I am so grateful for Lamond. I have two newborn twins, and our air conditioner decided to break on one of the hottest days of the year. Lamond came out immediately and got our system working right away. He was so nice and helpful and fair. We'll definitely be using his service from now on.

Great customer service and very responsive. I had a water heater leak and they came out within an hour of my call to troubleshoot and provide a professional estimate. Within a couple hours a different tech was able to come to my house and replace my water heater in a timely manner. The whole while answering questions and providing professional customer service. Thanks guys - I'd definitely use you again.

Mr. Allen doesn't stand behind his work. He repaired a leak in our main line and his work failed causing a flood under our house. He re-repaired his work for free and admitted his original repair had failed. But when my husband asked him what he was going to do about all the standing water Mr Allen hung up on him. I can't understand why such a supposedly reputable plumber would want to force a customer to the BBB and the Contractors' Board.

I have mixed reviews here. I liked the service that I received from Javier but he took my word for what was wrong and fixed my Recirculation pump for $ 400 bucks when all that needed fixing was a hose that would have been much cheeper and faster to fix. I was hearing a whiney noise and assumed it was the bearings in the pump but when Javier finished that was still a whine. He determined after replacing the pump that it was merely an old gas hose from the heater to the water heater that was making the noise. I wish he would have determined that before installing a new pump that was most likely ok still and was just a few years old. Javier was friendly and gave advise on how to make the new pump last longer and it was hard to stay mad at him for the unnecessary repair.

However, what really makes the review less that 4 or 5 stars is that the pump seems overly loud and I spoke with Lamont who promised to come look at it, however he has not shown up twice and now is ignoring my requests to check on Javier's install of the pump and see if the noise is normal. the new pump is louder than the old one that was still fine. It seems like once Allen Plumbing has your money, that any follow up is not important to them. That is my opinion of my service.

Lamont Allen, owner of Allen Plumbing and Heating, is awesome and definitely the person I call when I have a plumbing problem. After I ""fixed"" my garbage disposal I realized that the flood under my kitchen sink was not normal. Lamont was amazing and was at my house within a couple of hours after I called him in a panic. The garbage disposal was rusted out and needed to replaced. Lamont always returns calls and comes when he says he will.

After calling another five-star plumbing company in my area and receiving a very rude response, I called the number listed for Allen Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. Mr. Lamont Allen answered personally, and was able to come fix my sink the very next day! He was very timely, both in arrival and in fixing the problem. Couldn't have asked for a better plumber! Will definitely use Allen Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning again!

Talk about awesome same day service. I woke up today and it was 45 in the house(heater quit working). I called Allen's and spoke to his secretary and got a call back within the hour from Lamont. So with in 2 hours of calling Lamont was at my house. The diagnostics was fast, had the part needed in stock on his truck and had my heater running with in 4 hrs of originally calling. Awesome service at a very reasonable cost for short notice call. So glad too cause its gonna be 10° with wind chill tonight. Lamont was polite and courteous and efficient. Definitely will be getting my return business and referrals.

I had an issue with my Rheem gas furnace. Lamont showed up a little later than expected, but more than made up for it with the excellent and quick customer service. I would highly recommend Allen Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.

We woke up this morning to discover that our water heater had begun leaking all over the garage. He called Allen Plumbing as soon as they opened at 8 am to figure out what our options were, and see when they would be able to get out here - fully planning on having to forgo hot water for the weekend. As first time homeowners, we were unsure about the cost and impacts of a broken hot water heater. Javier and Lamont were at our house by 1030 the same day (a Saturday), with a brand new water heater.

They installed the water heater AND brought the system up to code without any additional charges besides the cost of the heater and one hour of labor. Both were very friendly and explained how the water heater and the warranty worked. They have gained a new customer in us with their fast service and kind demeanor. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

I am happy to add my 5 star review to the list of them below. I had the house heater stop working in my house in Reno during a very cold snap. I was very fortunate that Lamont was available to go out that same day. He diagnosed the problem to be carbon build up inside the furnace which caused stop working, he cleaned everything up, and got it working again for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend this company !
