Jose is a PRO - He took out my old water heater and put in tankless one. I called him and he came the next day. He did the job in a few hours. He also fixed my shower and when I needed help on making the shower hotter, He FaceTimed me walked me through the whole thing instead of charging me again. Definitely using him again.

I have a rental condo in Valencia that needed a plumbing work on the shower pipes. I called, sent him photos of the work needed to be done, and got a quote for $360 from Jose. Since he advertised 15% discount for new customers in his YELP page, I asked for the discount. He said he cannot give me the discount because the work could ""get complicated"" and offered a measly $10 off instead of $54 (15%). Since I needed the work done that day, I did not argue. But, if you are not going to honor the discount, do not advertise it in your YELP page.

We had an outdoor spigot snap off and break in our backyard when we tried to take off the rusted hose. I looked online and started calling around. After calling other places that wanted to charge a high service fee for coming on the same day, I was very happy that I found Jose at All Star Plumbing. He answered right away, was very professional, and was able to come out within a few hours for a free estimate. After reviewing my issue, he provided me a very reasonable quote and was able to not only replace the broken spigot but also replaced another old one we had. He did high quality work, at a great price, and was very personable and professional. I will definitely be using him for all of my future Plumbing needs as they arise.

All Star Plumbing and Rooter responded to my request for a quote very quickly. Jose came out and replaced my leaking hose bibs. Even when the project ended up being more involved than was anticipated at the time of the quote (it turns out that the broken hose bib was soldered to the pipe and it required more work to remove and replace it), he still only charged me the quoted price. He also went above and beyond by giving me free advice and instructions on how to fix a broken water feature in my yard myself and avoid having to pay a professional to do it. I'll definitely be calling them again in the future for any other plumbing needs.

The stars are for customer service, not for actual plumbing. I called to see if they did commercial plumbing or just residential. He kept yelling in Spanish over me so and finally said ""yea, I don't know... I'm kinda swamped""... without knowing the job or asking any questions about it. Then continued yelling at his workers (I assume) and just kinda left me hanging on the phone so I said, Ok, thanks anyways... bye. And he goes, HUH? OH, um... what?. LOL! I've never used him as a plumber before and went solely off his reviews but just from that phone call? I'm gonna have to pass. My suggestion? Hire someone to answer your phones because even tho you're swamped now? El dia de manana, tal vez no and this was actually gonna be a big job. Oh well.
