Allbritten & Joseph Negrete thoroughly diagnosed and correctly repaired our furnace. My primary HVAC Co. said Heat Exchanger destroyed. 3-month wait time so need new furnace . $$$$. I called Allbritten for second opinion. Heat Exchanger had no damage, changed another part and repaired furnace.
Allbritten took my call on Saturday, same day inspection, part ordered Monday and repaired Tuesday. I cancelled my service plan with the other HVAC Co. and signed up with Allbritten. They earned my trust and business. Everyone at Allbritten and Joseph were exceptional.

I called & spoke with McKenna regarding my plumbing issue late Friday. She scheduled my service request & Joshua N came to my home the next morning. Joshua listen to my needs & was able to fix my plumbing issue with his skills. He had my water running on my house within minutes and restored my water to my home after four days without water. The delay was due to an ordered part from Moen.

Thank you to McKenna for making me feel that Allbritten will fix my plumbing issue & she was right.

Recently I had my maintenance done on my equipment and the service person Gustavo Perez did a phenomenal job. He checked out all of my equipment thoroughly. I have Standard Poodles and had to continuously shift them around so that they wouldn't bark and bother my neighbors! Gustavo was very accommodating about this and I appreciate his understanding in the matter. I think someone's expertise in their job is important and he certainly did a fantastic job and even took photos of my equipment so I could see what was going on. I am very happy being a client of Allbritten.

Allbritten tech Say was very thorough on his inspection and he found problems on routine maintenance. Response from advisor was same day. Had heater system replaced in 2 weeks. Techs Shane and Lee were efficient and cleaned up at the end of the job. Advised me on every aspect of the job. Friendly service all around. The unit was matched to the HVAC system well. Quiet and efficient. Almost can't hear it running. Cost of the unit was a good value. Not the most expensive but the one that was right for the system. I have always had great service from Allbritten and would recommend them without hesitation. 5

We've used Allbritten for many years and always has great service. Today will be the last time we use them. We were told they would be there in there around 930. They didn't show up until after 1230. All we needed was a simple drain roto routered due to a toilet backing up. We have a problem with roots in the yard. I told them upfront that was the reason. The technician finally arrived late after a previously scheduled time. When the technician called he wanted to so an entire plumbing inspection, not what we requested. He wanted to upsell everything. They wanted to charge us over 2300 to install a curb clean out and 660 to pull the toilet to roto the blockage. We were behind the eight ball as the house had 4 small kids and two very backed up toilets, so we went with the cheaper 660 because the problem needed taken care of.

We just had Allbritten replace the furnace in our home here in Fresno. I was extremely impressed with the job they did, and I want to thank Steven Perez. He installed the furnace, and for making the experience stress free. He was very thural on keeping me advised on what he was doing, and went above and beyond what I expected. He and his crew left our home spotless after he finished the job. During the process I also dealt with Zack Johnson, Ruben Herrera, Brandon Traverso, and Paris Gaines. Okay, I really like the new HVAC system that Allbritten installed. It works great, it's quiet and efficient. That's why I'm giving this two stars instead of one. What I don't like is that the post-installation ""support"" is non-existent. I am being ghosted.

The cover letter I got from their Install Operations guy promised ""We will schedule all inspection corrections in a timely manner."" I reported the results of the county inspection to Allbritten 20 days ago. I reported it twice, was told they'd get right on it. They haven't. They also spelled my name incorrectly in their ""smart"" system management program, promised me they'd figure out how to fix that. Apparently they haven't, because it's still spelled wrong.

I will give them credit for sending out lots of spam advertising their services. I wish I could say the something good about their actual post-installation services, but I haven't seen any yet.

Allbritten performed the twice annual maintenance on our HVAC yesterday. Eden Urias did an excellent job. He was very pleasant and thoroughly explained the results of his service of the system. He is an excellent representative of your company.

Allbritten has scammed my family and made our life miserable. They came out to do my annual furnace maintenance and told me I had a major issue with the system. Thus, they turned off my heater after telling me the problem saying they can't leave it on due to the risks associated and told me this is an expensive fix.
I have a home warranty and told them I would see what could be done with that first.
Home warranty contractor (they were awful) came out said there was no issue with the problem presented by Albritten and turned it back on. That night now my entire HVAC system was not working due to whatever joke of contractor AHS sent out. They came back out and could not fix whatever they screwed up. Another AHS contractor came out(they also said no issue with what Allbritten claimed) and they couldn't fix what they did! Now I am on the third AHS contractor who is trying to figure out what the issue is (oh they too said no issue at what Allbritten said!!!).
So no HVAC at all the last week an a half due to Allbritten having said there was a problem and turning off my system. Three other companies said there wasn't an issue!!
We've had to deal with this heat in our home and I got a young child.
And yes I have called Allbritten multiple times to speak to a manager or supervisor... still no call!!
They are a joke when they claim to care about the customer...
They are clearly about commission and upselling issues to customers
And sadly won't give their customers the time of day to at least hear what they have to say.
Clearly I am not the only one with problems with this company just look at the recent reviews...
Hopefully after this they'll finally call me almost two weeks later and after multiple times of me already trying ...

Allbritten is MORE THAN DOUBLE their competition in prices, and in my experience they do subpar work - read full review for more info - Allbritten bought out the company I had used in prior years to do a twice a year service on my unit and I still had a pre-paid Fall visit which they did honor. Allbritten was fine to schedule with and the technician arrived when they said he would. The technician was polite, but informed me that I needed a capacitor replaced that was ""reading too low."" I informed him the same capacitor had been replaced less than a year prior and that I would need an estimate. The technician quoted me over $400 for a capacitor, I called to speak with someone in the office because I knew that was overpriced and they told me that ""That was the price."" I declined and declined to renew in a service plan with them. I called two different companies that gave me quotes for $149 and $159 respectively. Allbritten's prices are MORE THAN DOUBLE their competition. I would NEVER recommend a company that charges double especially when people are already suffering financially in a poor economy. I hired another company to do a follow up inspection and I was informed the technician from Allbritten did not clean the A/C's coils (which should have been done during the visit 3 days prior.) Overall zero stars, overpriced and did not even complete the work they were there to do, it was more a sales call for them than a service! Zero stars worthy.
