Does not return our phone calls! We made four phone calls between November 10th and December 1st of 2017 ... two to his business number and two to his cell number ( Lamont had given us his cell number in 2016 when he had done work for us) ... so we gave up. When we first called, we were asked by the receptionist at his business number, to describe the problem. We explained about a very loose kitchen sink faucet that needed to be tightened and that it had been installed by Lamont about 1 1/2 years earlier. She stated that he would call us regarding when he could come out. We never heard. Sad and just cannot understand why ... so unprofessional. And we knew him well, as he and Javier had done a major job for us in late 2012 with repiping all water lines in our home along with a new hot water heater and a recirculating pump. That was an excellent job. We hired him again in 2016 for work regarding the plumbing for a heavy remodel in our kitchen and bathrooms. Good work, but now with a loose kitchen faucet that he installed, one would think he would call us back, come out and fix it. We would even have paid him for his time ... not a big deal for us. Very disappointed.

I returned from vacation to find my heater wasn't workng. I left a message with the service to have him call the next day. He called and we agreed on 8:30 appointment time. He was on time, very professional and had my heat back on right away. His price was very reasonable. I will definitely call Allen Plumbing and Heating for any jobs in the future.

Sad to say this, but I called twice (one week apart) and never got a response on either request to the answering service. I can understand missing a message once, but not twice. I am left thinking that they just didn't want to do the job I needed done. I would have preferred that to just radio silence....

Such high ratings here and I would have probably continued the trend....

Allen Lamont owner of Allen Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning is one of the finest professionals in the business. I did not know him prior to this week after my central air conditioning broke down. I researched the different air conditioning products in the market, as well as, the local contractors. He offered me a name brand replacement with a price close to Lowes and Home Depot. Where as the other contractors were much higher. His team came in and installed everything within 48 hours. Through no fault of his, an expensive thermostat failed about the same time. He worked with the manufacture to get it replaced for free after spending hours of his own weekend. It was quite clear to me I had found a vendor who effective, efficient, honourable, and extremely trustworthy.

I have been a customer of Allen plumbing for over four years. I called them because I had a pressure relief valve on my water heater that was leaking. They responded and replaced the leaking valve without any problems. We were leaving on vacation so it was important to get the leak fixed before we left. Before the owner of the plumbing company left, I asked him if everything was turned back on. He assured me it was all ready to go.
We have a hot water circulating system that this company installed. The owner of the plumbing company forgot to plug the circulating pump back in so the water lines filled with air and the pump would not circulate hot water. The owner knew we were leaving on vacation the following day but could not find the time to come out to repair his mistake. As a result the pump ran dry for the 10 days we were gone. I called him immediately upon our return. He stated he was busy but maybe he could squeeze us In on tues or wed. It has now been 2 1/2 weeks and he still has not been here. I have called his answering service and he won't return my calls. Today I called a real plumber and he replaced the circulating pump for a total of $532. My mistake, other than thinking Allen plumbing would stand behind their work, was to pay by check. Had I paid with a credit card I could have filed a dispute until the job was done correctly. It's hard to file a stop payment on your check once it has been cashed. I guess the philosophy of Allen Plumbing is that the prospect of new customers far out weighs taking care of existing customers.

We just moved into our new home and already had an issue with the water heater. I called around and Allen was the only one able to come and take care of the issue quickly.
He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
Price was great as well!
Will definitely be using for our A/C install.

Update:
We set up an appointment to have our A/C installed and it went great.
Price: I thought we'd have to pay so much more, but didn't even hit half the amount I was budgeting for.
Time: I took the whole day off and it was worth it. It took over 6 hours, but the install was perfect.

Besides not wasting your time or hard earned money what else could you ask for.

The house feels very good and very glad we went with this company.

Woke up to hear water spraying IN OUR WALL! Called Allen Plumbing and they were able to come out later that same day. Very friendly, honest, and I would highly recommend them... and already have to a few family members. He cleaned up and even mopped the area! So thoughtful and courteous.
