I can't recommend this company enough! The AC went out last night in my vacation rental, in the middle of an unprecedented heat wave, and within less than 24 hours All Systems Heating and Air were at my home replacing the motor and run capacitor. Since it was 112 degrees in Paso Robles yesterday my house guests were overjoyed, as you can imagine, to have such a speedy repair. Oh...and this happened over a holiday weekend!

Greg with All Systems Heating & Air provided the best customer service and work that I have encountered in quite some time. My a/c went out on Saturday June 17th. I contacted my home warranty company. They provided me with the name of a company they contract with. I spoke with that company on Monday and they said it would be a week before I could get an appointment. I was sure that the a/c unit needed freon as this had happened in the past. They still were not able to come any sooner. I called the warranty company back and asked for another referral. They gave All Systems Heating & Air. I called and left a message. This was Monday close to 5pm. I connected with Greg on Tuesday and he came by that evening. He was able to put freon in the unit and diagnose that the unit had a leaking coil. He said he would contact the warranty company to get authorization for a new unit. He followed through and the home warranty company ordered a new unit on Thursday.
Greg offered to replace the heater at a reduced cost at the same time the a/c unit would be replaced which I thought was a very reasonable offer.
The warranty company ordered the unit but I was still waiting on July 20th. The bandaid fix had broke and I had no a/c since the 19th. I spoke with All Systems Heating & Air and they were also still waiting for the unit. They said the warranty company had reordered the unit but they didn't have the details on why or when.
I called the warranty company on Friday the 21st and found out that they had re-ordered the unit on July 14th, a mere 4 weeks after June 17th because the first order had not been delivered. They said the unit had been delivered that day to Bakersfield and then Bakersfield would have to ship it here.
I received a call from Greg on the 26th letting me know they had received the unit and would be able to install it on Saturday. On Saturday he and his crew showed up and worked ALL day in the heat installing the new a/c and heater unit. They were all very courteous and friendly. They worked as a great team and I would welcome them back in my home anytime.
On Monday Greg came by after work and checked the unit to make sure it was operating properly. He said that the registers upstairs were actually reducing the air flow and asked if I wanted a new thermostat. He then adjusted the vents to help improve the air flow. He said that he had a thermostat and could order the new registers.
On Wednesday evening Greg returned and installed the new thermostat and replaced the registers at no charge.
I recommend Greg with All Systems Heating & Air to anyone and everyone I know and people I don't via Yelp. He was prompt and put the customer first. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He did not try to take advantage of me or the warranty company. If I need anything done with heating, a/c or plumbing I'm going to ask Greg and call All Systems Heating & Air first.

This company was a vendor for my home warranty company and received my service request for AC repair early Friday afternoon. They were to contact me within 24 hours to set up an appointment, but despite a personal phone call and email, as well as a phone call and message from the warranty company, they did not make any contact. Early Monday afternoon, I got tired of waiting (100° weather on its way), so I called the warranty company. Once again they attempted to contact the company, but no one even answered. Unreliable company that I would urge all to avoid doing business with if at all possible.

No show...twice. This company is obviously not interested in working small jobs or those with home warranties. They simple don't show up if they don't feel like it. Sad. No phone call, no follow-up, just didn't show up (for the second time). Terrible customer service. Beware!

Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this company. They were originally called to our house by our home warranty company. From the start, our new water heater was installed incorrectly (even had to call them out the very next day because we didn't have hot water). Fast forward 2.5 years, and we have a leak. We call them out and they supposedly fix it. Fast forward a few more months and we now have a destroyed living room floor due to water damage from a leaking water heater. We reached back out to All Systems who first denied they did our install, then told us to find a new plumber (no really they wouldn't stand behind their work). After speaking with a few professionals we find out the entire thing was put in incorrectly and was not up to California code. Maybe this isn't their area of expertise, but any company should at least stand behind their work and find a fix. We now had to pay out of pocket for a new install and have to do construction to fix all the damages.

The saddest company on earth, unprofessional, and don't think they'll be of service to you, forget it you'll be better off calling another company because this come SUCK BIG TIME.
Don't believe the hype about good service,.
I been waiting since February 28th to have something fix in my home now it's the 23rd of March and still no call back, and when I call them, they say we'll call you back to get you on the schedule NOT! and to this day NOTHING.
PLEASE people if anyone needs service run away from this company, you won't get the service they so proud of well I could be wrong they may like during poor service. Don't let the ads fool you RUN, RUN, AND RUN SOME MORE. You have the worst headache dealing with ALL SYSTEMS.
I advise contact BBS and complain they probably on the list of worst services on the central coast.

Our hot water heater went out on a Friday morning. By the time our home warranty company contacted All Systems, half the day was gone. But Brandon with All Systems did make it out to our house as promised at 4:30 pm that day to confirm/diagnose the problem.
We then got delayed due to the home warranty process and the weekend.
But happily the new unit was installed and operational the following Monday late afternoon. A total of 4 days without hot water. Not pleasant but we survived.
The new unit was installed efficiently and its features explained in detail by All Systems. Brandon and Greg did a great job.

Wow, these guys with the 5 stars must be friends of the owner. WORST experience with a service company I've EVER had!
My husband is deployed over seas and so of course my heater breaks during the coldest week of the year leaving my 3 kids and I very chilly!
I waited 8 DAYS for my service call day and then sat at home ALL DAY today (to accommodate their service window). When I had to leave at 2:30 (30 min after the service window closed) to get my kids from school I called to find out when I could expect them to come by.
At first the woman indicated that they might not make it today so I reminded her of how long I'd already waited - then she said she would find out when he could come by and let me know.
After not hearing anything by 4:00 I figured they just weren't coming so I ran an errand I'd needed to do all day. As I pulled back in around 4:30 I saw their van and the tech getting back in to leave.
**BEST PART** - after I said ""I'm surprised to see you here since I didn't hear anything"" he said ""Okay, I'll have your warranty company assign you to a company who can provide better service"" and then he left. This guy was VERY snotty and obviously didn't want to have to work late tonight. I was stunned! Can't believe he still has a job!
ALL SYSTEMS - you need better technicians.
This could have been handled with a simple phone call earlier in the day to reschedule due to the delay.

HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE BUSINESS! Call another company for your ac/heating/plumbing repairs! We have a home warranty who All Systems is contracted through and what a disaster they were to deal with! They never returned my calls or got back to me on an arrival time to repair a water heater. When I called the warranty company to see what was going on they somehow were magically able to get All Systems to answer their phone where in turn All Systems lied and said we already had spoken and had a time set which was totally not true. Long story short they ended up NOT EVEN SHOWING UP for the supposed appointment and we were left another day without any hot water until another company was available to fix the problem. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! If I could give ZERO stars I would!
