My Rheem tankless decided to die after five years (heat exchanger leak onto blower fan). Thankfully it was still covered by warranty. I contacted Rheem, submitted the photos they requested, and got my warranty claim approved. Then I found All Tankless on Rheem's website and contacted Pedro who was super friendly and was able to come the following morning.

I texted him photos of my tankless and the serial number, and he was able to prepare the replacement water heater the day before and showed up with it to my house. One hour later, the old water heater was replaced with the new. Pedro was quick, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend.

I called this company after our old tankless from another company gave out on us. Of course it happened in the late evening. The next morning at about 6:45am I called All Tankless am thinking I was going to leave a message. I was surprised when Pedro answered and I told him we needed him to look at our water heater. He understood how important it was to us to get it done as quick as possible. Pedro came out later that afternoon to assess our situation. This was the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic and Pedro followed all protocol to keep us comfortable with his visit during such a concerning time. He located the problem after a short while and provided us with Several options. They were all really fair bids. We opted for a new heater Noritz tankless. He returned the next day and he and his helper installed It Quickly and professionally. Pedro is a great resource and I highly recommend him and this company.

Based on the amazing Yelp reviews, I gave Pedro a call. He was quick to respond and very friendly and knowledgeable over the phone. Despite the pandemic, he was willing and eager to help us and even made sure to wear a mask the whole time. He removed our old water heater and installed the tankless one quickly and efficiently. Pedro was thorough and showed us all of the parts of the water heater, including the filter. He was extremely easy to work with and the price was very fair. Our tankless water heater began to leak very badly a week ago. Then the water heater went out completely. I called my home owners warranty and to this date they and the plumber they hired have been playing games. Since I could not go without hot water for sanitary reasons, I began to find my own new water heater. The warranty company would not install it for me. I found All Tankless Water Heaters here and talked to Pedro. He was very sincere, knowledgeable, and worried about my situation. He asked me to send photos of my bad water heater, the new water heater, and the hook up. He gave me a price and said he could be there tomorrow. His price was very good and competitive. The next day I got the water heater and told Pedro I had it. An hour later Pedro said he could come earlier, which was awesome. He showed up with two crew members very professional and Covid 19 masked. He went to work and everything came out awesome. He ever checked my water pressure and made sure hot water was working satisfactory out if all the faucets in the house. He really help my family out and did a great job and provided everything even a warranty. Then today during the holiday he sent me a text to make sure everything was working great. That is customer service at its best. I will always recommend Pedro and his company. I wish more companies were like his.

We called All Tankless because the company that we were working with had already left us without hot water for 2 weeks (using our warranty). Needless to say, we were very frustrated. We called Pedro to come out and re-diagnose our issues and decided to have a new unit installed instead of ordering additional parts. He explained everything thoroughly and had us listen to the diagnostic information from Noritz prior to us making this decision. Pedro came out the following morning, on time, and we had hot water in just over an hour. He was professional, courteous, and genuinely wanted to help us. Had our 50 Gallon gas water heater go out last night. Called All Tankless water Heater & plumbing this morning. We wanted to get a quote to go tankless. Pedro gave us an estimated time of 3 hours to come to my house for a estimate. Pedro made it in less than an Hour. He gave me a very reasonable quote on a tankless water heater system and installed it on the spot. I have done my share of plumbing and can tell you Pedro and crew did a very clean install.
