I filled up online quote Sunday afternoon and after approx 5 minutes I received a call from Pedro which I didn't answered of course and immediately received a text message from him, I returned his call and gave me a ballpark estimate of a Noritz tankless water heater and we agreed to come to our house for the final Quote Tuesday. He and Candido came that day at 9 Am and he gave me a reasonable price and they installed our new Noritz EZ 111DV that same day and finished at 12noon. My wife and I were very satisfied with their professionalism and prompt installation. He walked us through how to maintain our Tankless water heater.

Pedro was awsome he was able to get us in right away which was a must since our tanked water heater started leaking and we were out of hot water. He was able to give us an estimate and install a new tankless (which he is very knowledgeable about) the next day. We had 4 estimates from a couple of local plumbers and a couple of big name plumbers. He was very reasonable on the price and has everything in stock. He gave us a lot of the same information others did and a lot more than other companies. He went beyond to even let us know about the socalgas rebates. He did a great job with the installation and clean up. We have only had the new system installed for a couple of days but so far loving it. I would recommend him.

So I had my tankless water heater go out on me. They were extremely responsive. Jesus and Pedro were amazing and truly went above and beyond in making sure I got my hot water heater working again and even used their own parts which they didn't have to do since normally we would have to wait for the manufacturer to ship out the replacement parts. I called them and within 2 hours I had hot water going again.

We had a surprise leak of rusty water out of our tankless water heater that was only 8 years old in our house of the same age. I called other plumbers with no response, but when I called All Tankless, they were at the house within an hour of my call. From there Jesus did a quick diagnosis not only to see the problem, but to also get me covered under the manufacturers warranty that I didn't know was still valid!!! They were then able to replace the entire heater, the same day, under warranty!

All in all, I needed a new system due to the failure of the heating element (even after being well maintained for all 8 eight with vinegar flushes and a heater water filter), but since it was covered under warranty, I paid less than 1/2 of what it would have cost to completely replace the system.

Thanks again to Jesus and Pedro for an amazing, fast and straightforward job. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Jesus and Pedro were great. They were on time for both the estimate and the job. They worked very hard to do the job right. We had a sort of complicated job. We wanted an old tank heater replaced with tankless, but we also wanted them to raise the water line to make room for new water lines for a sink below the new tankless heater. Jesus made sure to run through the options with me before proceeding. In my experience, most will just do whatever's easiest and never consult with you. Not these guys. I felt well taken care of. Lastly, they are deeply familiar with the rebates available and how to complete the paperwork properly.

Jesus came to my house today and literally saved the day. I have been out of hot water this whole weekend and decided to look on Yelp for someone to help me. I called All Tankless Water Heater and Plumbing and within 20 minutes Jesus showed up at my place. He walked me through the process of working with the Rheem Water Heater manufacturer and we were lucky our heater was still under warranty. Jesus then went to Ontario and Pomona to secure our water heater and came back to install it for us! He also snaked my downstairs toilet and got it working again!!! So glad to have found this company. Very professional and honest people with their pricing. Jesus made me feel very comfortable as I am a first time home owner and he answered all my questions!! He was so patient and an amazing person overall.
