When I met with Muaed and he gave me a quote to replace my horizontal drain I didn't even think of getting another quote. I felt like he was honest, reliable, reasonable and professional. Then I met his wingman, Elias who was very polite, meticulous and very thorough with his work. They are now my go to guys when it comes to my plumbing issues. Thank you!

Came home from a weekend away. Toilet has blown it's parts. Have fixed toilet parts many times. This time I can not get the nut off. Called our normal plumber, she says he probably won't get there until after 5 pm and that's an overtime charge. Our friend David recommended All Valley, called them, Moe is very nice on phone, is at my house within two hours. Makes me feel much better when he says he had to cut nut off, fixed toilet, and suggested it might be too much pressure. Turns out regulator has taken a powder. Moe replaces regulator, and is very professional. I have definitely found a new plumber.

Elias and his partner really great.Have an old house with some major issues.Elias and friend showed up on time cheerful and friendly.Diagnosed problems that I didn't even know we had with the plumbing.Took video and showed pictures of the pipes and wear and tear underneath the home.Took them three days to do all the work which was a major undertaking.They were never less then kind and courteous and neat.Price was really reasonable for what had to be done.
Will use them again and recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Look, I was REALLY happy with the work he did for me. Very personable, professional, and prompt.

I would use him again when my next problem arises. Tried to redo my pressure regulator and ultimately couldn't get it back on. Called him a little desperate and he got out here within three hours. I couldn't ask for more than that.

No one likes spending money but when we do spend money we like to know that it's well spent. Based on my experience I would say this was money well spent

I called this company out to my home to clear a drain in one of our bathrooms. They were coming in late on a Friday (past 5 pm) so I pulled the toilet for them cleaned the area of all obstructions and made sure they could get their equipment in and out of my property without issue. Two workmen came to clear the drain. They spent about 15 to 20 minutes with the snake and at the time I thought that it was too short a time and that they did not go far enough to deal with the issue. They claimed that the drain was clear with no other explanation. Other plumbers I have dealt with will tell me what they found if anything. Odd but at the time I was not too concerned as I wanted to trust them. Then the workman says to me that they will not put the toilet back and that I have to do it as they are packing up. After some discussion the workman had his assistant put it back.

Unfortunately within about a day or two the drain was stopped again but this time the laundry room the kitchen and the bathroom are now stopped up. My Wife called to let them know that the work they performed did not fix the issue and in fact made it worse. She was told that we had to have the toilet pulled and everything ready for them or they will not snake the drain. To make demands of a customer like this and to attempt to make a customer perform the work you are being paid for is just a little too ridiculous for us. So I have payed $25 to my bank to stop the check and will not use them again.

Unfortunate as I had hoped they could do the job.

After I spoke with them about the fact that the check was canceled and that they made the problem worse not better; they sent a very nice apology letter. I have to give two additional stars for customer service.

Mistakes happen and these guys appear to not understand how to set expectations with the customer. However the apology with my check back shows that they care. SO I am changing the review from one star to three.

I have found a new ""go to"" plumber! I was so relieved that my call at 8:30 PM on a Wednesday night was answered by Moe about a leak under my kitchen sink. I was able to make an appointment to have my garage disposal replaced the following afternoon. Moe showed up within the appointment time and was very polite & professional. I will definitely use their services again!

Horrible....24/7??? Bad advertising! I called to have my house serviced, they informed me I would have to wait about 1-2hrs, no problem that's not too long of a wait. Called me back an hour later and said they won't be able to come out because their emergency vehicle has a flat tire. Seriously???? You, as a man, can't fix a flat tire so you can keep your word and operate your business 24/7? Pretty lame...
