To make a long story short, we called Allen's Plumbing to replace floats in our septic system. When the technician started, he said he would have to first do a diagnostic check and that would cost $423.00. After his diagnostic check was done, he told me that the issue was with the control panel and I needed an electrician. I finally found a contractor to check my control panel, and the electrician said there was nothing wrong with the panel and that the problem was with the floats ( like I told Allen's Plumbing) so we got someone to replace the floats and now the system runs perfectly! So Allen's Plumbing charged me $423 for giving me a totally wrong diagnosis and I had to pay an electrician for nothing! We tried several times to talk to a manager about a refund but they refuse to call us back. If Allen's plumbing had any pride in their company, they would never treat customers that way! It's a shame because we used Allens Plumbing in the past and had good service. I now feel that Allens Plumbing cannot be trusted to be fair to their customers!

Cleared the toilet clog, but two days later the shower's stopped up. Probably the same clog moved down the line. Really nice guys, but horrible policy. NO WARRANTY, so the ""new"" problem would be treated like a brand new clog. and charged all over again.

Don't believe Allen's commercial on TV. He doesn't care about his customers and won't fix the problems caused by his employees. He won't return phone calls or messages to his customers.

I had a sewer line problem and needed my entire line replaced due to ground settlement. Steven's plumbing came out on an emergency basis and snaked the line, which didnt solve the problem. When the problem was found, Steven's Plumbing gave and estimate of $11,000.00. WOW. I contacted Allen's plumbing, and JP came out got the line unclogged but did confirm that the line needed replacing. He gave a estimate of $7900.00. Far better than the Steven's plumbing. We replaced the line and are so happy with the work done. JP and Jonah were the best. Super friendly and expertly did the work. I can't say enough about these two technicians. They are A+. If ever I need future plumbing work, Allen's Plumbing is the top of my list. JP was awesome!!!

Allen's Plumbing is the best!! They may not be the cheapest but if you want the job done right the first time and never have to worry about it again, then this is the company you want. They're very busy so you might have to wait a day but there is a reason they're busy! Obviously the word is out. Daniel Kapoi and Justin were awesome! They knew their stuff! They're friendly and very professional. My plumbing issues were causing leaking behind the shower wall which required the cutting of copper pipes, new shower valve along with a Ptrap replacement. It's nice to finally have it all looking great. Their administration section was awesome especially Kaohu Dunn and Cedric. If and when I need a plumber, this is the company I'm going with without question! It's your ONE STOP SHOP!! Mahalo Allen's plumbing family and team for being there when we need you!

I needed to find a good plumber since the other plumber could not finish his job. I found Allen's Plumber through a referral! He came in and took care of the leak behind the wall, too. Allen's Plumbing (808) 599-5511. I highly recommend them! You won't regret it!

Scheduled Allens Plumbing for a quote to replace a main shutoff, was resscheduled 2 times. When the plumber showed up a very high quote was provided based on other quotes. Also I was told that there was a $60.00 trip charge for the quote, I was not made aware of this until the technician told me. After disccusing the charge was waved. Note that other competitors such as Steve's Plumbing, EverTrust plumbing and others do not charge for quotes or ""Trip charges"". I have to mention that the people on the front desk as well as the technician were curtious and proffesional. I would not recomend this service.

Won't even give this place one star but had to to write the review. A plumber came and did work to my neighbors unit. He started a fire between the walls and fire dept had to come out. Created 10,000 worth of damage to my unit and then claimed they didn't do anything. I have everything documented. i had to go through the neighbors home owners for repairs and we are filing a lawsuit if needed. This place sucks!

I thought I had a minor issue but as it turned out I had a bigger issue under my sidewalk. Justin was great in finding the. Leak source and patched everything up as good as new and better. Mahalos to Justin and Allen's Plumbing! I will definitely call them the next time I have plumbing issues.
