Wow! I contacted these guys last night and within 10 minutes has my appointment for today (Saturday). They called me twice to give me an update on when they'd be here. Elias showed up looked arounD the house and did his thing! Cleared a nasty clog and made our day! He was very professional and easy to talk with. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is for the quick initial response I received from this company. Although someone did come out same day and repair our shower valve the cost was astronomical. Price gouging their customers at their time of need is unconscionable.

Woke up to a broken water heater. I called All Valley and Freda answered promptly and politely. She took the time to understand what I needed and got me in touch with a technician within 20 minutes. The contractor Moe called and assessed my needs over the phone and arrived within an hour. He even took the time to inform me of possible complications and circumstances to be aware before service. I appreciate so much being made aware of all the possibilities because home repairs are always complicated. Moe was able to troubleshoot and help me to resolve my issues. He was even able to help me figure out that my heater was under recall which made the repair process way easier. Can't beat the touch of a family business. Very affordable pricing as well. Highly recommend. Thank you!!
