I was referred to Victor from a neighbor that used him and raved about him.
We first called him out because of a plumbing issue. He answered the phone himself and was very nice and set up an appointment right away.

He came out and fixed the drain issue in less than 20 minutes. No extra charges or surprises.

2 weeks later my gas shut off valve needed service. I called him on a sunday morning and Victor was over in less than an hour. Quick. knowledgeable and professional.

I would recommend Victor for any plumbing or heat/air issue.

I chose Victor's company because there were so many great recommendations on next door in Highland Park. He was easy to reach, I got a quick appointment, he showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed everything quickly and efficiently and he and his Partner Rene were super nice.

Victor and the guys at All Star Plumbing are great!

Our kitchen sink sprung a leak late in the evening and Victor was able to come by and fix it. He didn't even charge us an after hours fee! His prices are reasonable and he'll give you a really detailed explanation of what went wrong and what you can do to prevent it from happening in the future.

Hopefully we wont be seeing Victor any time soon, but it's reassuring to know we have a reliable crew in the hood.

Just had Victor fix our HVAC system. Called for a free estimate, he came by the same day and in 3 days the work was completed at a reasonable price. It was 95 degrees too! He truly understands how the entire system works. As well, he gave us some much needed advice on installing a vintage sink. Totally friendly, down to earth and professional. Found him through the NextDoor app for our neighborhood and was once again completely impressed. Will definitely use his services in the future for any plumbing or air conditioning issues.

He came highly recommended by several (over 4) people on our nextdoor website for our neighborhood that have used his services and all said he was top notch. Well they actually said that they wouldn't use anyone else for their plumbing-A/C needs. We are so glad we found him and found their posts to be accurate! We had a pipe break in our kitchen that was in the wall that was very smelly. He came in with short notice and got us back up and running. He stayed late, went above and beyond our expectations, was very clean, courteous, and just a really nice guy. He is very knowledgeable. He really knows what he is talking about.

After seeing great reviews for Victor Estrada at All Star Plumbing-Heating-Air in our neighborhood e-newsletter, I called him to check two toilets and several drains. He made an appointment for a time convenient to me (no 2- to 4- to 8-hour window), showed up right on time with his assistant David, and worked very hard all day (with a short break to take care of an emergency for another customer), fixing all of our problems and even taking care of two things I had not thought to request when I made the appointment. He cleared drains, put in a new toilet, fixed the other toilet, changed our whole-house filter, and fixed the kitchen faucet. Victor and David left the work areas spotless and were completely professional. Victor explained his work clearly and was an absolute pleasure. I have been hoping for 17 years to find a reliable plumber who works hard for a reasonable price, and I think I finally have!

My regular licensed plumber was not available. I had a situation where water was coming from a wall and down onto the kitchen floor. I called Victor and he showed up as promised. To my surprise, Victor was able to find the problem (a pin leak in a pipe in the wall), and stop the leak (temporary). Victor came back on the next business day and permanently resolved this situation with a one year warranty. I will be calling All Star Plumbing, Heating & Air more often for my Apartments.
