Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice ... I don't doubt that they do good work, if they ever make it. Called to make a service appointment and he offered to be there the next afternoon. He sounded friendly and knowledgeable. As requested, we exchanged texts to confirm the appt. I took off time from work to be there. No call, no show. I had to text, only to find out that he was stuck in an emergency. Ok, I understand. He rescheduled two days later, only to cancel again. His response, ""sorry, small shop"". Ok, it's August and 100 degrees, but not a way to run a business.

We had guys from All Star out to the house to give us estimates on a full HVAC installation as well as as a $3-5K plumbing job. They told us they'd go back to the office, work up the quotes, and email them to us, but weeks went by and we never heard back. I even sent a reminder message on Yelp that went unanswered.

Not sure why they don't want our business.

Victor could not have been more thorough from the inspection to the quote. He diagramed and explained everything so that we had all the information to make a decision. His crew of four came early and stayed late to complete the job in the time promised. They are true professionals.

I live in an old house. The plumbing is 20+ years old. My shower started leaking so my brother ""helped"" by messing with it. It stopped leaking, but it also stopped mixing hot and cold.

All Star came highly recommended by a friend... so I called Victor and set up an appointment. He confirmed that morning, giving me an arrival time. And yes, he was on time.

The fixture needed to be replaced but it was so old it was stuck inside the wall. He had to leave to get a special Moen extractor. Then he set about extracting. I could hear the struggle between man and machine in the next room. It was a nail biter. If he couldn't extract the thingamajiggy, he would have to go in through the wall at additional expense.

The struggle went on for about 20 minutes while he tried to save me the money of opening the wall. Then I heard him and his assistant cheering and I couldn't help but yell yay from the next room. They emerged triumphantly with the stubborn nearly ancient fused part in hand.

He was professional, clear, explaining everything, and clean.

He is a go-to guy.

Victor was recommended to me by a long time friend and neighbor. I needed some work done on a toilet. I called on a Friday afternoon and he scheduled me for the next morning (Saturday). He was in and out of here in less than an hour and the pricing was very fair and reasonable. I will absolutely use 'All Star' again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We've used Roto Rooter for over 30 years to clear our drains of tree roots, both preventive and for crises! Thanks to all the local Nextdoor positive reviews, we'd used Victor for an air conditioning issue and that was great. Because we like to support our local vendors, we today used him to clear our 70' line to the street. As expected, he was prompt (we'd made an appointment), both he and his co-worker were ""neat and clean"", did the job quickly and left no trace of having been here. And I think his price was cheaper than Roto Rooter (with whom I had no complaint). Highly recommend Victor for plumbing, heating and A/C issues.

I found Victor on the Nextdoor website and he was given rave reviews. My toilet broke so I gave him a call. Because it wasn't an emergency, I didn't have him come on the same day. I scheduled an appointment for Monday and he showed up right on time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem within a 1/2 hour. Everything was left clean.
His price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for anything that goes wrong with your plumbing, heating or air system.
