I'm truly impressed with Pedro's expertise and professionalism when it comes to tankless water heaters and plumbing in general. Our old water 40-gallon burst a couple weeks ago and I had been researching going tankless. After several inquiries to other plumbers, I met Pedro, who came out to the house immediately, gave a clear explanation of how tankless systems work, the different options when it comes to placement, and quoted a fair price.

He and his apprentice showed up at 8am of the appointed morning and worked 12 hours until the job was done, including through 2-3 hours of a heavy winter rainstorm, installing a Navien NPE-240A system (the one with the interior recirculating pump) on the exterior wall of our house. (This also included several hours in the crawlspace to run a re-circulation line.)

The work is immaculate. Pedro does not cut corners. He specializes in high-efficiency systems (Noritz and Navien) and has put in his time to understand how they work and function at their optimum. He uses quality parts, installed a water filter to optimize the functioning of the system, and insulated all the pipes.

I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with Pedro when it comes to future plumbing needs.

Pedro installed a new Noritz Tankless water heater for my dad. He is very quick to respond- I called him on Saturday, met in person on Sunday and the installation was completed on Monday.
