Toan was great! He scheduled me in right away within a day once I called in. He was on time with our appointment. He fixed my broken drain and replaced it. Also he looked at a bunch of other plumbing issues I had concerns about. I needed work such as my toilet needing new parts due to the weak flushing mechanisms. He was very helpful educating me on ways to save money and advise me on what I needed to do vs not need to do to save some money.Nice, cool guy, very professional, and efficient.I am having him do more work for me in the coming weeks. I wouldn't use anyone else, plus he's local and I love supporting local businesses for our city. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family in the area.

We have used All Star twice and both times found, their services to be outstanding. The first time was to update bathroom fixtures and the second was a repair that was so simple. I was told what to do to save a,service call. Recomend them for all plumbing needs.

I had another company come out and give me an estimate of $385 and would have to wait for the part for two days, Twan only charged me $95 to fix my water heater with no wait. Not only was it a great price but he is also a great guy. I'm really glad my gut feeling was to go with Twan. I was referred to All Star Plumbing by another plumber that said Twan was the expert on Rheem water heater. Thank you All Star Plumbing (Twan)!

We have hired All Star plumbing for at least 3 jobs over the recent years. We have a 38 year old house that is sometimes in need of professional plumbing services and each time we have called Twan at All-Star, he has reliably come through for us and taken care of our issues quickly and efficiently. All-Star stands by their work and has impressed us. All-Star is much easier to deal with than other local companies.

I hate to say this about Twan, really nice guy but here it goes. I had a pretty bad clog at my business. I was told there was no clean-out on the building. Twan did a short inspection of the building also concluded there was no clean-out. He told me it would be $100 to snake the drain and that I would have to pay if he fixed it or not. He snaked it to 100 feet, he then told me he would have to add an extension to go another 50 feet and that it would be $50 Dollars extra. The entire time he was here, I heard all about his vacation he was going to take the next day and how he would be unavailable until the following week. Which leads me to think he did a half assed job. He couldn't break the clog he told me the next step would be to open up the wall break open the pipe and snake it deeper. $150 toilet still broken.
7 months go by, Not wanting to pay another plumber with no success again I finally give in and call roto rooter. Within 10 minutes he finds the clean-out outside. it took him 25 minutes to do what Twan couldn't do in a Hour and a Half. rotor rooter guy Snaked it to 120ft and broke the clog. 179 dollars and 20 minutes later I have a Working toilet.
Not happy I had to pay 150 dollars to someone who didn't know what he was doing and didnt even bother to find the cleanout!

I think it's safe to say that Twan has established himself as our family plumber. We've called on him several times over the years: water regulator replacement, pipe leak in ceiling/wall, garbage disposal install and, most recently, a water heater replacement. We were referred to All Star Plumbing by a trusted family friend and are quite thankful for that timing.
A few days ago, we called Twan and arranged for our leaking water heater to be replaced. Twan showed up ready to do the job, examined and noted the leak and initially agreed that it warranted replacement. But then he began working on the water heater and determined the cause of the leak to be from loose connections. Our water heater, although years old, was not yet ready for the scrap heap after.
Despite the fact that we've found Twan to be nothing but the consummate professional, he truly conducts his business as though he's helping his friends. How many other plumbers go an extra mile to keep their customers from spending more money unnecessarily on bigger jobs?

Toan is the best around! He always gets the job done. I knew I needed a remodel but wasn't quite ready. He was able to fix all the plumbing issues and I was able to wait 2 additional years. He is awesome and very inexpensive!

Wow! Twan did a great job replacing garbage disposal and sink faucet, he was in and out and everything is working perfectly. He is a very neat worker and cleaned up everything (awesome). He even fixed a few small things he noticed that wasn't part of his original scope. His pricing is on point. I'm smiling today, no stress. Jessie PD

I cannot say enough about Twan and his amazing service. His rates are always reasonable, he always provides both prompt and friendly service, and he will never sell you on products or services you don't need. I have called him out for everything from a clogged shower to a main line clean out and to fix a gas shut off valve. He always does fast work and has never overcharged me or broken the bank. If you want to support an amazing owner operated plumber he is the man!

I found Twan on Yelp. He had all 5 star reviews, so I gave him a call. I'm selling my house and the inspector wanted the water heater checked out to make sure there wasn't an active leak. Twan came out and looked at the water heater and determined that there was not a leak. I requested to have the information put in writing and he said there would be a fee for that, which I said was fine. It has now been almost a week and after repeated emails, phone calls, and texts, I haven't gotten the written letter simply stating that there is no leak. I need this in order to close escrow on my house. Needless to say this has been very upsetting and frustrating for me. Although he may be excellent at repairs, he has completely ignored my requests for a simple piece of paper stating that there is nothing wrong with my water heater.
