This company is one that our home warranty uses. They don't return phone calls, takes them forever to show up and sometimes they don't even finish the work. So sad. Family owned business that we want to support, but just can't.
Well look at that! I get a response on Yelp blaming my warranty company but no response via email or phone call. And it appears that the owner wants to blame others for their company's lack of response.

Since posting original review, they came out within 24 hours and finished the job above and beyond. Thank you.
The weather has been abnormally wet and there were road closers!

We've been cleared from covid for over two weeks. That was told to you this last Friday- When you said you'd be here Monday at 1. And then Monday when you said you'd be here Tuesday. We missed work hours waiting on you both days. We've been cleared from covid since January 8th.

After moving into our new house we discovered a serious clog that was backing up all our plumbing. Our home warranty recommended All Systems Heating & Air, and I'm so glad they did! Greg and his son Brandon showed up the same day we called and worked tirelessly to diagnose and solve our complicated older plumbing system. You can just tell from talking to Greg that he's a genuinely good person. I felt confident in his abilities and appreciate the way he helped explain everything without being condescending, so that we could learn our new system. Between his kind personality and his quality work I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

This company is horrible. They do not follow-through on the appointments that you arrange, and they do not return your phone calls / voicemails. Look elsewhere, if you actually want the work completed.

Avoid this business. I had an air conditioner go out in the midst of the early September heat wave in Paso Robles. Greg, one of their technicians, did an initial brief service call a few days after contacting them. He told me he needed to return that afternoon. He was a no-show in the afternoon, with no call or explanation. I left several voicemails the next week, with no call backs. After my fourth voicemail to them trying to get them to return to do the necessary repairs, I got a call back from Deborah, who scheduled me for an appointment - about one week out, despite the prior no show and unreturned voice mails. I made arrangements to be home for this appointment, and guess what - another no-show. Unbelievable! None of my subsequent voicemails have ever been returned.
Their customer service is among the worst I have seen - for any type of business. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I was really surprised that I've seen several negative remarks about All Systems Heating & Air and after dealing with them after I made a claim through my insurance American Home Shield, I completely understood why and here's what happened.
I had 3 issues going on in my home. I had 2 toilets that were leaking from the base (I think it was American Standard brand toilets) and one small pin size hole leak coming from a pipe behind a wall in one of my bedrooms. I called American Home Shield to tell them what was my problem. They opened up a work order, paid my $100 deductible, and sent it to All Systems Heating & Air. A couple of days later I get a call from ASH&A and left a message to make an appointment and after a couple of phone tag tries, we finally made contact. I explained what was going on and we set an appointment. The technician and his son came down to see what needed to be done. They looked at the toilet brand, measured it, assessed the situation, then they tell me that they need to replace the toilets. Fine.
On the next day of the appointment, they showed up but because I couldn't be at home due of work, I had a friend of mine went to let them in. When I got home I looked to see how they did and to my surprise, they replaced my American Standard toilets with some Gerber brand AND they made a hole in my wall to get to the small pin sized leak. I looked the toilet brand up and it turns out that Gerber is made in China. So I'm like WTF?!! I looked to see what kind of ratings they had and the only positive thing I saw was that it was water efficient but nothing else. Since I thought I was going to get the same thing, I called American Home Shield and asked them why didn't I get my original brand. They said that it gets replaced with something comparable. Comparable?? You mean anything that I can sit on while taking a shit or pee in?? I can do that in a trash can too. Idiots! Oh, but wait! It gets worse.
The father and son duo was finishing the job but the father said that he had to leave to take care of another job and left his son to finish it up. I asked when are they going to come back to finish the pin size leak job. The son said that I would need to speak to his dad about it and that he would get back to me. After 3 days, I called All Systems Heating and Air and left a message. I called again the following day, no answer. So now I'm getting frustrated as I keep seeing this gaping hole in my drywall with a small leak eating away at the frame of the house thinking that mold is going to grow soon. So I called American Home Shield and asked what the hell is going on? Why hasn't All Systems Heating & Air returned any of my phone calls. The rep at American Home Shield looked up my account and said ""The work order has been closed"". CLOSED!? CLOSED!!!! Are you f*ing kidding me!!?? All Systems Heating & Air left me dangling in mid-air without telling me a thing and neither did American Home Shield. My gaping hole in the wall with a leaking pipe was ABANDONED!!
American Home Shield then said that they'll put in another work order and have All Systems come and finish the job. I told American Home Shield that I don't want the same technician because of what they did to me. I told them that I want another company out here. American Home Shield then said ""If we do that we would need to charge you another $100 deductible because this would be another company"". I said screw that so I had to settle with All Systems Heating & Air. So overnight, I was furious, angry, PISSED! and got about 4 hours sleep. I went to work the following day expecting a call from All Systems.....nothing. Anger starts building up again. But just to make sure they get a hold of me, I gave both All Systems Heating & Air and American Home Shield my cell number (they had my landline number) so that I won't miss any of their calls. Anyway, day 2 came and finally, All Systems called and left me a message on my landline BUT because I was so furious from the inadequate customer service I got from both companies, I called All Systems and basically told them to F*CK OFF! Then when I got home, I called American Home Shield and told them to cancel my subscription. When they asked why I want cancel, I told them exactly what happened then go transferred to the ""Retainer"" department to try to convince me to stay but I told them you ""Suck"" and have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had to pay a $41.99 cancellation fee which was bullshit!
So now, I'm going to call First American Home Warranty. I've had them before and they were really good. A bit pricier but worth it. Sure I still need this hole fixed but I don't care if I have to pay a professional out of my pocket. At least I'll deal with him/her directly, not some bullshit frustrating 3rd party. Go somewhere else folks because by the looks of it, I'm not the only one that had issues with these companies.

