I can not say enough about my experience with this company. They have made my purchasing of a new air conditioner very smooth, timely and down right enjoyable. This company knows how to treat customers. From the first phone call to the men who replaced my unit everyone was polite and respectful. Their prices are great and the service is five star. All Year Cooling recently completed my Central Air Conditioning installation, and I am delighted. The installation entailed installing a 3 ton 16 SEER Rudd Air conditioning unit in a house with a tight attic that had never before had central AC. The job included 14 air supply vents, 3 returns, and 2 ducted ventilating fans for the bathrooms. The job included all the wiring & electrical work. All Year Cooling's workers included an Air Conditioning Installer, an electrician and duct workers. The people who did the work were friendly, considerate and professional, and seemed intent on seeing that I was a happy customer. I underwent estimates from many AC companies before going with All Year Cooling. Interestingly, my ex wife in Miami and my girlfriend in Broward, who don't know each other, are both customers of ALL Year Cooling .They both spoke highly of the company. Who would expect such wonderful advice from women? :) The estimating process was a bit fascinatinating. Among the companies who gave me estimates were 3 Trane dealers I can't help wondering if Trane Dealers are the Fat Cats of the Residential Air Conditioning Business. Trane Dealer Trinity AC Company declined to give an estimate because april is too hot a time of the year for them to install new duct work. Harper's Air Inc. and Direct Air priced my job so high in comparison to the price from All Year Cooling that I can not say with certainty whether those bids were primarily get rich quick shots or attempts at fair pricing. Both Harper's Air Inc and Direct Air priced my job at approximately double the cost of the job from All Year Cooling. I used some reasonable extrapolation in making that assessment. That is an eye opening difference. The Harper's estimate was beautifully typed, which certainly added some value to their very expensive proposal. The Direct Air estimate was sort of sloppy looking, but the email accompanying it was very upbeat.:) The price from one Trane Dealer, Altman Air Conditioning Inc. was not competive with the price from All Year Cooling, but i was impressed by the professionalism of the company. 3 of the ducts in my job had to be squeezed thru an especially tight space to cool a Florida room that had once been a screened patio. It seemed that every AC contractor, other than All Year Cooling, who came to bid the job insisted that ducts could not possibly be run to my Florida room. Upon being informed that the ducts could be run, and why, and how, it seemed that just about every contractor pissed and moaned about running those ducts. Patrick and Stephen from All Year Cooling ran those ducts for me. I know it was a tough job. Thank you guys. Another suggestion. If any contractor offers to install a Goodman or Amana AC ( same outfit) , I suggest you run. Why. One contractor offered me an Amana unit with a 10 year manufacturers warranty on labor. I insisted on seeing a copy of the Amana 10 year factory labor warranty. When the contractor realized he needed to show me the warranty to have a chance at the job, he coughed it up, and it was quite interesting. The Amana/Goodman factory warranty appears to be a warranty to the installing dealer from an insurance company controlled by Amana/Goodman where the dealer gets pretty much screwed. Imagine how you the customer would make out with such a warranty. Who would want an AC dealer who offers the Amana/Goodman Warranty? Another interesting Estimating experience was provided by Cool Breeze Air Conditioning Corp. The estimator from Cool Breeze was by far the funniest character I encountered in the process of the estimates and installation. All Year Cooling does not have anyone that funny. The Cool Breeze estimator told me that he was a real engineer. That seemed believable because he came up with some rather off the wall suggestions. I wonder if the Cool Breeze guy took some college engineering courses taught by Rube Goldberg himself .:) The Cool Breeze guy could definitely be a stand up comic. He forgot to send me the estimate until I inquired.:) In summation, I recommend All Year Cooling, and suggest that reading my long review may help indicate why.

Been a customer for quite few years now. Not sure how long that will last. The last two repair calls I've made seem to have gone ok. However, the first visit never seems to be enough. Again, they have to come back(they left an hour ago A/C still running and leaking water)and probably charge me more again. They even installed this unit that I have. It's been trouble almost from the beginning. The people that work there are very friendly. Just a bit frustrating to always have to call back to have them turn around to come back again.

We purchased a brand new AC unit in 2011 and have had issues with it ever since. We paid 3500+ for the unit itself and ever 18 months have to have someone come out and keep having to pay to fix it. They keep saying that if it is not inside the actual unit itself its not in their warranty. They last time a technician was out he said he couldn't believe no one ever caught the problem when it was installed. An AC less then 5 years old should not be having these problems. I'm think the unit was just never installed properly and now I have to pay every time something isn't working because of it. Don't bother scheduling an apt they come whenever they feel like it. I made an apt from 3:30-5 and asked if they could come after 4 and they showed up at 1:30. Once I scheduled an apt from 3-5 and he showed up at 11 saying he wanted to get his weekend started early! For what it is worth the technicians (mostly) are very nice.

Just another Air Conditioner company with sales pitch. Called and was told they will send someone to check my air conditioner and they will tell me if they can fix. Someone came that afternoon and before he even look at the air conditioner , told me that could not be fix and started writing a quote. The next day call another company and fixed my air conditioner at a very reasonable price. When I am ready to purchase an air conditioner this will be one company I will never call

Called them at 3:00pm because my central air conditioning unit was not turning on.I was told someone would be dispatched. I called again at 5:00pm to get a estimated time of arrival from them just to find out that I wasn't on their service call list. Then the phone rep had the nerve to tell me about an after hours fee. I said, """"Absolutely not, I called two hours ago for service."""" I again was told someone would be dispatched. At 6:30pm I was told he was finishing up a job and will be on the way shortly. At 7:00, I was told he would be to my house in 30 minutes. At 7:15, I received another call from them stating that he was 30 minutes away from my house. I purchased a unit from them 4 years ago and they were professional and prompt. Wow..what a difference 4 years make. I will look for another company. All Year service has fallen off drastically! Update on 8/2/2014: Kevin, the General Manager, reached out to me the next day to get the problem corrected. He apologized for what happened and vowed to correct the problem if it hadn't been corrected already. I allowed him to make good on his vow. I told him what the problem was with my unit. He was able to get the part needed from the distributor and send some of his service technicians over to get the work done. He also told me to save his cell phone number and to feel free to contact him again if necessary. I am happy to report that every member of my household is now happy to feel the cool air blowing again. Thank you Kevin and All Year.

Nice cold air at our house now and a warmer feeling about All Year Cooling. The owner Kevin personally stepped in and made sure our A/C was fixed right. One benefit of doing business with a family company is that there is a real person at the top to help things stay on track. I have to say they recovered nicely from a very rocky start. They stood behind their installation and took care of business even as the repair became more complex. Kudos to Jimmy who took the time to make sure everything was perfect. This is by far the best company on the planet. I have used them to install several new ACs for me over the past 5 years. I also have a service contract with service America which is horrible!! I depend on All Year for Everything! They answer the phones 24/7, they dispatch technicians immediately. Today I called and they are sending a technician within an hour. Dario goes above and beyond to keep customers happy. Ritchie in the preventative maintenance department is unparalleled. They are the most honest and dependable company around and their prices can't be beat. I would recommend All Year to everyone!
