughing and making jokes. Stay away from this company , their unprofessionalism and higher than average prices are unacceptable.

Want to thank Jonah, Daniel K and Daniel for their exceptional work.  We replaced all our PVC pipes to copper pipes in our home.  Price was reasonable and job was done in just 2 days.  They were all very professional and accommodating.  We had no problems and will call them again if we need any professional plumbing work done.  We would highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs

I spoke to Isiah to schedule an appointment. He was very friendly and efficient in scheduling my appointment. The tech was scheduled to come out between 2 to 4 pm. I think it was Isiah that called from the office to ask if it would be ok if the tech could come by earlier then scheduled. I was ok with it, actually the earlier the better. Ace called to inform me that the tech would be arriving in 10-15 minutes. I appreciated the follow up call from Ace who was very pleasant. JP arrived on time. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He unclogged the toilet, cleaned it and put everything back in it's place. He was in and out in less than half an hour. Mahalo Allen's Plumbing for making this experience stress free and providing great customer service from the start to finish.

Looking to have my wax gasket on my toilet replaced so I called Allen's plumbing. They did a great job a few years ago changing out my other toilets wax ring. JP is the man! Fast, friendly, and reliable service. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Thanks JP!

Here's the pros: they do answer the phone when you call, even later at night and they offered emergency services for an additional $300 but I could wait till the next day for my issues. Reps were very nice on the phone. Getting someone to come out to my area of the island was also an additional plus. Cons: my tub diverter/spout needed to be replaced. When the worker came, he took everything apart to see if he could fix things and mentioned that the original repairs were done wrong and that he could risk breaking a pipe if he went ahead and repaired things properly. In my mind, since I'm not a plumber, I trusted what he said but on the flip side, I've been living in my unit for almost 6 years and never had an issue with the spout the way that it was so I'm assuming it was originally done properly. To make a long story short, he found a way to get a new spout back on so my shower could work but the sealing that he used is already cracked and the spout is loose... that was never an issue before and I'm very upset considering I paid almost $300 for this and it's not very secure. He never went over payment plans with me even though on the phone, I was told that he would. He also kept mentioning he didn't want to be held responsible for things breaking later on or damage- I definitely understand his concerns but as a professional apart of a reputable business, he shouldn't have been worried about his ability to do his job nor should he have been expressing that to a customer. All in all, I'm disappointed because I don't know how to resolve this sealing issue on the loose spout I paid almost $300 for.

Easter 2021- very very windy!!! We have carpet in the house so we usually have the kids dye eggs outside Incase they spill the dye...... no problem. We set up our tables, chairs, and tent. While setting up the tent, the wind was so strong, it was lifting the tent up. We decided to put some big buckets of water and tie them to the tent to try and hold it down. No competition for Mother Nature that day!!! So I grabbed my metal pegs and we secured the tent. The kids had fun dying the eggs and hunting for the plastic ones. It was just about to get dark so we decided to break down the tent. When we pulled one of the pegs out, water started to shoot out from the ground. OMG, we hit a water line when we pegged the tent down!!! We notified the association and they sent someone to do a quick plug until we got a hold of a plumber. We tried calling several places and they all acted like they could not be bothered!! Rude service on Easter ,really? We finally called Allan's plumbing and they were so pleasant and courteous. Although they could not find someone to come out on that night, they assured me that they would call me as soon as they opened the next morning. They not only called but scheduled me an appointment and kept in contact with me. Although it took a few days for someone to come out, I was willing to wait ( as long as the plug would hold up) because of the great customer service they had given!!! Customer service goes a long way with me and it was very appreciated that night. Even the tech that came out was really nice and courteous even though he had to try and fix the hole in the rain. My dad even held an umbrella over him to try and protect him from the rain! Thank you Allen's Plumbing!!

We've had Allen's Plumbing come by a couple times to fix our faucets. Both times we have had great service. We were lucky to get the same guy come by and fix the problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the different options. Both times the job was done efficiently and the most important part no more leaks or water spraying everywhere! Some people say that the prices are a bit steep, but I see it as a convenience and a worth while value. Why? It's peace of mind knowing they have the supplies they need to get the job done right the first time. So yeah, I'll gladly pay the price. Also they're busy, I can guarantee, that if I'm having leaking faucet problems, someone else is having the same problem. We've been lucky that we have been able to get same day service. But the thing is with repair services, you have to be patient, sometimes some jobs take longer than expected, sometimes it's quicker.

I had a clogged kitchen sink, called and was quoted the job would start at $99, technician was professional and got the job done in less than an hour, paid $340 for the job. Update: technician did disclose price before proceeding, it was the difference between what was quoted and the final cost that caught me by surprise

I've used Allen's twice to replace the leaking wax ring on my toilets. The intake was courteous and they arrived on the same day and time frame as promised. The workmanship was good and there are no problems. The first repair was about a year ago and it's still holding. The charges were fair. Comment: there are very negative and frustrating reviews on Yelp, which are understandable and can be due to the ""luck of the draw."" Somedays are more hectic than others and delays occur. It's happened to me with other trades and services. With this type of repair, you have to be patient. I guess, I've been lucky. If Allen's is on schedule, they are fine.
