All Year Cooling installed 2 units at my home some years back. I recently had an issue with one of the units and a technician responded, troubleshot the problem down to a compressor. The part was ordered and install completed. I'm All Year Cooling now. Thanks guys.

I used All Year twice for new units install and both times Tom the owner is amazing and his team from the install guys to the office clerks are all great! Highly recommend!

It was great working with All Year Cooling. They sent Mike out on a Saturday and he was very thorough in explaining the options for a new Unit, I made my choice and AYC was able to send out the Installers the following day. The 2 installers were both named Steven and they were quick, courteous and left everything clean and took the old unit and all the garbage with them. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

I bought two AC units 3.5 years ago in 2021 from All Year Cooling. I have had nothing but problems with them. Not only that but All Year Cooling have not been great either. Fast forward to last week, my upstairs unit crapped out on me again. I scheduled a call. Raining, can't do anything. Another day, raining - Can't do anything. Finally a break in the weather, and they determine it's a leaking coil. In the meantime they fill up the unit with Freon. Fine. They order the part. This is now 9/13. Part supposed to arrive 9/18. Fast forward to 9/18, part didn't show up. Now the unit isn't working anymore since the coolant ran out. Tech comes out on 9/18, it's raining again, can't do anything. I make another appointment for today 9/19, for them to come out in the middle of the day when it doesn't rain in South Florida between 1-3PM. 3PM comes and goes, and the guy finally shows up at five, and it of course is raining. I can't control the weather but All Year Cooling can control when their techs are supposed to come and he didn't show up on time. Now another night having to sleep on a blow up bed downstairs because of their incompetence. Also, when I bought the units, they came with ten year warranties parts and labor. But the tech said they were to charge me $250 """"Distribution fee"""" and $50/pound for the freon refill. But on their website specifically these charges were mentioned as covered as well as on the fine print. I feel like I am no longer a priority with this company. I spent over $10,000 and then I am treated like bottom of the barrel. I have referred many friends to them, no longer. UPDATE: The problems have been solved. I have been treated very nicely by the general Manager Julie, she takes my calls at anytime. I will continue to recommend AYC for AC needs to friends, in spite of the above experience, they did rectify my problem.

Howard Cohen and his team Raul Lopez and Omar Harris did an incredible and difficult job at our restaurant downtown Fort Lauderdale called Emily's Garden, nothing was easy on this job, but these guys made it looked amazing. We had many obstacles and they overcame every single one of them. Thank you all Year Plumbing team for doing such phenomenal job.
