This guy give me a verbal price over the phone and ended up charging more for the same project the ended up doing
Be careful and make sure they give you the price in writing
Ok I was not gone say anything anymore but Jose straight up is a lier
He says I give the wrong address false check you're tex
His employees ended calling me be cause he says Jose had giving him the wrong address that they were gone show up more late
And the price was lowest $180 max $220
I know is not much put what matter here is the honesty and principle he ended up charging me $240
All I ask is to be honest with people and not lie will I recommend him most likely not
But I do want to thank his cousin for unclogging the toilet

We were in an unusual situation. Jose was very prompt and extremely efficient. I know it was expensive, but we needed to run a new water line 410 feet, so it wasn't going to be cheap. After I gave the green light, this large job was done within a couple of days. Good job Jose!

Had a major leak to the main water pipe to the house which was expertly replaced and timely.

Can't say enough about this guy's work. He replaced my main water shut off valve and four of my angle stops.

He took time answering all my questions before the job started. Based on his responses, I know he's someone that wants to do the job right. He also told me about attending a conference, which means that he is committed to being up to date with his knowledge on his craft.

The work he provided was excellent. He was responsive on the phone AND, this is probably what impressed me the most, he offered advice to me on the phone as I replaced my own bathtub valve and faucet.

He's someone I'll hire again.

I only write reviews when a business is extremely good and professional or when they are horrible and regret using them. I just want to say that I am so glad that I called All Star Plumbing & Rooter to help me out when my faucet wasn't working. If it weren't for Jose being so diligent, I would have never known how bad of a shape my pipes where in. Sooner or later my main water line would have busted and Jose saved me from that. He is totally professional, clean, and on time. He showed me exactly what the problem was and gave me the best advice possible. My home has has a new main water line now and I will never have to worry about it again. Thank you, All Star Plumbing.

These guys are awesome. They just came today to fix a leaking VIGO shower system and switched it out with a new delta shower system. You can easily tell when u are dealing with professionals and this was exactly that. Greta service, great attitude and clean. I will 1000% use them again in the future. I called and Jose answered. He gave an estimate over the phone that was most reasonable of the 4 estimates I received. It wasn't an emergency, but he and Daniel stopped by and replaced my water pressure regulator and water shut-off valve at the house same day (last stop of the day for them). Took only 40 minutes, even with a small amount of unexpected adjustments. They answered all my questions, regardless how dumb they were. Project was clean. Thanks guys. Good to meet you.

Jose came out for an emergency call when all of our toilets would not flush. He ran a camera and found that our sewer lines were overtaken by roots and falling apart in some places. He ran a camera from our vent pipe all the way to the end of our property to show us the damage to our internal and external pipes. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We decided to do a full repipe with All Star Plumbing and they got the job done in just two days. We were only without plumbing for maybe 6 hours on the second day. Jose called after the job was finished and the drywall had been patched to ensure that everything was working properly. He was so communicative and honest through a very stressful time and we really appreciated his expertise. We would highly recommend this company!
