I called them after I read all the great reviews by happy customers. I was very excited to employ their services. Unfortunately, after 3 1/2 weeks of trying to get Lamont to come to my house to change out some bathroom fixtures, I had to call another plumber. He kept putting me off week after week and then finally just quit responding to my messages. Very unprofessional. I called Johnson plumbing and they came to my house the next day and did a great job.

Heater quit on us on a really cold day. I called Allen Plumbing & Heating and Lamont arrived within a couple of hours (on a Saturday!). He fixed the heater and replaced the thermostat too. Got us up an running in no time and the cost was under $200.00! Lamont is good people and Allen Plumbing & Heating will get all of my business in the future as well as my recommendation to friends and family.

Called Allen Plumbing to fix a broken hose bib in my backyard. They were quick to respond. Gave me a time window of 11-12. Rich responded and was done by 11:30. Super nice guy, with 30 years experience. And, about $70 cheaper than other shops I had called. I will definitely use them again!

These guys are the real deal! Needed some rough plumbing work done last minute. They totally came through for us. Lamont did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it including responding to texts/phone calls. They showed up 30 minutes early, had everything they needed, and completed the job efficiently for a fair price. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. I just wanted to say how amazing Lamont is. I called yesterday afternoon saying my AC unit was broken. He made his afternoon today work with mine. He got my AC fixed in 30 mins and never once made me feel stupid for installing our own thermostat (which was the main cause of the problem.) I'm so thankful he got everything fixed. Perhaps nothing is more anxiety inducing for a homeowner than when something with plumbing or HVAC breaks. Visions of dollar signs and scenes from The Money Pit immediately come to mind, along with a sensation of impending doom. This was my first reaction when I noticed yesterday around noon that my HVAC was mysteriously quieter than usual and not blowing cold air. ""Who am I going to call to fix this?"" I took to Yelp for some direction and landed upon Allen Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. I called the number and talked to a dispatcher who told me Lamont would call me back within the hour. Fifteen minutes later, I got a call from Lamont. As it was already afternoon, his work day was already booked up, but he did offer to come out late in the evening if needed. It was not a particularly hot day and so I didn't mind waiting until the next day. Lamont called ahead and was at my house by 9am. He was friendly and professional, and also patient with my curious dogs and toddler. He went to work quickly and in no time had my AC running again. The charge for the service was less than just a diagnostic fee from one of his competitors. Lamont is one of the good guys you can trust to do the job for a fair price. I would have no hesitation in calling him first for anything related to plumbing or HVAC.

After a kitchen counter replacement I didn't realize the counter folks would not hook my plumbing and sink back up. I got a recommendation through my neighborhood association and called a few days before.. Lamont's dad came out.. OMG.. Professional, knowledgeable, funny, efficient and right on time..The price was great and I am so happy with the results..They are my new ""go to"" plumber.

Knowledgeable, Professional, Great Communication. These sometimes over used words really describe the work that Allen Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning perform. We have used them many times for our own property and highly recommend them to our clients. We had a running water toilet problem which they took a look at, made and adjustment to the float mechanism, and indicated to watch if for a couple of days to make sure that it was working correctly. They had every opportunity to replace the flush mechanism in the toilet and did not do so. When I asked how much I owed them Lamond's father indicated no charge. Wow. If I could give them a 10 star rating we could.

OMG!! On one of the hottest days of the year -- and with company staying from out of town -- our air conditioning decides to quit pumping out cool air. Ugh!! We called Allen's that evening and left a message on their service. Next morning, Lamont called and based on the info we gave him, thought it may just be a burned out fan motor. Within an hour, Javier showed up. Turned out to be a starter component; he had it fixed truly within an hour or so at a cost that was easy on my budget! These guys came recommended by other people where we live, and they did not disappoint. Thanks for helping us ""chill"" again, Lamont and Javier!
