All Year Cooling came in to install a new A/C. The coils where broken on delivery. Omar Yassin ensured the replacement part was delivered and installed- same day. Thank you!

All Year Cooling installed a new HVAC a little over six months ago and we have been very happy! From the quote to our free maintenance this week and everything between, they did a great job, kept every promise, and gave us a very competitive price. While we spent a few weeks getting several quotes, All Year Cooling gave us the biggest bang for our buck. The York system they installed has a good SEER rating and came with a few rebates, which they helped me get. Most importantly, their customer service was a perfect 10. Every person who represented the company went above and beyond, especially the gentleman who installed the system. He ensured I was completely satisfied. Please note that I waited to write this review because everything was too perfect and I wanted to make sure if I sang their praises that I was 100 percent sure that I could safely write, save yourself some time and go with All Year Cooling.

I needed to replace my central air conditioning unit in my condo in Delray . All Year Cooling was recommended to me . I also checked and they had good reviews. They sent someone out and within 2 days I had the new unit installed. Anthony gave me a very good price . I felt the unit was loud whenever the air turned on . Anthony sent several techs out to look at it . I said the previous one I had did not make that much noise so Anthony had the guts come back out and install the brand I previously had . I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you Anthony for making everything right . I would recommend this company.

Just had All Year Cooling service my A/C. They called at least four times to keep me advised of when the tech would arrive and he arrived within the promised time window. He had a checklist and at the end he gave me a copy of the completed check list, that a first!!

After spending lots of money on A/C units from different mechanics, including certified mechanics, I decided to try a reputable company. I was tired of problems with my unit. I have animals and the a/c freezing and being i consistent was not an option. So the little money I saved I thought was the best investment. I was right. The company is professional. The installers are knowledgeable. I've been in heaven for Iver a month now and do not regret it. The pricing was reasonable as I had a few estimates which I paid for, however, theirs was free. They came the next day and I've been living happily ever after. I even called to register the warranty and they do that themselves. Yes, they're not any more expensive and you've got the backup of a professional company that's been around for decades.

The other day, I had a cascade of water coming from my air conditioner. After freaking out a little bit, we called All Year Cooling yesterday. They came today, after I had to reschedule from the morning timeframe. What I thought was a water intake leak turned out to be a water outlet/drainage issue that had backed up. The tech, Horace, worked quickly and thoroughly to clear the blockage of the colony of algae that had built up. It was pretty disgusting. He gave me tips on how to avoid it and some basics of what I need to do to avoid problems. He was even nice to my crazy dog. Very personable. I recommend them to anyone.

This was the worst experience I had with a company that I contacted for service on anything in my home. First they delivered the wrong AC system which was more than the one I ordered and the manager insisted that I pay the difference. Days after installation my entire circuit box blew out and had to be replaced which cost me thousands of dollars. Finally, after several requests I given the owner's phone number to complain about the service. When I talked to him his only response was anger that I contacted him while he was home with his family. Run do not walk away from this company.

Recently on a very hot day A/C started malfunctioning and Thermostat was also acting up. I called All Year cooling . They sent Steve Mauriello and Greg . They promptly diagnosed the problem. and didn't even charge me for diagnosis which is unheard of . They proceeded to fix the problem and resolved the problem and charges were less than many other companies that try to overcharge .. Moreover They kept on calling me to inform me regarding the arrival time of Technicians so I am not waiting there guessing. Steve and Greg were very courteous, understanding and prompt and provided exceptional service. I am greatly impressed with the honesty, promptness and courtesy with which I was treated and would recommend this company and technicians without any hesitation...

if i could give this company a negative star i would!!!! everything was good until i decided to go with a different company.. once they found out i was going to a much cheaper, and better company, they went to the condo to snitch and try to shut the new company down... horrible horrible experience!!!! especially with a sales man named joe who tried to sell me a low performance ac unit for a lot more money!! please stay far away as possible from this company asap!!!!!

All Year Cooling recently completed my Central Air Conditioning installation, and I am delighted. The installation entailed installing a 3 ton 16 SEER Rudd Air conditioning unit in a house with a tight attic that had never before had central AC. The job included 14 air supply vents, 3 returns, and 2 ducted ventilating fans for the bathrooms. The job included all the wiring & electrical work. All Year Cooling's workers included an Air Conditioning Installer, an electrician and duct workers. The people who did the work were friendly, considerate and professional, and seemed intent on seeing that I was a happy customer. I underwent estimates from many AC companies before going with All Year Cooling. Interestingly, my ex wife in Miami and my girlfriend in Broward, who don't know each other, are both customers of ALL Year Cooling .They both spoke highly of the company. Who would expect such wonderful advice from women? :) The estimating process was a bit fascinatinating. Among the companies who gave me estimates were 3 Trane dealers I can't help wondering if Trane Dealers are the Fat Cats of the Residential Air Conditioning Business. Trane Dealer Trinity AC Company declined to give an estimate because april is too hot a time of the year for them to install new duct work. Harper's Air Inc. and Direct Air priced my job so high in comparison to the price from All Year Cooling that I can not say with certainty whether those bids were primarily get rich quick shots or attempts at fair pricing. Both Harper's Air Inc and Direct Air priced my job at approximately double the cost of the job from All Year Cooling. I used some reasonable extrapolation in making that assessment. That is an eye opening difference. The Harper's estimate was beautifully typed, which certainly added some value to their very expensive proposal. The Direct Air estimate was sort of sloppy looking, but the email accompanying it was very upbeat.:) The price from one Trane Dealer, Altman Air Conditioning Inc. was not competive with the price from All Year Cooling, but i was impressed by the professionalism of the company. 3 of the ducts in my job had to be squeezed thru an especially tight space to cool a Florida room that had once been a screened patio. It seemed that every AC contractor, other than All Year Cooling, who came to bid the job insisted that ducts could not possibly be run to my Florida room. Upon being informed that the ducts could be run, and why, and how, it seemed that just about every contractor pissed and moaned about running those ducts. Patrick and Stephen from All Year Cooling ran those ducts for me. I know it was a tough job. Thank you guys. Another suggestion. If any contractor offers to install a Goodman or Amana AC ( same outfit) , I suggest you run. Why. One contractor offered me an Amana unit with a 10 year manufacturers warranty on labor. I insisted on seeing a copy of the Amana 10 year factory labor warranty. When the contractor realized he needed to show me the warranty to have a chance at the job, he coughed it up, and it was quite interesting. The Amana/Goodman factory warranty appears to be a warranty to the installing dealer from an insurance company controlled by Amana/Goodman where the dealer gets pretty much screwed. Imagine how you the customer would make out with such a warranty. Who would want an AC dealer who offers the Amana/Goodman Warranty? Another interesting Estimating experience was provided by Cool Breeze Air Conditioning Corp. The estimator from Cool Breeze was by far the funniest character I encountered in the process of the estimates and installation. All Year Cooling does not have anyone that funny. The Cool Breeze estimator told me that he was a real engineer. That seemed believable because he came up with some rather off the wall suggestions. I wonder if the Cool Breeze guy took some college engineering courses taught by Rube Goldberg himself .:) The Cool Breeze guy could definitely be a stand up comic. He forgot to send me the estimate until I inquired.:) In summation, I recommend All Year Cooling, and suggest that reading my long review may help indicate why.