I would definitely not recommend this company. They do not complete work, they do not answer or return calls. They lie and make promises that they can't deliver on. I have never in my life given a bad review on a business. Being business owners ourselves I understand when people have bad days, but this company has never tried to even care if we were happy customers. Please unless you want to wait 2 months like we did for a return answer and then have them lie and cancel their service, don't use them.

Excellent, Courteous, Professional and timely service. Under our American Home Shield Contract, Gregg and his son replaced and installed a new Water Heater and disposed of our old, leaking water heater. Excellent workmanship. The installation was done in 3 days from which a claim was filed with American Home Shield. In addition, and not covered, Gregg repaired water plumbing leading into our home. With no charge, Gregg also fixed our leaking kitchen water faucet.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Had a problem with my air conditioner, called All Systems Heating and Air on Labor Day Weekend, call was returned quickly on Labor Day and technician came out on Wednesday and quickly diagnosed the problem, he came out the next morning and replaced the fan motor. Very quick, caring, friendly and efficient service by the person who setup the appointment and the technician who installed the fan motor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We bought a house with a 14 year old tank less water heater that was not apparently outputting the right temperature for hot water; then developed a slow leak. Called the Home Warranty company and they sent out Greg who verified that the water heater should be changed. Home warranty company approved the work and Greg & Brandon came out and replaced the water heater.
Read the other reviews and seems like most of the negative reviews were for people who's Home Warranty would not or did not approve the work.
We would definitely use Greg and his company again!

Could not be happier with All Systems service, professionalism, and work quality. Simply put I will be calling them or requesting by name for Home Warranty Insurance needs from this point forward.

DETAILED REVIEW:
My first impression of All System was great, and that impression never changed throughout service and replacement work. They are a local family business, and father and son owners did all the work themselves. I don't understand any of the reviews that have anything less than 5 stars for service and communications, as I received nothing but 5 star service in every way.

I have an AMERICAN HOME SHIELD (AHS) HOME WARRANTY, and this was a AHS claim. I have had a comprehensive AHS Home Warranty for nearly 10 years and have made multiple service calls and had multiple appliance repairs and replacements over the years, usually without issue but occasionally with AHS you have to do battle with as long as you know terms of your agreement you will prevail. My replacement hot water got misplaced at a shipment warehouse partway along the way, that delay was neither AHS or All System fault, just human error by a warehouse employee. Communication by All Systems was fantastic, and they also made many calls to AHS trying expedite the issue. All Systems seems well versed with handling home warranties, just remember home warranty service that required product/appliance replacements ALWAYS takes longer because they source replacements directly from manufacturers or national wholesalers to save a lot of money vs letting local service provider buy directly from local retailer. Fortunately I have been through the home warranty hurdles and delays several times before, so while I did have some delays, that is the down side of a home warranty.
SERVICE: A young man showed up promptly in a new Ford Transit (smaller version). With the Covid 19 shelter at home policy at time of service, he took the time to put on all protective PPE at his van. He was polite, courteous knowledgeable, and professional. Upon his return with his father for replacement work I again received the same polite, courteous knowledgeable, and professional service. Communications between initial call out, and replacement work was outstanding.
HOT WATER HEATER: He took time to a thorough inspection of hot water heater, checking for repairable issues and verified with certainty that the tank had a leak (thus requiring replacement). He also went above and beyond by installing a drip pan to drain hose adapter so a garden hose could be used to run leaking water outside my garage. I am disabled and he additionally connected one of my garden hoses up and ran outside for me. Great service from start to finish. Only hick-up in replacement speed was my warranty company requires shipment of new hot water heater from a warranty company selected wholesaler that is then shipped to a local authorized retailer, no other option by terms of my AHS warranty contract. Once the new hot water heater arrived at Furgusson's in SLO it was delivered to All Systems within 24 hours, and with another 24 hours All Systems replaced my old broken hot water heater with the new one.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL: my garbage disposal was making horrific metal on metal sounds, and I was positive it was going to need to be replaced. The young man spent several minutes doing a complete inspection with power off and on. He found what appeared to be a very well beaten nickel, that was well hidden and not feelable resting under the blades. He removed the coin, and disposal has been working perfectly and is quite again. Trust me I'm just fine with no replacement if equipment is good.
OVERALL: I am very happy and satisfied with my experience and I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE RECOMMENDING ALL SYSTEMS TO ANYONE, and I am a very picky customer. It appears majority of complaints are associated with home warranty frustrations from company policies and mandated procedural hurdles, beyond All Systems control.
HOME WARRANT SERVICE TIP: For those getting service via home warranties, if you are assigned a service provider that you do not want, cancel your request, then CALL the home warranty company to get service provider assigned over phone call so you can reject a provider you do not want. There is another plumbing company that I will not allow on my property after poor and rude service, that incident was very disappointing as same provider had done above and beyond service years before. How I was assigned All Systems. I'm quite pleased I was assigned All Systems and AHS has All System top rated at 4 stars by their customers.
