Responded to my request very quickly. Jose assessed the problem and provided an estimate for repair. Came out the next day to repair the issue and charged a reasonable price. Very happy with the service.

The stars are for customer service, not for actual plumbing. I called to see if they did commercial plumbing or just residential. He kept yelling in Spanish over me so and finally said ""yea, I don't know... I'm kinda swamped""... without knowing the job or asking any questions about it. Then continued yelling at his workers (I assume) and just kinda left me hanging on the phone so I said, Ok, thanks anyways... bye. And he goes, HUH? OH, um... what?. LOL! I've never used him as a plumber before and went solely off his reviews but just from that phone call? I'm gonna have to pass. My suggestion? Hire someone to answer your phones because even tho you're swamped now? El dia de manana, tal vez no and this was actually gonna be a big job. Oh well.

Wow! What an honest man! It's a long day after work, and my tankless water heater goes out. I call, and this guy I don't know... trouble shoots it for me, and I fix it. He could have easily pulled a fast one on me for easy cash, but he didn't. This is who need and want for a family plumber. Amazing!!! Customer service!!!

Great service! Fast, responsive, and professional. I had called in the hopes of seeing someone in the next few days. Jose told me he'd be here in a few hours. He arrived early and took care of the problem within 15min. The price was very reasonable and I'm happy to now say we have a new permanant plumber for all our house calls. Thanks, Jose!

If I could give Jose 10 stars I would. He's great. I was having major problems with my sprinklers that he diagnosed right away. He's so honest that he told me it would be an easy fix for my dad since my dad is handy. I don't know any other plumbers that would have done that. He will def be my go to for my rental property going forward.

Oh and he provides great customer service! He came out on a Sunday, which was really nice of him.

I contacted Jose from All Star Plumbing about having my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal replaced. I had already purchased the new items and just needed the install done (removing the old, putting in the new). Jose's pricing was very reasonable. We were able to schedule an appointment within a day or two from my initial call. He was polite and completed the work quickly. The whole process took about an hour and cost exactly what he had previously quoted. There were no surprise charges. The new faucet and garbage disposal work great. He warranties his labor for one year. I recommend giving him a call for an estimate for your next plumbing job. He prefers cash or check payment options.

Jose and his staff were amazing. They dug a hole 8 ft deep today, replaced the main water line going out to the street, with tree roots all through it. They were very neat, kind, efficient, and super talented in getting the job done. This company and their staff are top notch! Hire them you won't regret it!
