*** UPDATED *** Summary: As every organization, they might make mistakes, but definitely they focus on providing a great customer services and go the extra mile to be sure you are satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend them If you want more details, keep reading. I had an issue with them, but they fixed it. Please read the entire review if you want to understand the details *** NEW REVIEW *** After the issue described below, Anthony, a manager in All You Cooling call me to apologize and to understand the issue. I explained in detail, he apologized again and was really empathetic to my situation. He asked me for a second chance, that they will deliver the service and provide additional discounts, he only asked for me to change the review if the situation was fixed, which in my opinion was a fair request. They even returned the money payed in advanced We set up today as the new date as I was not available before. They committed to come between 10 and 12, The first technician arrived around 9:15 AM, they sent a second technician, who arrived no more than 30 min later. They were very professional and courteous, delivered the services and repair my AC. They had to wait for a replacement part, but that arrived a little later, but nothing that caused any inconvenience. Anthony was on top of everything all the time, as he promised. He call me n Friday to reconfirm the appointment. He call me to provide information during the day and when the technician finished, he called me, provided me a summary of the work and discounted about 20% additional for the inconvenience caused. Everyone, every organization can make mistakes, for me that's not the issue, the fact that All Year Cooling will stand by their mistakes, and will go the extra mile to assure total satisfaction give me confidence to call them again, that's the type of company I love working with, that's the kind of company that will get my business every single time. I'm really satisfied now, and I changed the review to a positive one, because in the end they delivered an excellent service. If the issues had not occurred it would have been a 5 star review, this time is a 4 to be fair with everything that happened. I recommend them 100%, you can be confident you will be satisfied. Thank All Year Calling, thanks Anthony for making it right, it was a great experience. *** OLD REVIEW *** I called All Year Cooling because one of my units stopped working. I called them around noon and promise to send someone between 4 and 8. The technician called in close to 5 to notify me he will arrive in about 20 min. The technician, Mike, very professional, very savvy. Made an assessment of the problem and told me the solution. He indicated me several other issues I had. He said he need to schedule for the next day as he did not have the parts, which I understand. I asked him to add several other services and they even provided a discount, I would guess first time customer benefits. He committed the service for the next day between 2 and 4, which was not what I wanted as my AC was not working, but again I understand this was a last minute thing. The issues started the day of the service. It was already 4 pm, no one showed, no one called. I called them and left a message as they customer service was full. I called the technician, voice mail again. After a couple of calls, I contacted the technician, they called about 30 minutes after that. it was already about 6:00 pm. They apologize for the inconvenient, promise an additional discount and that the service would be delivered next day 10:00 am Next day, we receive a call about 9:30 that we are going to be serviced around 11:00. At 12:00 I start calling and they tell me that the technician is already in his way. I really wanted my money back, not just because of the delays, but because I needed to run some errands and now my day was lost. They offered an additional discount, but when validated with the technician I needed to wait an additional hour, If they told me early in the morning they would get at 1:00 pm or later, I would have arranged my day, now I was screwed. I asked for a refund, which they promised. I am just writing this review after closing the call with their customer service. It's important to notice the customer service representative was very polite, professional and tried to fix the issue. I just could not keep waiting on them to finally come, besides my trust on them at this momento was gone, to many failed promises in my opinion.

We had a problem with the unit we purchased from All Year Cooling. They responded immediately and found a solution to our problem even though the part they needed was on back order. They were concerned, and kept us informed about progress and how they were going to solve this. They successfully found a stop gap solution that restored our unit to working order until the back ordered part could be obtained. I highly recommend them without reservation. This is the second unit we have purchased from them.

Steve was a pleasure to work with. The a/c in the house I moved into broke and he was quick to respond and very professional and friendly. The unit ended up needing replacement and per the homeowner, his prices were very fair. Highly recommend!

Got my pricy but hi tech Trane A/C unit almost a year ago, that was installed the same day I called. I have had some issues with the unit but they have always picked up the phone and arrive as promised. It is great to know that I won't have to worry about who I need to call for A/C help. I bought the extended warranty and all so I won't have any unexpected repair bills. Overall extremely satisfied with their after the sale customer service and would recommend to all friends and family.

I have been waiting for a service tech to come out and after I was told they would be at my house in 20 min after 2 hours no one showed up or even called to let me know why they could not come as promise. After calling the company 4 times someone finally called me back. I feel like I should not have to work so hard for someone to get my business.

Disappointed that while they did a good job, won't answer phone to have me hire them to maintain the new unit and my older units...... their guy who sold me on All Year no longer there..... No phone answers. Please suggest alternatives!

Great service and quick in responding to urgent matters! They fixed our AC a while back and when there was another issue with it leaking , they sent someone within the hour. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Honestly, I felt like family when I spoke with them over the phone and the sales manager, Anthony, went out of his way to also contact me by text to make sure all went well. Although I only used them for an estimate as my AC was still functional, when my AC officially breaks down, I will definitely hire them. I can tell they were being honest and telling me only what was needed compared to the other companies who I received estimates from. They were being way too extra and telling me all this unnecessary info. All Year Cooling was direct and to the point. You can sense their honesty.
